[0034] For better explaining the technical solution and the effect of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.

[0035] The present invention provides an IPS type In Cell touch display panel, comprising: an array substrate, a CF substrate and a liquid crystal layer arranged between the array substrate and the CF substrate.

[0036] AS shown in FIG. 2, the array substrate comprises a plurality of gate scan lines 21 separately arranged along a horizontal direction, a plurality of data lines 22 separately arranged along a vertical direction, and a plurality of common electrodes 23 aligned in array, a COM metal line 24 employed to couple with the common electrodes 23 of each row, a comb pixel electrode 25 oppositely positioned to each common electrode 23, and a pixel switch TFT 26 correspondingly positioned to each comb pixel electrode 25.

[0037] The plurality of gate scan lines 21 separately arranged along the horizontal direction and the plurality of data lines 22 separately arranged along the vertical direction are mutually insulated and staggered to divide a plurality of sub pixel areas; the each common electrode 23 and the comb pixel electrode 25 oppositely positioned thereto are in one sub pixel area.

[0038] The touch scan electrode is shared with the gate scan line 21.

[0039] The gate scan line 21, the COM metal line 24 and the gate of the pixel switch TFT 26 are at the same layer, and formed by patterning a first metal layer. Material of the first metal layer is a stack combination of one or more of one or more of molybdenum (Mo), titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni). The gate of the pixel switch TFT 26 is coupled to the gate scan line 21.

[0040] The gate scan line 21 and the data line 22 sandwich an insulative layer (not shown) inbetween. The data line 22 and the source, the drain of the pixel switch TFT 26 are at the same layer, and formed by patterning a second metal layer. Material of the second metal layer is a stack combination of one or more of one or more of Mo, Ti, Al, Cu and Ni. The source of the pixel switch TFT 26 is coupled to the data line 22, and both the source and the drain of the pixel switch TFT 26 contact with the semiconductor layer.

[0041] A passivation protective layer (not shown) covers on the data line 22, the source and the drain of the pixel switch TFT 26. The comb pixel electrode 25 is oppositely positioned to the common electrode 23 on the passivation protective layer, and the comb pixel electrode 25 is coupled to the drain of the pixel switch TFT 26 through the via penetrating the passivation protective layer. Material of common electrode 23 and the comb pixel electrode 25 is an Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) thin film.

[0042] As known from the aforesaid description, the array substrate has the same structure as the array substrate in the IPS type liquid crystal display panel according to prior art but the touch scan electrode is shared with the gate scan line 21. No additional process is not required, and the aperture ratio of the panel is not decreased. The gate scan line 21 transmits a scan pulse signal in the display period, and is employed to be touch scan electrode to transmit a touch scan signal in the non-display period. The solo drive of the touch scan is not required to reduce the drive cost of the panel.

[0043] An inner side of the CF substrate is provided with a plurality of touch receiving electrodes 40, which are intersecting and perpendicular with the gate scan lines 21 in space. Unlike the CF substrate in the IPS type liquid crystal display panel according to prior art, a whole sheet ITO transparent electrode is provided at the backside for electromagnetic protection. Besides, the structure of the CF substrate is the same as the CF substrate in the IPS type liquid crystal display panel according to prior art, and comprises components of color film photoresist, a black matrix, photospacers and alignment films. The detail description is omitted here.

[0044] Furthermore, the touch receiving electrode 40 is correspondingly positioned right above the data line 22. A width of the touch receiving electrode 40 is larger than a width of the data line 22 and is smaller than a width of the sub pixel area.

[0045] Exposure, etching are implemented to the whole sheet ITO thin film to form the plurality of touch receiving electrodes 40.

[0046] The touch receiving electrode 40 cooperates and shares the touch scan electrode with the gate scan line 21 to achieve the touch control function.

[0047] In conclusion, the IPS type In Cell touch display panel of the present invention comprises: an array substrate, a CF substrate and a liquid crystal layer arranged between the array substrate and the CF substrate; the array substrate comprises a plurality of gate scan lines separately arranged along a horizontal direction, and the touch scan electrode is shared with the gate scan line; an inner side of the CF substrate is provided with a plurality of touch receiving electrodes, which are intersecting and perpendicular with the gate scan lines in space. In the IPS type In Cell touch display panel of the present invention, the array substrate has the same structure as the array substrate in the IPS type liquid crystal display panel according to prior art but the touch scan electrode is shared with the gate scan line. No additional process is not required, and the aperture ratio of the panel is not decreased but the drive cost of the panel can be reduced.
