    DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0031] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 to 12 thereof a new and improved transformable arm ware embodying the principles and concepts of the present invention will be described.

[0032] Referring to FIG. 1, the transformable arm ware(20) of the present invention essentially is a tubular sleeve (26) made of polyester that is partially open either on top or near the sides and having forward end (10) near the wrist and a rear end (11) near the upper arm.

[0033] In the under-arm portion of the tubular sleeve (26) are provisions for attachments of two colourful cloths in the form of wings, a first wing (27) and a second wing (50) wherein, the means of attachments ranges from stitching, snap buttons, zipper, sticking strips as the case may be.

[0034] Regarding positioning of the two attached said wings (27) and (50), the said first hanging wing (27) is of a trapezoidal shape under the fore-arm, while the said second wing (50) is hung near the wrist area extending further till fingers where these are connected with the fingers vide four loops (51) and (52) wherein two of the loops (51) are placed parallel to the tubular sleeve (26) and the other two loops (52) are placed opposite to the tubular sleeve (26). The loops enable the second wing to rotate and revolve in effectuation of various effects as desired by the user.

[0035] The second wing (50) is secured by sewing to (26) at the said forward end (10) of the tubular sleeve (26) near the wrist. Whereas the rest of the portion of the hanging second wing (50) is free and not secured to the lower part of the said first wing (27).

[0036] The material used for the tubular sleeve (26) of arm ware (20) is 95% polyester and 5% spandex and that of the first wing (27) and second wing (50) is 100% polyester.

[0037] Referring further to FIG. 1, the loops (51) and (52) provided, are for the insertion of the fingers of the user, thereby transforming the said second wing (50) into ornamental formations through various shapes for use as an entertainment element for different activities which is depicted in FIGS. 5 to 10 and 12.

[0038] The transformable arm wear (20) structure will now be described in detail with reference further to FIG. 1.

[0039] The tubular sleeve (26) is 14-16 inches long extending from the forward end near the wrist (10) till the rear end near the upper arm.

[0040] The said first wing (27), positioned below the arm is 12-14 inches in width being secured from the upper end (30) to the lower end of the sleeve (31) but has a difference in height at the two different ends namely forward end near the wrist and the rear end near the upper arm. The heights respectively being 4-8 inches near the rear end of the tubular sleeve (26) and around 10 to 13 inches long near the forward end of the tubular sleeve (26).The ornamental wing (27) therein forms the shape of a trapezoid.

[0041] The said second wing (50) of the sleeve structure also shaped as a trapezoid is 11 to 14 inches in height under the wrist near the first wing (27) and about 14 to 18 inches in height below the fingers. The width of the second wing (50) is 6-8 inches. Further the second wing (50) is secured is secure at a single point (32) as shown in FIG. 1, leaving the entire wing free and dangling near the first wing (27).

[0042] The said four loops (51) and (52) are sewn very closely to one another on the said second wing (50) with the closest (51) 2 inches away from the forward end (10) near the wrist area of the tubular sleeve (26).

[0043] The said four loops (51) and (52) are stitched for easy insertion of the fingers for different performing actions like cheerleading performances, dabbing dance, yoyo effect etc.

[0044] In another embodiment of the present invention and referring to FIG. 1, the tubular sleeve (26) of the said transformable arm-ware (20) has opening areas at right side, left side and/or on top portion of arm ware wherein the open areas may be shaped differently having different patterns or styles thereby exposing the user's tattoo on ann.

[0045] In another embodiment of the present invention and referring to FIG. 1, the said tubular sleeve (26) of the said transformable arm-ware (20) may be fully covered, thus hiding the entire bare arm along with the tattoos of the user.

[0046] Regarding embodiments of the first wing (27) and second wing (50) a variety of ways for different effects and in various forms as shown in FIGS. 6 to FIG. 10 can be instituted.

[0047] In one embodiment of the present invention and referring to FIG. 1, attachment of the wings with the tubular sleeve (26) can be of a wavy format vide wave stitching (22). Besides, the lower end of the trapezoidal wings can also be of a wavy design.

[0048] In another embodiment of the present invention as referred in FIGS. 6, there are additional loops or fittings (48), on the said second wing (50) varying from 4-8, and is interchangeable wherein the said loops encompasses in any of the user's fingers/thumb (46) and the second wing (50) is used for various purposes and the user reveals, displays or shows either side of second wing (50) i.e. FIG. 6 (47)

[0049] In still another embodiment of the present invention and referred to in FIG. 8, the said dangling second wing (50) can also be held in the hand and can be given a swirling motion.

[0050] In another embodiment of the present invention and referring to FIG. 9, the said first wing (27) can be given different shapes, besides the mentioned trapezoidal one, so as to depict various forms as that of badges or logos, countries, continents, cities, states etc. while executing different dabbing dances.

[0051] In still another embodiment of the present invention and referring to FIG. 10, the said second wing (50) as well as the said first wing (27) is used as an ornament for yoyo dance effect. Accordingly, the afore-described embodiment is intended for the purpose of illustration and not as limitation.
