Abstract
A collection and storage device comprising a bottom section including a collection cavity configured to receive unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic disposal substances to be disposed; a top section that mates with the bottom section, the top section including a disposal hole configured to allow the unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic disposal substances to be disposed there through, a funnel, a perimeter, and one or more of a cleaning spike configured to clean accessories, a plurality of cigar resting pillars, and a plurality of cigar resting notches configured to rest a cigar on the perimeter of the funnel.
Claims
1. A collection and storage device, comprising a bottom section including a collection cavity configured to receive unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic disposal substances to be disposed; a top section that mates with the bottom section, the top section including a disposal hole configured to allow the unwanted ash or other organic or non-organic disposal substances to be disposed there through, a funnel, a perimeter, and one or more of a cleaning spike configured to clean accessories, a plurality of cigar resting pillars, and a plurality of cigar resting notches configured to rest a cigar on the perimeter of the funnel.
2. The collection and storage device of claim 1, wherein the top section includes at least the cleaning spike and the cigar resting pillars, and the cigar resting pillars are in place directly under the cleaning spike.
3. The collection and storage device of claim 1, wherein the top section includes at least the cigar resting pillars, and the cigar resting pillars have varying widths to accommodate different depths, widths and sizes of cigars or other accessories into the cigar resting pillars.
4. The collection and storage device of claim 1, wherein the top section includes at least the cigar resting notches, and the cigar resting notches have varying characteristics to accommodate different depths, widths and sizes of cigars or other accessories into the cigar resting notches.
5. The collection and storage device of claim 1, wherein the bottom section includes one or more attachment elements of one or more windows, one or more cigar splitters, and one or more accessory cavities configured to store accessories or unwanted organic or non-organic remanence.
6. The collection and storage device of claim 5, wherein the bottom section includes one or more accessory cavities configured to store one or more of rolling papers, canisters, jars, bags, dab sticks, dabbers, rigs, cigar splitters, hemp wax, cigarillos, trays, pipes, water pipes, water bongs, lighters, and torches.
7. The collection and storage device of claim 1, wherein the collection and storage device is made of one or more of ceramics, metals, glass, plastic, polymers, aluminum, carbon fiber, steel, fiberglass, and acrylic.
8. The collection and storage device of claim 1, wherein the cleaning spike includes one or more of a needle tip, brush tip, plastic or polymer tip, or other metal brush tips.

In some future embodiments, the collection and storage device 100 and 200 may be extended or decreased in size between 2 inches and 72 inches tall and 2 inches and 72 inches wide.

In other embodiments of the collection and storage device the hole is adjustable for depth, size, shape and height. FIG. 3 depicts the cleaning spike 12 that is adjustable in shape, size, height and depth. In this one of many possible embodiments of the cleaning spike 12 the purpose is to poke a hole and clean the remanence of the user's accessories when using the collection and storage device 100 and 200. The size, shape and depth of the cleaning spike in this embodiment allow the user to not only poke a hole in their accessory but also cleaning out the cavity of the user's accessory after use.
[0040] In the depicted embodiment of the present invention, the cigar resting pillars 13 are in place directly under the cleaning spike 12 on the top section 100. The designs of the cigar resting pillars 13 are adjustable for size, placement, height, shape, depth and width. In this embodiment, FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 show the cigar resting pillars 13 are adjustable in size and placement as they go around the wide mouth funnel 16 perimeter of the top section 100 of the collection and storage device. In this present use case example of the depicted illustration in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 each section of the cigar resting pillars 13 are slightly larger going from front to back and then minimizing in size as you begin to make your way back to where you began. This will allow the user to place different depths, widths and sizes of cigars or other accessories into the cigar resting pillars 13 with a purpose of safely extinguishing their tobacco or other organic substance filled cigar over the collection cavity 17 below after the remains fall through the disposal hole 14.
[0041] Around the perimeter of the wide mouth funnel 16 of the top section 100 there are cigars resting notches 11 that allow the user to rest their items that are not only limited to cigars or other accessories in the cavity while in this embodiment they may allow their cigar to extinguish over the cigar resting pillars 13 and have the organic or non-organic remanence fall into the collection cavity 17 below. In another embodiment, the user may allow the organic or non-organic accessory to fall directly into the collection cavity 17 below through the disposal hole 14 after resting in the cigar resting notches 11 or funneling down the wide funnel 16. The cigar resting notches are adjustable by size, shape, placement, depth and height.
[0042] FIG. 7 depicts an example of the bottom section a collection and storage device 200 according to various embodiments of the present invention. The bottom section of the collection and storage device may be configured with one or more attachment elements such as but not limited to one or more windows 18, cigar splitters 20, and accessory cavities 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d configured to but not limited to storage of the accessories of the user or storage of unwanted organic or non-organic remanence of the user. Every embodiment of the present invention listed but not limited to the accessory cavities 19, cigar splitters 20 and windows 18 are all adjustable for size, depth, placement, shape, and height. In the present embodiment of the invention the windows 18 are made of acrylic but are not limited to this material and could be made of anything that is clear, transparent or colorful that is capable of viewing into a collection cavity 17, accessory cavity 19 or any other hole in the device.

In this example of the present invention user are able to hold accessories on the body of the collection and storage device that include but are not limited to lighters, rolling papers, canisters, jars, bags, dab sticks, rigs, dabbers, cigar splitters, hemp wax, cigarillos, trays, pipes, water pipes, water bongs, and torches.
[0044] In this embodiment of the present invention the cigar splitter 20 that is attached to the body of the collection and storage device is a cylindrical hole that creates a cavity in the device that allows the user to push a cigar or cigarillo into the cavity. Inside of the cavity of the cigar splitter 20 it holds the cavity of the razor blade 21 that is able to make a straight parallel cut into the sheath of the cigar or cigarillo that was pushed through the cylindrical hole. This will allow the user to cut their cigar or cigarillo and place what was inside into the collection cavity 17 then carry on place the organic substance of their choosing into the cigar or cigarillo. The cigar splitter 20 and razor blade cavity 21 are all adjustable by direction, size, placement, quantity, shape, and width.
[0045] In the embodiment of the present invention seen in FIG. 17 the connection of the top section 100 and the bottom section 200 is displayed but not limited to just this way of connection using the male part 15 of the top section 100 that is sized to fit in a close manner to the female part collection cavity 17 of the bottom section 200. When the user begins to collect organic or non-organic matter within the collection cavity 17 of the bottom section 200 they are able to take the top section 100 off, at a level they see necessary when looking through the front window, and then dump the organic or non-organic matter stored in the collection cavity 17 into a trash bin. Once finished disposing of what was within the collection cavity 17 they are able to place the top section 100 back onto the bottom section 200 and carry on using the present invention as they were prior to disposal of the remanence within the collection cavity 17. In FIG. 17 the current embodiment of the present invention shows the way that organic and non-organic matter is able to flow from the top section 100 through the disposal hole 14 and then collect into the collection cavity below 17 but is not limited to just this flow of matter.
