    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0021] Specific embodiments of the invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the description of the embodiments is not a limitation of technical solution, and any form change rather than substantive change based on the concept of the invention should be regarded as the scope of protection of the invention.

[0022] In the following description, all concepts involving orientations such as up, down, left, right, front and back all are relative to positional states of the drawings being described, which are intended to facilitate public understanding, and are not to be construed as special limitations of technical solutions provided by the invention.

[0023] As illustrated in FIG. 1 through FIG. 4, a mat for hidden-type splicing may include: a mat body 1 and a splicing bottom base 2 each are constructed in a form of rectangular plate structure. The splicing bottom base 2 is fixedly connected to a surface of a downward side of the mat body 1. Two convex parts 21 are respectively formed on one pair of adjacent right-angle sides of the splicing bottom base 2. Two concave parts 22 are respectively formed on the other pair of right-angle sides of the splicing bottom base 2, namely the right-angle sides symmetrical with the two convex parts 21 relative to a diagonal line of the splicing bottom base 2.

[0024] Each the convex part 21 has a convex part connection surface 211, and the convex part connection surface 211 is disposed corresponding to and being flush with a side edge of the mat body 1. Multiple (i.e., more than one) outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 are protruded on the convex part connection surface 211 outwards and arranged at intervals, adjacent two of the outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 have a splicing outer groove 213 formed therebetween, and the multiple outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 all protrude outside the side edge of the mat body 1.

[0025] Each the concave part 22 has a concave part connection surface 221, and the concave part connection surface 221 is disposed corresponding to and being flush with another side edge of the mat body 1. Multiple inwardly concave splicing grooves 222 are recessed in the concave part connection surface 221 inwards and arranged at intervals, the multiple inwardly concave splicing grooves 222 are matched with the multiple outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 in shape, adjacent two of the multiple inwardly concave splicing grooves 222 have a splicing inner tooth 223 formed therebetween, the splicing inner tooth 223 is matched with the splicing outer groove 213 in shape, and the mat body 1 completely covers the two concave parts 22 of the splicing bottom base 2 located therebelow from above.

[0026] Moreover, each the outwardly convex splicing tooth 212 may be constructed in a form of inverted trapezoidal structure, with a portion of the outwardly convex splicing tooth 212 connected to the convex part connection surface 211 constituting an outwardly convex splicing tooth bottom portion 2121 and another portion of the outwardly convex splicing tooth 212 away from the convex part connection surface 211 constituting an outwardly convex splicing tooth top portion 2122. A length of the outwardly convex splicing tooth bottom portion 2121 is smaller than a length of the outwardly convex splicing tooth top portion 2122. It is noted that, the shape of the outwardly convex splicing tooth 212 is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and can also be a T-shaped structure or a zigzag structure, and so on.

[0027] In a preferred embodiment, connections between the outwardly convex splicing tooth bottom portion 2121 and the convex part connection surface 211 and corresponding to two end portions in the lengthwise direction of the outwardly convex splicing tooth bottom portion 2121 are formed with outwardly convex splicing tooth connection rounded corner portions 21211, respectively. Two end portions in the lengthwise direction of the outwardly convex splicing tooth top portion 2122 are formed with outwardly convex splicing tooth transition rounded corner portions 21221, respectively. The outwardly convex splicing tooth connection rounded corner portions 21211 and the outwardly convex splicing tooth transition rounded corner portions 21221 can ensure smoothness of the whole outer edge surface of the outwardly convex splicing tooth 212, guarantee the safety of a user in manual splicing and avoid being scratched to thereby reflect humanization.

[0028] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 again, multiple antiskid strips 11 are evenly protruded on a surface of an upward side of the mat body 1. The multiple antiskid strips 11 can increase a friction coefficient of the surface of the upward side of the mat body 1, thereby improving anti-slip performance of the mat body 1 and enhancing overall safety.

[0029] Furthermore, the mat body 1 and the splicing bottom base 2 may be made of an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (EVA) and be integrally formed (i.e., one-piece structure). The EVA has good flexibility, so that the mat body 1 and the splicing bottom base 2 have excellent shockproof and antiskid performance, and moreover have good compression resistance.

[0030] In an alternative embodiment, the mat body 1 and the splicing bottom base 2 are connected to form an integrated structure by using hot-pressing lamination or adhesive bonding.

[0031] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 and especially FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a working principle of the technical solution provided by the illustrated embodiment of the invention will be briefly described as follows. Specifically, when multiple the mats according to the technical solution need to be spliced together, the splicing bottom bases 2 of adjacent two of the mats are spliced, the convex part 21 of one splicing bottom base 2 is engaged with the concave part 22 of the other splicing bottom base 2, and the multiple outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 are matched and engaged with the corresponding inwardly concave splicing grooves 222, the multiple splicing inner teeth 223 are matched and engaged with the corresponding splicing outer grooves 213. Because the convex part 21 can always be matched and engaged with the adjacent concave part 22 hidden below the mat body 1, after two mats are spliced together, the mat body 1 of one of the two mats on one side can cover the convex part 21 of the other one of the two mats on the other side from above, so that the convex part 21 and the outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 will not be exposed outside, thereby realizing the splicing in a hidden manner. More specifically, please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, four mats are assembled/spliced in a cross structure, the convex part 21 at the left side of the splicing bottom base 2 of the right top mat in FIG. 4 is matched and engaged together with the concave part 22 at the right side of the splicing bottom base 2 of the left top mat, the concave part 22 at the bottom side of the spliced bottom base 2 of the right top mat and the convex part 21 at the top side of the splicing bottom base 2 of the right bottom mat are matched and engaged together, so that connecting parts of adjacent two splicing bottom bases 2 of the four mats are fixedly engaged in a manner that the convex part 21 and the concave part 22 are spliced with each other, and as shown in FIG. 3, the upper mat bodies 1 can completely cover and shield internally adjacent convex parts 21 (for splicing) of the four splicing bottom bases 2; and by analogy, after multiple mats finish the splicing on a whole floor, the convex parts 21 of the lower splicing bottom bases 2 and the outwardly convex splicing teeth 212 are covered under the mat bodies 1 and thus are not exposed outside, so that the front side is constituted by rectangular mat bodies 1, which is beautiful and elegant and convenient to clean.

[0032] In summary, the technical solution provided by the invention can make up for the defects in the prior art, successfully complete the task of the invention, and faithfully achieve the technical effects stated by the applicant in the above technical effect section.
