    Abstract

    The invention relates to an apparatus and methods for putting on and removing a footwear product. The apparatus for putting on and removing a footwear product includes a sole element, a top element, a pedal element, a fixing element, an elasticity element, an interconnection element. In the design of the footwear product, the sole element is connected with the top element and the pedal element, the top element and the pedal element are connected with the interconnection element, the elasticity element is connected with the top element and/or the pedal element, the fixing element is configured to engage with the matching part and fix the pedal element in the pressed position. If the sole element is curved, it is configured to fix the foot in the footwear product in the “closed” state of the footwear product, the interconnection element is connected with the top element, the pedal element, and the sole element, and the elasticity element is connected with the top element and/or the pedal element and/or the sole element. The sole element serves as a foot support, the top element is configured to cover and fix the foot in the footwear product in the “closed” state of the footwear product, the pedal element is configured to receive energy from the pressure of the foot and bring the footwear product to the “closed” state, the fixing element is configured to fix the footwear product in the “closed” state, the elasticity element exhibiting potential energy is configured to bring the footwear product to the “opened” state, the interconnection element is configured to transfer motion from one element to another. The technical result is a reduction in the time and effort consumed for putting on and removing the footwear product.

    Claims

    1. A device for putting on and taking off a shoe product, including a sole element, an upper element, a pedal element, a fixing element, an elastic element, an interconnection element, moreover, in the design of the shoe product, the sole element is connected to the upper element and the pedal element, the upper element and the pedal element are connected to the interconnection element, the elastic element is connected to the upper element and/or to the pedal element, the fixing element is made with the possibility to interlocks with the mating part and fastens the pedal element in the pressed position, and if the sole element is arched, then the interconnection element is connected to the upper element, to the pedal element and to the sole element, and the elastic element is connected to the upper element and/or to the pedal element and/or to the sole element, the sole element performs the function of a support for the foot, the upper element is made with the possibility of covering the foot and fixing it in the shoe product in the “closed” state, the pedal element is made with the possibility of receiving energy from the pressure of the foot and bringing the shoe product to the “closed” state, the fixing element is made with the possibility of fixing the shoe product in the “closed” state, the elastic element has potential energy, is made with the possibility of bring the shoe product to the “opened” state, the interconnection element is made with the possibility of transfer movement from one element to another, and if the sole element is arched, then it is made with the possibility of fixing the foot in the shoe product in the “closed” state.

    2. A device for putting on and taking off a shoe product according to claim 1 involves the fact that the shoe product additionally includes an adjustment element which allows to change the volume of the shoe product and/or a damping element which allows to maintain the allowable tension of the elements in the shoe product.

    3. A device for putting on and taking off a shoe product according to claim 1 involves the fact that the sole element can combine the functions of a fixing element, the upper element can combine the functions of an elastic element and an interconnection element, and the pedal element can combine the functions of a fixing element, an elastic element, an interconnection element, and vice versa.

A method of putting on the shoe product, which means that the sole element of the shoe product in the “opened” state is placed on the underlying surface, the foot is lowered into the unpressed upper element and pressed against the sole element, under the weight of the user, the foot presses the sole element to the underlying surface, the sole element transfers energy from the pressure of the foot to the pedal element, the pedal element rests against the underlying surface, changes its position from unpressed to pressed and moves the interconnection element, the interconnection element moved and changes the formed contour or the length of the route in accordance with the change in the position of the elements on which it is fixed or through which it is stretched, and makes the position of the pedal element and the upper element interdependent, the upper element changes its position from unpressed to pressed and fixes the foot in the shoe product, when the pedal element and the upper element reach the pressed position, the fixing element automatically interlocks with the mating part and fastens the pedal element, and the elastic element is pressed by the pedal element and/or the upper element and accumulates potential energy, the shoe product changes its state from “opened” to “closed” and is ready for use, and if the sole element is arched, then the interconnection element makes the position of the pedal element, the upper element and the sole element interdependent, the sole element changes its position from unpressed to pressed and fixes the foot in the shoe product, and the elastic element is pressed by the pedal element and/or the upper element and/or the sole element.

A method of taking off the shoe product, which means that the sole element of the shoe product in the “closed” state is placed or noton the on the underlying prepared surface or unprepared surface, the fixing element is affected, the fixing element unlocks from the mating part and unfastens the pedal element, the user removes the foot pressure from the sole element, the sole element removes energy from the pressure of the foot on the pedal element, the elastic element releases potential energy, unpressed and unpress the upper element and/or the pedal element, the interconnection element moved and changes the formed contour or the length of the route in accordance with the change in the position of the elements on which it is fixed or through which it is stretched, and makes the position of the upper element and the pedal element interdependent, the upper element and the pedal element change their position from pressed to unpressed, the upper element unfix the foot in the shoe product, the shoe product changes its state from “closed” to “opened”, which makes it possible to freely release the foot from the shoe product, and if the sole element is arched, then the elastic element unpress the upper element and/or the pedal element and/or the sole element, the interconnection element makes the position of the upper element, the pedal element and the sole element interdependent, the sole element changes its position from pressed to unpressed freely releases the foot from the shoe product.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    Invention Design

    Interconnection of the Elements of the Invention

    INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
