DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0020] In the following description, references are made to various embodiments in accordance with which the disclosed subject matter can be practiced. Some embodiments may be described using the expressions one/an/another embodiment or the like, multiple instances of which do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment. Particular features, structures or characteristics associated with such instances can be combined in any suitable manner in various embodiments unless otherwise noted. By way of example, this disclosure may set out a set or list of a number of options or possibilities for an embodiment, and in such case, this disclosure specifically contemplates all clearly feasible combinations and/or permutations of items in the set or list.
[0021] A safety deodorant tube to prevent children from opening can include a bottle body, an upper cap component arranged above the bottle body, a lower cap arranged below the bottle body, an inner liner arranged inside the bottle body, a rotating component used to push the deodorant body out, and a discardable cover arranged above the inner liner. The upper cap component can include an outer upper cap and an inner upper cap. The inner wall of the outer upper cap can be arranged with a plurality of sets of bayonet lock structures distributed along the circumference, where each set of bayonet lock structures includes an upper bayonet lock and a lower bayonet lock. The inner upper cap can be distributed along the circumference with a plurality of convex elastic pressing pieces
[0022] The side wall of the inner upper cap can be distributed along the circumference with a plurality of upper clamping slots matching with the upper bayonet lock. The upper side wall of the bottle body can be arranged with a plurality of lower clamping slots matching the lower bayonet lock along the circumference, and a chute for the lower bayonet lock sliding can be formed between the adjacent lower clamping slots. The top piece can be sealed with the inner liner, and the bottom of the rotating component can be connected with the lower cap.
[0023] With the above structure, the upper cap component and the bottle body are set to press and rotate the buckle structure. When using, it is necessary to press the elastic pressing piece to make the top and the lower bayonet lock separate from the upper clamping slot and the lower one respectively. Then the outer top cap is rotated to make the lower bayonet lock slide along the sliding slot, so as to avoid being easily opened by children. The structure provides a good safety protection role and effectively avoids the risk of children's abuse and eating products by mistake. Moreover, the structure design is simple and easy for use.
[0024] Additionally, the bottle body can adopt a double-layer structure. The stick or salve product can be stored in the inner container, while the inner liner is wrapped by the external bottle body. The bottle body will not contact with the product, and the top piece is added, so that the product will not contact with the upper cap component, thereby avoiding the pollution of the product, ensuring the cleanliness of the product and being able to be used normally.
[0025]
[0026] The upper side wall of the bottle body 2 is arranged with a plurality of lower clamping slots 21 matching with the lower bayonet lock 112 along the circumference, and a chute for the lower bayonet lock 112 sliding is formed between the adjacent lower clamping slot 21. The top piece 5 is sealed with the inner liner 4, and the bottom of the rotating component 6 is connected with the lower cap 3. With the above structure, the upper cap component 1 and the bottle body 2 are set to press and rotate the buckle structure. When used, it is necessary to press the elastic pressing piece 121 to make the upper bayonet lock 111 and lower bayonet lock 112 separate from the upper clamping slot 122 and the lower clamping slot 21 respectively. Then the outer top cap 11 is rotated to make the lower bayonet lock 112 slide along the chute 22, so as to avoid being easily opened after being contacted by children.
[0027] The above-described structure plays a good safety protection role and effectively avoids the risk of children's abuse and eating products by mistake. Moreover, the structure design is simple and easy for use. In addition, the bottle body adopts double-layer structure, the deodorant is stored in the inner liner 4, while the inner liner 4 is wrapped by the external bottle body 2. The bottle body 2 cannot contact with the deodorant, and the top piece 5 is added, so that the deodorant will not contact with the upper cap component, thereby avoiding the pollution of the product, ensuring the cleanliness of the product and being able to be used normally.
[0028] The elastic pressing piece 121 can be integrally formed, and the elastic pressing piece 121 can be in contact with the inner wall of the outer upper cap 11. By pressing the outer upper cap 11, the elastic pressing piece 121 can be extruded, so that the upper bayonet lock 111 is separated from the upper clamping slot, and the lower clamping slot 112 can be separated from the upper and lower clamping slots 21.
[0029] The bottom of the inner liner 4 can be formed with a circular buckle lock 41, and the inner wall of the bottle body 2 can be formed with the circular clamping slot 23, and the circular buckle lock 41 can be matched with the circular clamping slot 23. This also adds a snap structure at the bottom of the bottle body 2 to prevent children from being easily pulled out, further enhancing safety.
[0030] In one embodiment, the rotary component 6 comprises a base 61, a screw 62 fixedly connected to the base 61, and a piston 63 sleeved on the screw 62. The base 61 can be clamped to the inner wall of the lower cap 3. A through hole can be defined in the center of the piston 63, and an internal thread which is threaded with the screw 62 can be arranged on the inner wall of the through hole.
[0031] The outer side of the piston 63 can be provided with a plurality of clamping slots 631 distributed along the circumference, and the inner wall of the inner liner 4 can be provided with a plurality of the strip bayonet lock 42 distributed along the circumference. The strip bayonet lock 42 corresponds to clamping slot 631. When the lower cap 3 and the base 61 are rotated, the base 61 drives the screw 62 to rotate, so that the piston 63 moves upward along the strip bayonet lock 42, and then the internal deodorant is continuously pushed upward.
[0032] The discardable cover 5 can be set with a pull-out piece 51. When used, the hand-type pull-out piece 51 can quickly open the discardable cover 5, which is easy to operate. After use, the discardable cover 5 is sealed with the inner liner 4, which can avoid the contamination of the deodorant, ensure the cleanliness of the product, and is conducive to recycling.
[0033] The bottle body 2, the upper cap component 1 and the lower cap 3 can all be made of plastic integrated molding, and the liner 4 can be made of polypropylene material. Compared with ABS materials with existing technologies, PP (polypropylene) is more environmentally friendly, has wider application scope, and is easy to be produced and processed by integrated molding.
