Abstract
A symmetric-pleat flat mask with an expression window, and a manufacturing method and production equipment thereof, are disclosed. The present invention is a flat mask after being collected. The flat mask is provided with a flat body, and is replaceably combined with a flexible refractive diaphragm at a location corresponding to a user's mouth while the user is wearing the flat mask, so that an expression of the user's mouth can be seen from outside. In addition, two side surfaces on the pleats that are symmetric upward and downward are planned obliquely with a contour line, respectively. The pleats, along with the flat body, are unfolded to construct a three-dimensional sheathing shelf, thereby improving the shielding effect.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] The present invention discloses a symmetric-pleat flat mask with an expression window, and a manufacturing method and production equipment thereof; wherein, a flat mask is provided after being collected. The flat mask is a rectangular flat body, a center of the breadth of flat body corresponds to a user's mouth while the user is wearing the flat mask, and is replaceably combined with a flexible refractive diaphragm, allowing the expression of mouth to be seen from outside. Furthermore, two sides of the pleats are obliquely planned with a contour line. After being unfolded, the pleats construct a three-dimensional sheathing shelf, which increases the tightness in shielding of the mask and improves the production matters.
[0020] Firstly, referring to
[0021] The two pleats 50 are folded on the skin-friendly side 36, and a side surface 54 of each pleat 50 is provided with an oblique contour line 63 that is indented toward a center longitudinally.
[0022] The flat body 31 includes the pleats 50, and is formed by stacking an outer shielding layer 311, an intermediate layer 312 and an inner lining layer 313. Two sides of the flat body 31 are combined respectively with an elastically closed ear-hook element 32, and two ends of the ear-hook element 32 are combined at an upper and lower corner on two sides of the flat body 31 through a side sewing line 34 or a combining point 35.
[0023] Please refer to
[0024] Before the cropping operation 16, a contour sewing operation 15 is executed, sewing the oblique contour lines 63 on two sides surface 54 of the pleats 50. In addition, the contour sewing operation 15 and the cropping operation 16 can be combined into a same process.

[0030] The stacked feed belt 90 accomplished after the folding in the abovementioned wing-side folding operation 14, is next conducted with the contour sewing operation 15 (contour sewing device 25), the cropping operation 16 (cropping device 26), the stringing operation 17 (stringing device 27), and the side sealing operation 18 (side sealing device 28) in
[0031] After accomplishing the contour sewing operation 15, a welded contour line 63 is formed along a corner side surface 54 of the pleat 50. The contour line 63 faces the entire welded pleat 50 and the flat body 31 to fix the stack.
[0032] The stringing operation 17 and the side sealing operation 18 belong to the ordinary mechanism and design of lead-wire introduction and hot-melt edge banding, which will not be described further.
[0033] Referring to
[0034] The pleat 50 is expected to be formed on two sides of the stacked feed belt 90, and the shaped hole 33 is disposed in a center of the pre-determined region 300. As the two sides of the stacked feed belt 90 are symmetric in size, the plastic cleat 80 can be selectively close to a side of one sideline 73 or close to the two sidelines 73 simultaneously. The plastic cleats 80 are applied to a user's nose bridge and jaw, and by tuning the two plastic cleats 80, the pleat 50 is adjusted to be attached onto a user's skin curve more tightly.
[0035] Referring to
[0036] At the edge close to the sideline 73 of the pleat 50, a plastic cleat 80 is laterally disposed in the center. The plastic cleat 80 can be adjusted, so that the inner surface on that part of the plastic cleat 80 can be more tightly attached with the three-dimensional curve of the user's nose bridge. The plastic cleat 80 can be implemented on an edge of one pleat 50, or the edges of upper and lower pleat 50.
[0037] The pleat 50 is constructed by an inner pleat 51 that is connected through the inner pleat base line 71, and an outer pleat 52 that is connected with the inner pleat 51 through an outer pleat base line 72. Referring to
[0038] Referring to
[0039] The flat body 31 is symmetrically provided with the upper and lower pleat 50, and the contour line 63. After pulling out the upper and lower sideline 73, the pleats 50 are expanded symmetrically, forming a sheathing shelf 60 that is symmetric upward and downward. The closed contour 630 formed by the upper and lower sidelines 73 on the sheathing shelf 60 constitutes a virtual frame, which maintains the inner space of the sheathing shelf 60 and improves the shielding effect when the user is wearing the flat mask 30.
[0040] The abovementioned pleat 50 is basically formed by connecting the inner pleat 51 with the outer pleat 52. If the elasticity of material suffices, the pleat 50 can be a single sheet, i.e., the inner pleat 51 and the outer pleat 52 are a single-sheet structure that is connected on an opposite side of the flat body 31 through the inner pleat base line 71, with a sideline 73 being disposed outside.
[0041] It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
