Abstract
A metering device for metering therapeutic fluids onto a support element including a container for providing the therapeutic fluid. A fluid dispensing device, in particular including pumps, is connected to the container. A dispensing head for dispensing the therapeutic fluids to the support element is connected to the fluid dispensing device. A movement device for moving the metering head during the delivery of the therapeutic fluid is provided for equalizing the application of the therapeutic fluid to the support element. The disclosure also relates to a corresponding method.
Claims
1. A dosing device for dosing therapeutic liquids onto a support element, comprising: a container for providing the therapeutic liquid; a liquid dispensing device fluidically connected to the container; a dispensing head fluidically connected to the liquid dispensing device for dispensing therapeutic liquid conveyed by the liquid dispensing device to the support element; and a movement device connected to the dosing head for moving the dosing head at least during the delivery of the therapeutic liquid.
2. The dosing device according to claim 1, wherein the movement device effects a pivoting movement and/or a rotating movement of the dosing head, in particular by 1600 to 180°.
3. The dosing device according to claim 1, wherein the dosing head has at least two dosing units.
4. The dosing device according to claim 3, wherein at least two dosing units are arranged opposite to each other, in particular with respect to a pivot axis.
5. The dosing device according to claim 3, wherein the dosing units have at least two dosing nozzles.
6. The dosing device according to claim 1, wherein the dosing head is connected to a lifting device.
7. The dosing device according to claim 1, wherein the liquid dispensing device has one or several pumps, in particular rotary piston pumps and/or wobble piston pumps.
8. The dosing device according to claim 1, wherein the movement device has a pivot drive, in particular a pneumatic pivot drive.
9. A device for manufacturing therapeutic transdermal systems (TTS), comprising a feeding device for a support element; a dosing device according to claim 1 for dosing of therapeutic liquids onto the support element; a feeding device for at least one cover element so that the therapeutic liquid is disposed between the support element and the cover element; and a cutting device for manufacturing individual therapeutic transdermal systems by cutting and/or punching the support element and the cover element.
10. A method for dosing a therapeutic liquid onto a support element, in particular by means of a dosing device according to claim 1, in which a therapeutic liquid is dosed by means of a dispensing device onto a support element; and a dosing head fluidically connected to the dispensing device is moved during the dosing of the therapeutic liquid.
11. The method according to claim 10, in which the dosing head is pivoted and/or rotated.
12. The method according to claim 11, in which the dosing head is pivoted and/or rotated by 160° to 180° during the dosing of the therapeutic liquid.
13. The method according to claim 10, in which the dosing head is moved back to an initial position after dosing, in particular rotated back or pivoted back.
14. The method according to claim 10, in which the dosing head is lifted after dosing or at the end of the dosing process, respectively.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0025] In a greatly simplified embodiment, the dosing device comprises a container 10 in which the therapeutic liquid is stored. Container 10 is fluidically connected to a liquid dispensing device 14 via a line 12. Here, liquid dispensing device 14 particularly comprises pumps, preferably rotary piston pumps or wobble piston pumps. The liquid dispensing device 14 is connected to the dosing head 18 via a line 16. The lines 20 leading to the nozzles 22 are arranged within dosing head 18.
[0026] In the illustrated exemplary embodiment, respectively two nozzles 22 form a dosing unit 21.
[0027] Moreover, dosing head 18 is connected to a movement device 24. Movement device 24 allows it to rotate or pivot dosing head 18 about a central axis 26.
[0028] In addition, a lifting device 28 is connected to dosing head 18. Lifting device 28 can be used to lift or lower the dosing head in the direction of an arrow 30.
[0029] A bottom side 32 of dosing head 18 is transported from left to right by means of a feeding device 39 in
[0030] For manufacturing corresponding products, the therapeutic liquid is fed in a dosing process, wherein dosing head 18 in the illustrated embodiment is pivoted by 180° about axis 26 (arrow 36) during the feeding process. Here, the therapeutic liquid of the illustrated exemplary embodiment is dispensed through four nozzles 22. After the dosing process, the dosing head is lifted by means of lifting device 28 (arrow 30). Then, support element 34 is moved in the Figures to the right (arrow 38) in preparation for the next dosing process. Dosing head 18 can then be lowered again and the next dosing process can be started.
[0031]
[0032] In the next step, a cover element, which is not illustrated, is then fed by a feeding device, which is also not illustrated. The cover element is arranged such that the therapeutic liquid is disposed between the support element 34 and the cover element. In this way, a cutting or punching device can be used to produce products that are particularly round in the illustrated exemplary embodiment.
