    DETAIL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE INVENTION

[0009] All illustrations of the drawings are for the purpose of describing selected versions of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0010] The present invention is related to a toilet seat 1 with integrated lifting handles so that a user can easily and sterilely lift up or put down a toilet seat 1. Existing toilet seat is are generally grasp by the user so that the toilet seat 1 can be moved, wherein the existing method can be unsanitized and dangerous user's health. However, the present invention is able to provide a sanitized solution for up and down movement of the toilet seat 1 through the integration of the lifting handles thus preventing that the user form touching the toilet seat 1. The present invention comprises a toilet seat 1, at least one left handle 17, at least one right handle 18, a left sleeve hinge 13, a right sleeve hinge 14, a set of left bumps 15, and a set of right bumps 16 as shown in FIG. 1-3.

[0011] The toilet is shaped similar to existing toilet seat 1 which is generally a round open seat or an oval open seat. In reference to FIG. 4-5, the toilet seat 1 comprises a top surface 2, a bottom surface 3, a lateral surface 4, a left curved section 10, a right curved section 11, and a central opening 12. More specifically, the left curved section 10 and the right curved section 11 are terminally connected to each other so that the general shape of the toilet seat 1 can be formed. The central opening 12 is delineated within the left curved section 10 and the right curved section 11 so that the toilet bowl can be accessed or exposed through the toilet seat 1. The top surface 2 is generally oriented towards the user so that the user can comfortably sit upon the toilet seat 1. The bottom surface 3 is generally oriented towards the toilet bowl and provide necessary surface area to rest or place the toilet seat 1 on top of the toilet bowl rim.

[0012] The lateral surface 4 delineates the thickness of the toilet seat 1 and terminally connected in between the bottom surface 3 and the top surface 2. In reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the lateral surface 4 comprises a left outer section 5, a right outer section 6, a rear section 7, a left inner section 8, and a right inner section 9. The aforementioned sections designates specific length sections of the lateral surface 4 so that the rest of the components of the present invention can be relatively explained and positioned. More specifically, the left outer section 5 is terminally connected to the rear section 7. The right outer section 6 is terminally connected to the rear section 7. The rear section 7 is positioned in between the left outer section 5 and the right outer section 6. resultantly, the left outer section 5, the right outer section 6, and the rear section 7 are able to delineate an outer lateral section for the lateral surface 4. The left inner section 8 is terminally connected to the left outer section 5 in such a way that the left outer section 5 is positioned in between the left inner section 8 and the rear section 7. The right inner section 9 is terminally connected to the right outer section 6 so that the right outer section 6 can be positioned in between the right inner section 9 and the rear section 7. The left inner section 8 and the right inner section 9 are adjacently connected to each other thus delineating boundaries of the central opening 12 and an inner lateral section for the lateral surface 4.

[0013] The left handle 17 is preferably a rectangular shaped tab so that the toilet seat 1 can be lifted with respect to the left curved section 10. However, the shape of the left handle 17 is not limited to the rectangular shape and can be any other geometric or organic shape as long as the left handle 17 is able to provide a sufficient surface area to grasp and move the toilet seat 1. In reference to FIG. 3, the left handle 17 is outwardly connected to the lateral surface 4 of the toilet seat 1 so that the user can easily grasp the left handle 17 without having to touch the toilet seat 1. More specifically, the left handle 17 is outwardly connected to the left curved section 10 and is positioned adjacent to the left outer section 5 of the lateral surface 4. Furthermore, the left handle 17 is angularly oriented towards the bottom surface 3 to prevent accidental slippage of the toilet seat 1 from users' hand.

[0014] The right handle 18 is preferably a rectangular shaped tab so that the toilet seat 1 can be lifted with respect to the right curved section 11. However, the shape of the right handle 18 is not limited to the rectangular shape and can be any other geometric or organic shape as long as the right handle 18 is able to provide a sufficient surface area to grasp and move the toilet seat 1. In reference to FIG. 3, the right handle 18 is outwardly connected to the lateral surface 4 of the toilet seat 1 so that the user can easily grasp the right handle 18 without having to touch the toilet seat 1. More specifically, the right handle 18 is outwardly connected to the right curved section 11 and is positioned adjacent to the right outer section 6 of the lateral surface 4. Furthermore, the right handle 18 is angularly oriented towards the bottom surface 3 to prevent accidental slippage of the toilet seat 1 from users' hand.

[0015] In reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the left sleeve hinge 13 and the right sleeve hinge 14 are connected onto the bottom surface 3 of the toilet seat 1 and adjacently positioned to the rear section 7 of the lateral surface 4. The left sleeve hinge 13 and the right sleeve hinge 14 are preferably cylindrical bodies so that the toilet seat 1 can be hingedly mounted to the toilet bowl thus facilitating the up and down movement of the toilet seat 1. More specifically, the left sleeve hinge 13 is rotatably engaged with a pair of left mounting rings that is mounted to the toilet bowl so that the left curved section 10 can be secured to the toilet bowl. Similarly, the right sleeve hinge 14 is rotatably engaged with a pair of right mounting rings that is mounted to the toilet bowl so that the right curved section 11 can be secured to the toilet bowl. Furthermore, the left sleeve hinge 13 and the right sleeve hinge 14 are concentrically aligned with each other so that the toilet seat 1 can symmetrically mounted to the toilet bowl. Even though the present invention utilizes the left sleeve hinge 13 and the right sleeve hinge 14 as preferred hinged mechanism to mount the toilet seat 1 to the toilet bowl, the present invention can utilize any other type of industry standard hinged mechanism to hingedly mount the toilet seat 1 to the toilet bowl.

[0016] In reference to FIG. 5, the set of left bumps 15 and the set of right bumps 16 being connected onto the bottom surface 3 of the toilet seat 1 so that the toilet seat 1 can be positioned flat against the toilet bowl rim. More specifically, the set of left bumps 15 is positioned adjacent to the left inner section 8 of the lateral surface 4 and connected to the left curved section 10. The set of right bumps 16 is positioned adjacent to the right inner section 9 of the lateral surface 4 and connected to the right curved section 11. The set of left bumps 15 and the set of right bumps 16 redistribute the total weight of the user onto the toilet bowl rim so that the toilet seat 1 does not slide or flex around the toilet bowl rim. As a result, the set of left bumps 15 and the set of right bumps 16 are able to improve the structural integrity of the toilet seat 1, the left sleeve hinge 13, and the right sleeve hinge 14.

[0017] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
