    Abstract

The present invention relates to an enhanced design of electric hair brush wherein the improvement is achieved by incorporating an assembly whereby the wavy pattern commonly known as “waves” is achieved in a much faster time as well as a more defined wavy pattern because of the specifications incorporated specifically to achieve the desired enhanced results intended by use of the electric hairbrush which is designed for this specific purpose.

    Claims

1: A universal eco-friendly and an ergonomic design of an electric hairbrush to achieve wavy pattern comprising: the housing is equipped with a body which encloses a motor, a border of bristles secured to the body. In the preferred embodiment, the bristles would be around 1 and a half centimeters long and made of a type of nylon, but also could be a type of plastic or any material suitable to be made for bristles such as wood, porcupine spines, etc. of various lengths. The lower frame and upper frame of the brush can snap on and off to provide easy cleaning of bush bristles. a rotating pivoted cylinder with bristles where said pivoted cylinder with bristles is attached to two sides of the body through an indent in said body. As per further embodiments the bristles secured to the cylinder are made of a type of nylon, but also could be a type of plastic or any material suitable to be made for bristles such as wood, porcupine spines, etc. of any many lengths.

2: An improved electric hairbrush to create a wavy pattern in thick textured short hair commonly found with individuals of Puerto Rican or African American descent that consists of one embodiment having a body with a battery compartment that powers a motor which rotates a pivoted cylinder with bristles secured to it attached to two sides of the body and with bristles spinning motion and brushing the users can achieve wavy pattern in a very efficient amount of time, which power is controlled by an on and off power button.

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0031] The accompanying figures, where like reference numerals refer to identical or functionally similar elements throughout the separate views, together with the detailed description below, are incorporated in and form part of the specification, and serve to further illustrate embodiments of concepts that include the claimed invention, and explain various principles and advantages of those embodiments.

[0032] FIG. 1 shows the complete view of claimed assembly as per preferred embodiments of the invention.

[0033] FIG. 2 showing the lower frame and upper frame which can snap on and off as per preferred embodiments of the invention.

[0034] FIG. 3 shows exploded view of assembly as per preferred embodiments of the invention.

[0035] The apparatus and method components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.

[0036] The apparatus and method components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0037] Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.

[0038] The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term “and/or” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items. As used herein, the singular forms “a,” “an,” and “the” are intended to include the plural forms as well as the singular forms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms “comprises” and/or “comprising,” when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.

[0039] The present invention provides a novel method of a powered hairbrush comprising a body that encloses a power source with a means for conveying rotational energy to a pivoting member, with a plurality of bristles secured to said member, along with a plurality of bristles secured to an adjacent border of the base of said body.

[0040] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the utility model provides the following technical solutions: The electric hairbrush has a body that holds all of the parts together. In the preferred embodiment, the body is made of durable wooden body. However, the body could consist of any material that is able to hold the pieces of the embodiment together securely, such as different kinds of plastic, metals, wood, carbon fiber, etc.

[0041] The base of the electric hairbrush has a border of bristles secured to the body. In the preferred embodiment, the bristles would be around 1 and a half centimeters long and made of a type of nylon, but also could be a type of plastic or any material suitable to be made for bristles such as wood, porcupine spines, etc. of various lengths.

[0042] At the base of the electric hairbrush is a rotating pivoted cylinder with bristles. Said pivoted cylinder with bristles is attached to two sides of the body through an indent in said body. As per further embodiments the bristles secured to the cylinder are made of a type of nylon, but also could be a type of plastic or any material suitable to be made for bristles such as wood, porcupine spines, etc. of any many lengths.

[0043] The electric hairbrush contains an internal battery compartment that when batteries are installed in said battery compartment and the on and off button is switched to the “on” position, the enclosed motor will move the panel, which will in turn rotate the pivoted cylinder with bristles. The bristles secured to the body will start moving in a circular pattern allowing to create the wavy hair output.

[0044] As per further embodiments, to use the electric hairbrush properly, one must have thick textured hair, cut short. As the preferred size of the electric hairbrush is handheld, one can easily hold it from the top of the body, with the pivoted cylinder with bristles rotating in a downward direction when applied against the scalp.

[0045] By looking at FIG. 1 which shows the complete view, FIG. 2 showing the lower frame and upper frame which can snap on and off and FIG. 3 shows exploded view of assembly as per preferred embodiments of the invention. The body of the device has a battery compartment enclosed, that when batteries are installed in said body and the on and off button is positioned in the “on” position, it provides power to the motor, which in turn moves the circular panel, which will in turn rotate the pivoted cylinder with bristles. The bristles secured to the border will arrive at the same length on the base as the bristles secured to the cylinder.

[0046] The following is a clear and complete description of the technical scheme in the utility model embodiment with the drawings in the utility model embodiment, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the utility model, but not the entire embodiment. Based on the embodiment of the utility model, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in the field without creative labour belong to the scope of protection of the utility model.

[0047] While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.

[0048] Having described the invention in detail, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from its spirit. Therefore, it is not intended that the scope of the invention be limited to the specific embodiment illustrated and described. Rather, it is intended that the scope of this invention be determined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

[0049] The Abstract of the Disclosure is provided to allow the reader to quickly ascertain the nature of the technical disclosure. It is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims. In addition, in the foregoing Detailed Description, it can be seen that various features are grouped together in various embodiments for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure. This method of disclosure is not to be interpreted as reflecting an intention that the claimed embodiments require more features than are expressly recited in each claim. Rather, as the following claims reflect, inventive subject matter lies in less than all features of a single disclosed embodiment. Thus, the following claims are hereby incorporated into the Detailed Description, with each claim standing on its own as a separately claimed subject matter.
