    The ornamental design for a vertical open bag, as shown and described.

    Description

    (1) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the vertical open bag;

    (2) FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the bag;

    (3) FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view of the bag;

    (4) FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view of the bag;

    (5) FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view of the bag;

    (6) FIG. 6 is a top view of the bag, with the handles in a downward position;

    (7) FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the bag; and,

    (8) FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the bag showing environmental matter on the top surface.

    (9) The broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate portions of the vertical open bag and form no part of the claimed design.
