DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0109] FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of an interior space 2 of a modular shelter 1 according to the invention. The interior space 2 is surrounded by a circumferentially closed wall 3, which is penetrated only by an access opening 5 and separates the interior space 2 from an adjacent space 4. The modular shelter 1 further has a floor 14 and a ceiling 15, wherein the ceiling 15 comprises a plurality of inlets for irradiation devices 71, 72 and an air purification system 8.

[0110] In the embodiment shown, a first irradiation device 71 is designed as a UV LED lamp and emits UVC radiation with a wavelength of approximately 222 nm into the interior space 2 when at least one person is present in the interior space 2. The presence of a person is thereby detected by means of a presence sensor 6, which may be a motion detector, for example. In the present exemplary embodiment, the presence sensor 6 is arranged in the wall 3; however, it can also be located in the ceiling 15 or at another position from which it can detect the interior space 2.

[0111] In the embodiment shown, a second irradiation device 72 is also designed as a UV LED lamp and emits UVC radiation with a wavelength of 250 nm to 290 nm into the interior space 2 when a person is absent from the interior space 2. The absence of a person is also detected by the presence sensor 6. After the person leaves the room, the room is electronically blocked for at least 2 minutes and the UVC light (with a frequency between 250 and 290 nanometers) is switched on and disinfects the room and the surfaces from bacteria and viruses.

[0112] The power consumption of the second irradiation device 72 is between 10 and 25 W and is possible for rooms up to 15 sqm. Larger rooms require supplementary UVC light sources. One light source can be used per 15 sqm interior space 2 as a fluorescent tube or a full or partial LED UVC light. Additional furniture or fixtures are illuminated with additional UVC light sources to compensate for any shadowing. Any cubature of the room as well as any interior fixtures will be taken into account.

[0113] A preferably automatic door is provided in the access opening 5, which can be opened via a further motion detector (not shown). Preferably, the shelter has an access locking system, also not shown, which locks the door when the interior space 2 is irradiated by the second irradiation device 72, so that unintentional entry by a user is prevented. The duration of the irradiation by the second irradiation device 72 as well as the access locking can be controlled via a timer which is also not shown.

[0114] Optionally, further lighting devices not shown may be provided in the ceiling 15 for irradiating the interior space 2 with visible light.

[0115] In the embodiment shown, the air purification system 8 has an element for aspirating the exhaust air 81 and an element for discharging the supply air 82. The aspirated exhaust air is irradiated with UVC radiation with a wavelength of 254 nm to 265 nm by means of a third irradiation device (not shown). Alternatively or additionally, other filtering methods for filtering the intake exhaust air are also conceivable. In a preferred embodiment, the power consumption of the third irradiation device is 20-135 W; 55-350 m.sup.3/h. The devices can be adapted to the room size.

[0116] In the interior space 2, a table top is also present in the illustrated exemplary embodiment, the surface 9 of which is coated with an antivirulence material. Other surfaces not shown, such as chairs and/or technical equipment, may also be present and are preferably also coated with an antibacterial and/or antivirulence material or made of such a material. Integrated into the table top is a hatch 11, the precise operation of which is explained in FIGS. 7 and 8.

[0117] Also visible are support profiles 17, whose interaction with other elements is explained in FIGS. 9 to 14.

[0118] FIGS. 2 to 6 show floor plans of various embodiments of the modular shelter 1 according to the invention. The circumferentially closed wall 3 is always formed by support profiles 17, filling elements 19 and suspension profiles (not shown). The support profiles 17 are arranged in a fixed grid on a frame profile. In all embodiments of FIGS. 2 to 6, the wall 3 is penetrated by at least one access opening 5 in which a lockable, automatically controlled door is preferably arranged.

