    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0097] FIG. 1 shows a multifunctional golfing tool 100 in perspective view. The multifunctional tool 100 comprises a housing 10 having a base element 11 and a cover 13 fastened to the base element 11 by means of a hinge 12. The cover 13 can be pivoted between the closed position shown in FIG. 1 and the open position shown in FIG. 3b. A ball marker 15 is detachably arranged in a holder 16 on an outer side 14a on the cover 13. The outer side 14a of the cover 13 and the outer side 14b of the base element 11 are provided with indentations 17 with which the appearance of a golf ball is imitated. The indentations 17 also provide a better feel and operability of the multifunction tool 100.

[0098] FIG. 2a shows a top view of the multifunctional tool 100, and FIG. 2b shows a side view of the multifunctional tool 100. In the top view shown in FIG. 2a, it can be seen that the housing 10 has a substantially circular basic shape. Furthermore, it can be seen in FIGS. 2a and 2b that the multifunctional tool 100 has a pitch fork 18 with two prongs 19a, 19b. The pitch fork 18 is shown in a state pushed out of the housing 10.

[0099] FIG. 3a shows a cross-sectional view of the multifunctional tool 100 in the closed position of the cover 13. In the closed position, the cover 13 and the base element 11 form an interior 20. Cleaning means 21 are arranged in the interior 20. The cleaning means 21 comprise a brush 22 with rubber nubs 23. The brush 22 is arranged on an inner side 24 of the cover 13. Furthermore, another cleaning means 21 in the form of a cleaning pad 25 is arranged in the interior 20. The cleaning pad 25 is arranged in a holding element 26, which is arranged on an inner side 27 of the base element 11 to be removable together with the cleaning pad 25. As can further be seen, in the closed position, the hinge 12 of the multifunctional tool 100 does not protrude from the housing 10 of the multifunctional tool 100. In the illustration of FIG. 3a, the pitch fork 18 is not pushed out of the housing 10 so that, in particular, the prongs 19a, 19b do not protrude out of the housing 10.

[0100] FIG. 3b shows the multifunction tool 100 with the opened cover 13 in the open position. The opening angle 28 between the closed position and the open position is 120°. FIG. 3b shows the cover without ball marker 15, holder 16 and brush 22. FIG. 3c shows a detailed drawing of the hinge 12 in the open position of the cover 13. The cover 13 has a first stop 29 in the region of the hinge 12. Likewise, the base element 11 has a second stop 30 in the region of the hinge 12. The two stops 29, 30 are arranged in such a manner that they abut against each other at an opening angle 28 of 120° and distribute the resulting compressive forces to the cover 13 and the base element 11. This relieves the load on the hinge 12.

[0101] FIG. 4a shows an exploded view of the multifunctional tool 100. The cover 13 and the base element 11 of the multifunctional tool 100 are constructed in multiple parts from a plurality of injection-molded components 31. On the outer side 14a of the cover 13, a holder 16 is arranged in which a ball marker 15 is inserted. On the inner side 24 of the cover 13, the brush 22 is arranged. On the inner side 27 of the base element 11, the holding element 26 with the cleaning pad 25 fastened therein is arranged. Furthermore, magnets 32 are arranged on the cover 13 and on the base element 11, which magnets keep the housing 10 closed in the closed position of the cover 13.

[0102] A receptacle 33 for the pitch fork 18, which is formed between a guide rail 34 and the base element 11, is provided in the base element 11. The pitch fork 18 can be pushed out of the receptacle 33 along the guide rail 34. A locking mechanism 35, which is shown in detail in FIG. 4b, is provided for locking the pitch fork 18. The locking mechanism 35 has a spring 36 which biases a locking element 37 into a locking position. By pressing an operating element 39 formed as a button 38, the locking element 37 can be pushed out of the locking position against the spring force and the pitch fork 18 can be pushed out of the housing 10 along the guide rail 34.

[0103] In FIG. 4c, the holder 16 with ball marker 15 arranged therein in a removal position is shown in a cross-sectional view. The holder 16 has a bottom surface 40. An indentation 41 is formed in the bottom surface 40. The bottom surface 40 is divided and has a first region 42 and a second region 43, the second region 43 being at an angle to the first region 42. Below the first region 42 of the bottom surface 40, a magnet 44 is arranged which can be used to hold the ball marker 15 in the holder 16. To remove the ball marker 15 from the holder 16, the ball marker 15 can be tilted into the indentation 41 by applying force with a finger so that the ball marker 15 is detached from the magnet 44 and moved to the removal position shown.

[0104] Instead of the cleaning pad 25 shown in FIGS. 3a, 3b, 4a, a distance meter 45 shown in FIG. 5 can also be arranged in the interior 20 of the multifunctional tool 100. The distance meter 45 has a display 46 on which, for example, the distance to the next green is displayed. A GPS sensor 47 for position determination is provided in the distance meter 45. In addition, the multifunctional tool 100 can include a radio receiver, in particular a pager.

[0105] FIGS. 6a and 6b show a tool holder 48 for a multifunctional tool 100 in a top view and a side view, respectively. The tool holder 48 comprises a clip 49 with which the tool holder 48 can be attached, for example, to a belt or to a trouser pocket. The tool holder 48 comprises a receiving region 50 in the form of a pocket 51 for receiving the multifunctional tool 100. The multifunctional tool 100 can be inserted into the pocket 51 through an insertion opening 52 and is held in the pocket 51 in a friction-fitting or force-fitting manner. Opposite the insertion opening 52, a further opening 53 is provided through which, for example, a finger can be passed. In FIG. 7, a multifunctional tool 100 arranged in the tool holder 48 is shown. By applying force to the part 54 of the multifunctional tool 100 accessible through the opening 53 by means of a finger, the multifunctional tool 100 can be pushed out of the tool holder 48. The wall 55 of the receiving region 50 has a recess 56 so that when the multifunctional tool 100 is arranged in the tool holder 48, the ball marker 15 is freely accessible so that the multifunctional tool 100 does not have to be removed from the tool holder 48 to remove the ball marker 15.
