Abstract
A type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage, including box body, non-independent box body liquid bag, independent box body liquid bag, non-independent box body liquid bag includes upper liquid bag body, liquid bag upper port valve, liquid bag lower port valve and lower liquid bag body. The box is an open design at one end. The box body is set with a lower liquid bag body. The lower liquid bag body is located at the open end of the box with a liquid bag lower valve. The lower liquid bag body is not in contact with the side wall of the inner cavity of the box. The upper liquid bag body is set above the lower liquid bag body.

A type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage, comprising: a box body, non-independent box body liquid bag, and independent box body liquid bag; wherein the non-independent box liquid bag includes an upper liquid bag body, liquid bag upper port valve, liquid bag lower port valve and lower liquid bag body; wherein the box body is designed with an open end and is set inside the lower liquid bag body; wherein the lower liquid bag body is located in the open end of a box side of the liquid bag valve and the lower liquid bag body is not in contact with a side wall of an inner cavity of the box; wherein the lower liquid bag body is set above the upper liquid bag body, and four surrounding sides of the lower liquid bag body and the upper liquid bag body are concave to the middle; wherein the top surface of the lower liquid bag valve is set with the upper liquid bag valve; wherein the independent box liquid bag includes independent liquid bag and independent liquid bag valve; wherein four surrounding sides of the independent liquid bag are concave to the middle and the independent liquid bag of a top surface is set independent liquid bag valve.
9. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8, wherein the top surface of the said upper liquid bag body is set with a flexible liquid bag anti-friction device pad.

The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8, wherein one end of the lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag front flexible fixed connection device and the other end of the lower liquid bag body is set with a liquid bag rear flexible fixed connection device, wherein one end of the front flexible connection device is fixedly connected to the upper liquid bag body, and one end of the rear flexible connection device of the liquid bag is fixedly connected to the liquid bag body.
11. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8, wherein the box body is set with a box door at each of the open ends.
12. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8, wherein the box body is set with a rigid device at the open end.
13. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8, wherein the rigid device is fixedly connected with a door stop on one side.
14. The type of liquid bag with the function of box protection for multi-functional transportation and storage according to claim 8, wherein the liquid bag can be applied to containers, boxcars, high-bar trucks and flatbed trucks.

It does not squeeze the four walls of the container. The four corners of the bag body are in contact with the container. The upper liquid bag body 2 and the lower liquid bag body 8 of the non-independent container liquid bag are loaded with a larger volume compared to the previous container liquid bag. And the two sides are not against the box 1 box wall, the damage caused to the box 1 is very small, thus extending the service life of the box 1. It can further improve the space utilization of the tank 1 and increase the transportation space. The independent liquid bag 12 is different from other high-bar truck-mounted liquid bags that require additional square steel reinforcement. The independent liquid bag 12 can reduce the need for additional square steel reinforcement. The independent liquid bag 12 has a rounded shape after being filled, and the size of the part of the wall on both sides is small. The force area on both sides of the wall of the box 1 is small, which will not cause damage to the wall of the box 1, thus extending the service life of the box 1.
