DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DISCLOSED EMBODIMENTS

[0022] In order for the technical issues, technical solutions, and beneficial effects of the disclosure to be clearer and more comprehensible, the disclosure will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the disclosure and are not used to limit the disclosure.

[0023] In the claims, the specification, and the above drawings of the disclosure, unless otherwise clearly defined, terms such as “first”, “second”, or “third” are used to distinguish different objects, rather than to describe any specific order.

[0024] In the claims, the specification, and the above drawings of the disclosure, unless otherwise clearly defined, terms indicating orientations or positional relationships, such as “center”, “lateral”, “longitudinal”, “horizontal”, “vertical”, “top”, “bottom”, “inside”, “outside”, “up”, “down”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, “right”, “clockwise”, and “counterclockwise”, are based on the orientation and the positional relationship shown in the drawings, and are only for the convenience of describing the disclosure and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that an indicated device or element must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, so the terms should not be construed as limiting the specific protection scope of the disclosure.

[0025] In the claims, the description and the drawings of the disclosure, unless otherwise explicitly defined, if the term “fixed connection” or “fixedly connected” is used, it should be understood in a broad sense, that is, any connection method without displacement relationship and relative rotation relationship between the two, that is, including non-removable fixed connection, removably fixed connection, connected as a whole, and fixed connection through other devices or components.

[0026] In the claims, the specification, and the above drawings of the disclosure, the terms “including” and “having” and the variations thereof refer to “containing but not limited to”.

[0027] In conjunction with FIG. 3 to FIG. 9, a crank for fitness equipment with a self-locking mechanism of the disclosure is described, which includes a crank body 100 and a pedal 200, and further includes an anti-loosening ring 300.

[0028] The crank body 100 of the disclosure is provided with an installation hole 110, an internal thread 111 is disposed in the installation hole 110, and an anti-loosening ring embedding portion 112 is disposed at an outer end of the installation hole 110.

[0029] The anti-loosening ring 300 of the disclosure is tightly fitted to the anti-loosening ring embedding portion 112 in the installation hole 110 of the crank body 100. The anti-loosening ring 300 is fastened in the crank body 100, which further enhances the locking effect of the crank body 100 and the pedal 200, and the anti-loosening ring 300 is built into the crank body 100, which occupies a small space, and the overall appearance is neater after assembling the crank body 100 and the pedal 200, which further enhances the good experience of the user for the product.

[0030] The anti-loosening ring 300 may be a metal anti-loosening ring or a plastic anti-loosening ring. The metal anti-loosening ring is riveted to the anti-loosening ring embedding portion 112 in the installation hole 110 of the crank body 100.

[0031] The pedal 200 of the disclosure includes a pedal body 210 and a screw rod 220. One end of the screw rod 220 is fixedly connected to the pedal body 210, and the other end is screwed into the installation hole 110 of the crank body 100 and passes through the anti-loosening ring 300 tightly fitted in the installation hole 110, so that the anti-loosening ring 300 tightens the screw rod 220 to prevent loosening. The disclosure can automatically lock the pedal 200 onto the crank body 100 without the need for an external locking nut, which is not only easy to operate, but also greatly reduces the difficulty of assembly, and ensures stable locking between the pedal 200 and the crank body 100.

[0032] During installation, firstly, the anti-loosening ring 300 is tightly fitted to the anti-loosening ring embedding portion 112 installed in the installation hole 110 of the crank body 100. Then, the screw rod 220 of the pedal 200 is screwed into the installation hole 110 until the screw rod 220 passes through the anti-loosening ring 300, so that the self-locking assembly of the pedal and the crank can be completed to achieve easy assembly.

[0033] The foregoing description shows and describes the preferred embodiments of the disclosure. As previously mentioned, it should be understood that the disclosure is not limited to the form disclosed herein, and should not be regarded as an exclusion of other embodiments, but may be used in various other combinations, modifications, and environments, and can be modified within the scope of the inventive concept described herein through the above teachings or skill or knowledge in the related art. However, modifications and changes made by persons skilled in the art do not depart from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and should fall within the protection scope of the appended claims of the disclosure.
