TRANSPARENT PLASTIC PET BOTTLE WITH BELLOW SHAPED BODY, MAINTAINING THE GAS OF THE CARBONATED DRINKS AND FIXING APPARATUS

Abstract

The technical field of the invention is the production industry of the transparent plastic pet bottle, with “flat walled” body, produced in the current market for the carbonated drinks.

The invention enables that the (CO2) gas from the carbonated drinks is controlled via fixing apparatus thanks to transparent, plastic pet bottle which can be shortened-extended lengthwise in the vertical axis such that it has from 400-450 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 2000 ml and to 2500 ml, which is produced like in (2) with a bellow shaped body. After some amount of the carbonated drink is consumed, while the cap is open, we slightly press the pet bottle with bellow body from the top until the level of the drink comes to the top part of the cap of the pet bottle (E) and immediately close the cap. By this way, we remove the air entering the bottle and (CO2) gas extracted from the drink from the bottle. After this procedure, since no empty volume is left inside the bottle, we stop the CO2 gas continuing getting out of the drink.

After the cap is closed, the pet bottle is placed to the concave platform (D) of the special apparatus. The length is adjusted such that the “ring fitting in the neck of the bottle (A)”, which can move vertically, upward-downward on (C) directly, comes approximately 2-3 cm under the cap of the bottle and it is fit to the neck of the pet bottle and fixed via latch (B).

By this way, in case that the bellowed pet bottle is shaken for any reason, vibrated when carrying, get an impact, it is prevented that the CO2 gas inside the drink with the shaking of the carbonated drink inside the bottle comes off and the pet bottle moves upwards with the pressure occurring by it. The same procedure is repeated after every consumption. In this case, because there is no volume left which the gas coming out of the drink fills, CO2 gas becomes preserved inside. By this way, the carbonated drinks' characteristics, quality and taste when the cap of the carbonated drinks is opened for the first time are preserved.

The purpose of the invention is the only remedy for junking and wasting the carbonated drinks, gone flat, therefore the taste of which is spoiled and/or for the problem of the consumers who can't junk the drinks which lost gaseous characteristics and quality.

Furthermore, the invention serves to the global economy for preventing wasting substantial amount of carbonated drinks in the country and across the globe and more pet bottles aren't junked and left to the nature.

The transparent plastic pet bottle, with a “bellow shaped” body, is produced with the same techniques with the known, conventional pet bottles which the body is produced as “flat”.

Claims

1- Preservation of “transparent plastic pet bottles with bellow shaped” body, with every size, every dimension and every volume, to be produced for marketing in order that the carbonated drinks are filled, maintained and carried to the consumer,

2- Preservation of the transparent plastic pet bottles, the body of which is produced in bellows shape, the volume of which can be changed, which has the characteristic of “lowering-raising lengthwise” in the vertical axis,

3- Preservation of pet bottles, to be produced for all carbonated drinks, the body of which has bellows shape, which are made up of transparent or “non-transparent plastic”,

4- Preservation of production with transparent plastic or all substances, alloys, components, other than plastic, the body of which has bellows shape, to be produced for all carbonated drinks,

5- Preservation of “special fixing apparatus, the body of which is to be produced in bellows shape, which is to be produced with plastic or its derivatives or metal and metal alloys, mentioned in the claim 2, in order to prevent that the pressure of the CO2 gas, extracted from the drink in the transparent plastic pet bottle, increases the bellowed pet bottle in the vertical axis lengthwise and keep it constant,

6- Adapting, combining and applying an apparatus, which is “similar” to the special fixing apparatus used for fixing the upward-downward movements of the pet bottle, the body of which has bellows shape, in the vertical axis, to the (bellow pet bottle) which is the primary, main technique of this invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0020] It is the 400-450 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml 2000 ml, and 2500 ml transparent, plastic pet bottles, produced for carbonated drinks, body of which is produced as bellows, instead of transparent, plastic pet bottles, produced for carbonated drinks, with flat walled body, today used in the country and entire world. It is designed for preventing that the CO2 gas of the drink fills the emptied volume of the pet bottle as the drinks in the pet bottles are consumed through special fixing apparatus. Today, with the decrease of the amount, capacity of the CO2 gas of the drink, filling to the space occurred in the bottle as the carbonated drink inside the transparent, plastic pet bottle with flat walled body, in the known technology, is consumed, the carbonated drink losses its quality, characteristics and therefore taste. The invention, thanks to the transparent, plastic pet bottle, with a bellow shaped body, shown in (2), after the required amount of drink is taken from the bottle, when the cap is open, we slightly press the pet bottle from the top until the drink comes to the top level of the cap of the bottle, (E), and we take CO2 gas and air outside and immediately close the cap. We fix via the special apparatus that gas pressure taking place with the continuing CO2 gas emergence pushes the pet bottle upward movement (3-4). By this way, it is prevented by the fixing apparatus (1) that the (CO2) gas, getting out of the drink, fills the volume of the pet bottle until the next usage of the drink. The same procedure is repeated after every usage. In this case, the gaseous nature, quality and taste, expected by the consumer from the carbonated drinks, are become preserved.

The Way of Applying the Invention to the Industry

[0021] The pet bottle, with a bellow shaped body, successfully solving the technical problem mentioned above, is a product which is to be produced like the pet bottles with flat walled body.

[0022] The invention, considering that the carbonated drink pet bottles are launched to the market as 2500 ml, which is the biggest pet bottle size, capacity and volume, necessarily, considering the compatibility with today's all coolers and refrigerators, is designed according to these dimensions. The invention, pet bottle with bellow body technique, when required, can be applied to bigger, smaller and intermediary dimensions. The dimensions most suitable for the function and special fixing apparatus of the transparent, plastic pet bottles, the body of which contain bellow characteristic, are 400-450, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 2000 ml, 2500 ml products, which are current in the market. The special fixing apparatus is an apparatus which can be made up of hard plastic or preferably metals, as parts compatible with the operation principle, in the drawing, as indicated in the FIG. 1).
