Abstract
A packing box is provided. The packing box is formed by several splicing materials of a standard model. The splicing material on the top of the packing box is provided with an air pump with automatic pumping and the pressure monitoring functions. The inner side of each splicing material is provided with an air bag, and the air bags are inflatable and connected to one another via connection tubes. The air bags are able to be spliced or separated with one another, and the shape of each air bag is subject to the outline dimension of a packaged object when the air bags are inflated. The size and shape of the packing box can be determined according to the size and shape of the packaged object, so is applicable to the objects with any sizes and shapes. The packing box does not need additional fillers and is recyclable.
Claims
1. A packing box applicable to packaging various objects, recyclable, energy-saving and environmental-friendly, characterized in that the packing box is formed by a plurality of splicing materials of a standard model, wherein the splicing material on a top of the packing box is provided with an air pump with a pressure monitoring function, an automatic pumping function and a pressure setting function, and one or more the splicing materials on a bottom, a left side, a right side, a front side and a rear side of the packing box have no the air pump, wherein an inner side of each of the splicing materials is provided with an air bag, and the air bags are inflatable and connected to one another via connection tubes, wherein the air bags are able to be spliced or separated with one another, and a shape of each of the air bags is subject to an outline dimension of a packaged object when the air bags are inflated.
2. The packing box of claim 1, wherein each of the splicing materials is of the standard model and the splicing materials are able to be spliced with one another to form the packing box having a size corresponding to a size of the packaged object.
3. The packing box of claim 1, wherein when a pressure of the air bags disposed inside the packing box decreases, the air pump with the pressure monitoring function is able to automatically pump up the air bags according to a predetermined pressure value.
4. A recyclable packing box, comprising: a plurality of splicing materials of a standard model; a plurality of connection device for connecting the plurality of splicing materials; a plurality of inflatable air bags, wherein an inner side of each splicing material is provided with one of the plurality of inflatable air bags, and the plurality of inflatable air bags are connected to one another via connection tubes, and a shape of each of the air bags is contoured against an outline dimension of a packaged object when inflated; and an air pump located at the splicing material on a top of the packing box, wherein the air pump has a pressure monitoring function, an automatic pumping function, and a pressure setting function.
5. The recyclable packing box of claim 4, wherein the inflatable air bags are spliced with one another.
6. The recyclable packing box of claim 5, wherein the inflatable air bags are spliced with one another via connection tubes and connection tube valves.
7. The recyclable packing box of claim 4, wherein each of the connection devices is constructed with two T-shape elements.
8. The recyclable packing box of claim 7, wherein each T-shape element comprises a claw for securely attaching to one of the splicing materials.
9. The recyclable packing box of claim 4, further comprising a battery and a control button for operating the air pump.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. It will be apparent, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are schematically shown in order to simplify the drawing.
[0023]
[0024] The reference number (1) stands for the outer side of the splicing material, without the air pump, of the standard model. The reference number (2) stands for the air pump gauge of the splicing material with the air pump. The reference number (3) stands for the inflatable air bag. The reference number (4) stands for the packaged object, a vertical rechargeable display having irregular contours. When the air bags on the inner sides of the packing box are completely inflated, the display is stably fixed in the packing box without shaking. Moreover, the air pump with automatic pumping function can automatically monitor the pressure state of the air bags. If the storage time is too long and the pressure of air bags is less than a predetermined value, the air pump can automatically activate the pumping function in order to increase the pressure of the air bags to the predetermined value. Thus, the packaged object can be stably fixed and will not be damaged during the transportation process.