[0119] A one-room system as a digital media room is used for handling official procedures with a direct communication system or a communication system guided by software algorithms through an audio-visual interface (e.g. screen with camera and audio system, projector with camera or motion sensors and audio output/audio input); in addition, the single room can be supplemented with further technology for printing, copying, document exchange (e.g. hatches or mailboxes), audio input, gesture control. The room is closed on at least five sides with at least one access inside buildings, and outside buildings as an outdoor solitary variant at least six sides closed with at least one access. Basically, the single room is provided with at least one passive disinfection unit by means of UVC light, double-stage UVC light or/and air disinfection. Furthermore, the one-room system can be equipped with a mechanical or electronic, controllable or non-controllable locking system. An electronic access control system enables scheduling and occupancy planning. Access is via a security door using a latch control with antibacterial latch (preferably stainless steel) or via an automatic door using electronic access, by code entry or contactless. The room system can be transported individually in components or pre-assembled as a whole. The dimensions may vary, and the room may be a cuboid, cube, oval, round or otherwise shaped.

[0120] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, an interior wall 10 separates a first interior space 2.1 from a second interior space 2.2. A hatch 11 is arranged between the first interior space 2.1 and the second interior space 2.2. A visitor can enter the first interior space 2.1 through the access opening 5 and preferably communicate with a person located in the second interior space 2.2, for example an employee or a consultant, through a security glass pane and intercom. Documents or smaller items can be exchanged through the hatch 11. Access to the second interior space 2.2 can be gained via the wall 3 or the interior wall 10.

[0121] In principle, antibacterial surfaces or normal surface coatings are also used in the interior of the two-room or double-room system. The room is closed on all sides and has a physical room separation in the middle or offset. The room separation may be partially or fully glazed or closed with other materials. The double-room system is equipped with an intercom system or a similarly functioning audio system and is used for communication without establishing physical contact. In addition, the system is equipped with one or more disinfection systems (such as UVC, double-level or multi-level UVC light 222 nm and/or 250 to 280 nm UVC light, air disinfection) on both sides. Thus, the room offers a minimum risk of infection. Each room is accessed separately via a door, which can also preferably be operated as an electronically controlled automatic door. One room serves as a customer room and the opposite one as an administration room. The administrator can control all functions in the customer room manually. Both rooms can be equipped with office communication systems, such as printer, copier, scanner. In addition, a hatch can be installed between the rooms for the exchange of documents and/or goods with and without a disinfection unit (e.g. by UVC light).

[0122] FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of a modular shelter 1, which is arranged on a wall of an existing building B. This can be an exterior wall or an interior wall of an existing building B. Separation of the interior space 2 from an exterior space 4 is achieved here, for example, by attaching the shelter 1 to an exterior facade of a building B, with a secure seal to the building B being provided, for example, by appropriate sealing materials such as silicone, expanding tape and the like.

[0123] A person located in the exterior space 4 can thereby communicate with a person located in the interior space 2 also through a safety glass pane and intercom. A hatch (not shown) can also be present.

[0124] The embodiment shown in FIG. 5 also shows a modular shelter in which a first interior space 2.1 is separated from a second interior space 2.2 by an interior wall 10. The second interior space 2.2 can be used, for example, as a technical space. The first interior space 2.1 contains, among other things, a video conferencing system 12 with a screen and camera, as well as other equipment, such as printers 13, scanners and/or input devices. The dimensions of such a modular shelter can be given as 4 m in length, 3 m in width and 2.5 m in height as an example.

[0125] FIG. 6 shows an embodiment which, for example, is arranged in the interior space of a building or of a room of a building in the case of a limited exterior construction space. Here, too, a first interior space 2.1 is separated from a second interior space 2.2 by an interior wall 10, which can be used as a technical space. The modular shelter 1 has three access openings 5, one of which could be used, for example, as an entrance and two as an exit, or two as an entrance and one as an exit, in order to guide a controlled flow of visitors into or out of an existing building B. There could also be hatches, for example to outside ticket booths.

[0126] FIG. 7 shows a schematic view of a hatch 11 of a modular shelter according to the invention. The hatch 11 can be arranged between a first interior space and a second interior space or between an interior space and an exterior space of the modular shelter. It has a separating pane 11.1 through which two persons using the hatch 11 can see each other. Advantageously, an intercom system not shown is also provided. On each side of the separating pane 11.1 there is an opening flap 11.2 which allows access to a sliding tray located underneath. An actuating lever 11.7 is arranged on one side of the separating pane 11.1, by means of which the sliding tray can be moved to the opposite side and back. A second actuating lever may additionally be provided on the opposite side. All surfaces of the hatch are coated with an antibacterial and/or antivirulence material or are formed from such a material.

