Abstract
A carry handle for carrying one or more bulky articles is disclosed. The carry handle includes a carrying strap having a first end and a second end located opposite the first end. Holding straps are also provided and configured to be secured around the one or more bulky articles. The holding straps are attached to the first end and the second end of the carrying strap via a mechanical connector for securing the one or more bulky articles whereby the one or more bulky articles may be carried by a user. In another form, a bottom support assembly having an L-shaped configuration is provided and includes side and bottom support for the one or more bulky articles, whereby the one or more bulky articles may be transported by a user.
Claims
1. A carry handle for carrying one or more bulky articles comprising: a carrying strap, the carrying strap having a first end and a second end located opposite the first end; and holding straps configured to be secured around the one or more bulky articles, the holding straps are each attached to the first end and the second end respectively of the carrying strap via a mechanical connector for securing the one or more bulky articles whereby the one or more bulky articles may be carried by a user.
2. The carry handle according to claim 1 wherein the holding strap further comprises an intermediate padded portion and wherein the mechanical fasteners disposed on each end of the carrying handle serve to removably attach the carrying handle to the holding straps.
3. The carry handle according to claim 1 wherein the holding straps are adjustable to fittingly secure the holding straps around the one or more bulky articles.
4. The carry handle according to claim 1 wherein the carrying handing is adjustable to adapt to users of different sizes.
5. The carry handle according to claim 3 wherein the carrying handing is adjustable to adapt to users of different sizes.
6. The carry handle according to claim 3 wherein the carrying strap further comprises an intermediate padded portion and wherein the mechanical fasteners disposed on each end of the carrying handle serve to removably attach the carrying handle to the holding straps.
7. The carry handle according to claim 5 wherein the holding strap further comprises an intermediate padded portion and wherein the mechanical fasteners disposed on each end of the carrying handle serve to removably attach the carrying handle to the holding straps.
8. The carry handle according to claim 1 wherein each holding strap comprises a hook and loop fastener for adjustably securing each holding strap to the one or more bulky articles.
9. The carry handle according to claim 3 wherein each holding strap comprises a hook and loop fastener for adjustably securing each holding strap to the one or more bulky articles.
10. The carry handle according to claim 5 wherein each holding strap comprises a hook and loop fastener for adjustably securing each holding strap to the one or more bulky articles.
11. A carry handle for carrying one or more bulky articles comprising: a carrying strap, the carrying strap having a first end and a second end located opposite the first end; a top holding strap configured to be secured around the one or more bulky articles, the holding straps are attached to the first end of the carrying strap via a mechanical connector for securing the one or more bulky articles; and a bottom support assembly, the bottom support assembly having an L-shaped configuration to provide side and bottom support for the one or more bulky articles, whereby the one or more bulky articles may be transported by a user.

The carry handle according to claim 11 wherein the holding strap further comprises an intermediate padded portion and wherein the mechanical fasteners disposed on each end of the carrying handle serve to removably attach the carrying handle to the top holding strap and the bottom support assembly.
13. The carry handle according to claim 11 wherein the bottom support assembly further includes one or more wheels attached to an underside there to aid in transporting the one or more bulky articles.

The carry handle according to claim 11 wherein the carrying handing is adjustable to adapt to users of different sizes, wherein the top holding strap is adjustable to fittingly secure the top holding strap around the one or more bulky articles and wherein the bottom support assembly is provided with a bottom holding strap that is adjustable to fittingly secure the bottom holding strap around the one or more bulky articles.

The carry handle according to claim 13 wherein the carrying handing is adjustable to adapt to users of different sizes, wherein the top holding strap is adjustable to fittingly secure the top holding strap around the one or more bulky articles and wherein the bottom support assembly is provided with a bottom holding strap that is adjustable to fittingly secure the bottom holding strap around the one or more bulky articles.
16. The carry handle according to claim 14 wherein the carrying handle further comprises an intermediate padded portion and wherein the mechanical fasteners disposed on each end of the carrying handle serve to removably attach the carrying handle to the top and bottom holding straps.
17. The carry handle according to claim 15 wherein the carrying handle further comprises an intermediate padded portion and wherein the mechanical fasteners disposed on each end of the carrying handle serve to removably attach the carrying handle to the top and bottom holding straps.

The carry handle according to claim 11 wherein each holding strap comprises a hook and loop fastener for adjustably securing each holding strap to the one or more bulky articles and wherein the top holding strap further comprises a handle extending therefrom for the user to facilitate the transport of the one or more bulky articles.

The carry handle according to claim 13 wherein each holding strap comprises a hook and loop fastener for adjustably securing each holding strap to the one or more bulky articles and wherein the top holding strap further comprises a handle extending therefrom for the user to facilitate the transport of the one or more bulky articles.
20. The carry handle according to claim 15 wherein each holding strap comprises a hook and loop fastener for adjustably securing each holding strap to the one or more bulky articles and wherein the top holding strap further comprises a handle extending therefrom for the user to facilitate the transport of the one or more bulky articles.

[0021] A mechanical fastener 18, preferably a snap hook, as shown, is provided at either end of the carrying strap/harness 12 for attaching the carrying strap 12 to the bulky article 100. The mechanical fasteners 18 are preferably detachable and may take the form of a clasp or the like and provide the capability to adjust the length of the strap 12 by providing a buckle functionality.

The adjustable holding straps 20a preferably include a hook and loop fastener located on one or both sides of the adjustable holding straps 20a to adjustably secure the carry handle 10 to the bulky article 100. The L-shaped bracket 36 may be fabricated from a plastic material, a metal material, or the like. It is contemplated that the bracket 36 comprises a first leg 37 to which the caster 40 is attached on an underside and serves as a supporting surface for the bulky article 100 being carried and a second leg 39 extending normally from the first leg and serving as a side supporting surface for the bulky article(s). A holding strap 38 whose both ends are attached to the first leg 37 forming a loop for further holding the bulky article 100 in is also provided.
