    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0017] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new padded brassiere device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

[0018] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the padded balancing brassiere device generally comprises a pair of cups 12. Each of the cups 12 has a semi-spherical shape that defines a front of a brassiere as shown in FIG. 1. The pair of cups 12 is a soft material 14 that defines a material being flexible and light. The soft material 14 can be a cotton-infused fabric or a silk fabric. Each of the cups 12 comprises a top edge 16, an inner edge 18, and an outer edge 20. The top edge 16 is positioned above the inner edge 18 and the outer edge 20. The inner edge 18 of each of the cups 12 is positioned abutting each other, and a strap 22 is coupled to the inner edge 18 of each of the cups 12 by stitching. The strap 22 is used to conjoin each of the cups 12 to each other. The top edge 16 of each of the cups 12 has a pocket 24, similar to a pocket 26 of the outer edge 20 of each of the cups 12. The pocket 24 of the top edge 16 and the pocket 26 of the outer edge define a space for a variety of elements to be positioned within.

[0019] The pair of cups 12 is configured for being worn on the chest of the user 28, whereby the pair of cups 12 is positioned on a respective one of a pair of breasts 30 of the user 28. The padded balancing brassiere device 10 is used for asymmetrical breasts such that when in-use, each of the breasts 30 of the user 28 appears symmetrical. A pair of lemon padding 32 is configured for being inserted into the pocket 24 of the top edge 16 of the pair of cups 12. Each of the lemon padding 32 has a lemon fruit shape as shown in FIG. 3. Each of the lemon padding 32 is a firm material 34 being configured for providing volume to each of the cups 12 when in-use.

[0020] Similar to the pair of lemon padding 32, a pair of banana padding 36 is the firm material 34. Each of the banana padding 36 has a banana fruit shaped as shown in FIG. 4. Each of the banana padding 36 is configured for being inserted into a respective one of the pocket 26 of the outer edge 20 of each of the cups 12. Both the pair of banana padding 32 and the pair of lemon padding 36 are configured for providing symmetry to each of the cups 12, whereby each of the cups 12 becoming symmetrical in size and shape relative to each other.

[0021] A first end 40 of each strap 38 of a pair of straps 38 is coupled to a respective one of the top edge 16 of each of the cups 12 by stitching. Each of the straps 38 is an elastic material 44 being flexible and stretchable. A second end 42 of each of the straps 38 is coupled to a respective one of the outer edge 20 of each of the cups 12. Each of the straps 38 is configured to be enwrapped around a respective one of each of the shoulders 46 of the user 28. Additionally, each of the straps 38 is configured for engaging by latch and loop fastening to each other. A first strap 38A of the pair of straps 38 has a latch, and a second strap 38B of the pair of straps 38 has a loop. The latch and the loop are complementary to each other where the latch can secure to the loop. The loop and latch of the pair of straps 38 is positioned on the back of the user 28. The latch and the loop of the pair of straps 38 are configured for providing support to the pair of cups 12 and assisting in securing the padded balancing brassiere device 10 to the user 28.

[0022] In use, the pair of cups 12 is positioned on a respective one of the pair of breasts of the user 28. The user 28 positions each of the straps 38 around a respective one of each of the shoulders 46 of the user 28. Additionally, the user 28 can secure each of the straps 38 to each other using the latch and the loop of the pair of straps 38. The user 28 can insert the pair of lemon padding 32 or the pair of banana padding 36 into either pocket 24 of the top edge 16 of each of the cups 12 or the pocket 26 of the outer edge 20 of each of the cups 12 to adjust the volume of each of the cups 12. By adjusting the volume of each of the cups 12, the user 28 can create symmetry between each of the cups 28. The padded balancing brassiere device 10 is designed to provide symmetry to the user 28 with asymmetrical breasts.

[0023] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

[0024] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure.