[0127] The longitudinal section through a hatch 11 of a modular shelter according to the invention shown in FIG. 8 illustrates how the hatch 11 functions. After opening an opening flap 11.2, a document or smaller object can be inserted into the sliding tray 11.3. The opening tray is then closed and a surface irradiation device 11.4 irradiates the object/document located in the tray from the underside with UVC rays having a wavelength of 254 nm, while a plurality of tray irradiation devices 11.5 irradiate the object/document located in the tray from above with UVC rays. The bottom of the sliding tray 11.3 is advantageously formed of UV-transmissive material, preferably UV-transmissive glass. The user can push the sliding tray 11.3 to the opposite side of the separating pane 11.1 by means of the actuating lever 11.7, wherein the sliding tray 11.3 is guided along guide rails 11.6. A second user can now open the opening flap 11.2 on his side of the separating pane 11.1 and remove the disinfected items/documents.

[0128] The compartment size of the sliding tray 11.3 can be variable. As an alternative to the mechanical movement by an actuating lever 11.7 shown here, the sliding tray 11.3 can be moved electrically.

[0129] The surface irradiation device 11.4 and the tray irradiation devices 11.5 are designed in such a way that irradiation of the interior of the sliding tray 11.3 takes place only when the opening flaps 11.2 are closed.

[0130] FIG. 9 shows an exploded view of the connection area between the support profile 17 and the frame profile 16 of a modular shelter according to the invention. An adapter element 22 is attached to the frame profile 16 by means of screws 23. A support profile 17 is placed on the adapter element 22 and also fastened by means of screws 23. The media (network and power cables) are pre-installed in the profile or outside in protected channels and ready to plug in (with intermediate coupling).

[0131] FIG. 10 shows a cross-section through a wall area of a modular shelter according to the invention. A suspension profile 18 is attached to a support profile 17 by means of a shaped element 21. In this context, a plurality of suspension profiles 18 can be arranged on a support profile 17. Each suspension profile 18 is connected to a filling material 19, wherein the connection between suspension profile 18 and filling material 19 can be made by gluing, welding, riveting or similar fastening methods, depending on the material.

[0132] FIG. 11 shows a schematic view of the connection area between the support profile 17 and the suspension profile 18 of a modular shelter according to the invention. A shaped element 21, for example a screw, is arranged in the support profile 17 and faces radially outwards with respect to the support profile 17. However, the shaped element 21 may also be a pin. The associated suspension profile 18 has a corresponding tongue-shaped recess 20, via which the suspension profile can be hooked onto the shaped element 21. The connection is stiffened by tightening the screw (shaped element 21). Advantageously, the construction can be easily assembled and disassembled.

[0133] FIG. 12 shows a sectional view of a wall area of a modular shelter provided for indoor use according to the invention. The wall area delimits an outer area 4 from the inner area 2 of the modular shelter. The support profile 17 is an 80 cm×80 cm aluminum profile. A suspension profile 18 is suspended via a shaped element 21, to which a filling material 19 is attached.

[0134] FIG. 13 shows a sectional view of a wall area of a modular shelter according to the invention intended for outdoor use with a visible support profile 17, FIG. 14 shows a sectional view of a wall area of another modular shelter according to the invention intended for outdoor use with an invisible support profile 17.

[0135] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 13, the filling material 19 is attached to the support profile 17 (via a suspension profile not shown) in such a way that the support profile is visible from the interior space 2. An outer cladding 25 is attached to the outer area 4. A thermal insulation 24 is arranged between the outer cladding 25 and the filling material 19.

[0136] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 14, the filling material 19 is attached to the support profile 17 (via a suspension profile not shown) in such a way that the support profile is not visible from the interior space 2. An outer cladding 25 is attached to the outer area 4. A thermal insulation 24 is arranged between the outer cladding 25 and the filling material 19.

[0137] In both variants, the support profile 17 is made of wood with dimensions of 80 cm×100 cm.
