We claim the ornamental design for a surgical instrument, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a surgical instrument, showing our new design;

(2) FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

(3) FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

(4) FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

(5) FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof, the right side view is a mirror image thereof; and,

(6) FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.
