DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The detailed description set forth below is intended as a description of the presently exemplary device provided in accordance with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be prepared or utilized. It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.

[0014] Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood to one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.

[0015] All publications mentioned are incorporated by reference for the purpose of describing and disclosing, for example, the designs and methodologies that are described in the publications that might be used in connection with the presently described invention. The publications listed or discussed above, below and throughout the text are provided solely for their disclosure prior to the filing date of the present application. Nothing herein is to be construed as an admission that the inventors are not entitled to antedate such disclosure by virtue of prior invention.

[0016] In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:

[0017] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a tissue box which comprises a box unit (10). The box unit (10) has a first draw-out opening (11), and a locating piece (20) is partially attached to a surface of the box unit (10) having the first draw-out opening (11). Wherein the box unit (10) is a bag made of plastic, and the first draw-out opening (11) is formed at a top surface of the box unit (10). Also, the locating piece (20), which is a plastic membrane, is partially attached to an inner surface of the box unit (10). Moreover, the locating piece (20) comprises a second draw-out opening (21) which is located at a position misaligned with the first draw-out opening (11) such that an overlapping portion (A) formed between the first draw-out opening (11) and the second draw-out opening (21) is configured to clamp and limit a position of the following tissue when one tissue is pulled out of the box unit (10).

[0018] In one embodiment, referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the box unit (10) is a paper box, and an elongated opening (101) is formed on a top surface of the box unit (10). A membrane piece (102) is attached to a surface of the box unit (10) to block the elongated opening (101), and the first draw-out opening (11) is formed on the membrane piece (102) at a position corresponding to the elongated opening (101). The locating piece (20), which is made of plastic membrane, is partially attached to the box unit (10) at a position corresponding the elongated opening (101). Furthermore, the locating piece (20) has the second draw-out opening (21) which is located at a position misaligned with the first draw-out opening (11).

[0019] In another embodiment, the locating piece (20) is configured to be adhered to an outer surface of the box unit (10) having the first draw-out opening (11), which is more convenient for installation.

[0020] In actual application, referring to FIGS. 1, 4, 5 and 7, a stack of tissues are stored inside the box unit (10) and are drawn through the first draw-out opening (11) and the second draw-out opening (21) out of the box unit (10) one by one. For convenience of use, typically, the tissues are inter-folded to form the stack of tissues such that when one tissue is drawn from the box unit (10), the following one is driven to pass through the first draw-out opening (11) and the second draw-out opening (21). As a result the following one is configured to be partially pulled out of the box unit (10) and held by the overlapping portion (A), which efficiently limits the position of following tissue and prevents the following tissue from falling into the deep of the box unit (10).

[0021] Comparing with conventional tissue box, the present invention is advantageous because: the box unit (10) has the first draw-out opening (11) and the second draw-out opening (21), which are misaligned with each other, and the overlapping portion (A) is formed therebetween such that the following tissue is configured to pass through the first draw-out opening (11) and the second draw-out opening (21) and be held by the overlapping portion (A) when one tissue is pulled out of the box unit (10), which is convenient for use and prevent a user from incautiously pulling more than one tissue at one time.

[0022] Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
