COMPRESSION SHAPEWEAR SYSTEM

Abstract

A compression shapewear system to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks for a user with a mesh undergarment having right and left thigh pockets, right and left buttock pockets, and right and left calf pockets, with 3 or 4D foam inserts, gel inserts or a combination of foam and gel inserts for insertion to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected. Also provided is an outer garment of lightweight high compression material with 4-way stretch where the outer surface of the material is embellished with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs, buttocks, calves, knees and shins to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks. The system also provides a combination of the undergarment and outer garment worn together.

Claims

1. A compression shapewear system to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks for a user, comprising a undergarment of lightweight mesh meant to be worn under outer garments where the undergarment has right and left thigh pockets, right and left buttock pockets, and right and left calf pockets, with inserts for insertion in the thigh pockets, buttock pockets and calf pockets where the inserts would be foam padding or gel padding or a combination of foam and gel padding contoured and sized for the thighs, buttocks and calves of the user to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected.

2. The compression shapewear system of claim 1 where the undergarment would be made of 4-way stretch compression mesh and the thigh, buttock and calf inserts would be sewn into the high waisted undergarment.

3. The compression shapewear system of claim 1 where the undergarment would have a high waistband, detachable shoulder straps and lower leg bands.

The compression shapewear system of claim 3 where the undergarment would be worn as a high waisted logging outer garment and made of a lightweight high compression material having an outer surface with 4-way stretch where thigh, buttock and calf inserts would be sewn into the high waisted undergarment.

5. The compression shapewear system of claim 4 where the outer surface of the lightweight high compression material would be embellished with computer generated contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs, buttocks and calves to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks.

A compression shapewear system to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks for a user, comprising an undergarment of lightweight mesh meant to be worn under an outer garment where the undergarment has right and lent thigh pockets. right and left buttock pockets, and right and left calf pockets, with inserts for insertion in the thigh pockets, buttock pockets and calf pockets where the inserts would be 3 or 4D foam padding, gel padding or combination of foam and gel padding contoured and sized for the thighs, buttocks and calves of the user to simulate the flexibility and feel of the human body parts selected, and the outer garment comprises lightweight high compression material with an outer surface where the material outer surface would be embellished with contoured shadowing to create a halo effect around thighs, buttocks and calves to create the illusion of smooth, toned legs and buttocks.

7. The compression shapewear system of claim 6 where the outer garment would have a high waistband, detachable shoulder straps and lower leg bands.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0017] The front view of the inventive shapewear garment system 100 worn as a high waisted undergarment 101 is shown in FIG. 1 with a high waistband 2, optional detachable shoulder straps 10. thigh pockets 4 and lower leg bands 5. It is intended that molded foam inserts be placed in the thigh pockets 4. It is intended that the thigh pockets 4 and lower leg bands S as shown on the left leg 11 are mirrored on the right leg 12.
