    Abstract

    A novel form of assembly is disclosed which assist user in untwining hair braids. The assembly has items made of heat resistant and skin protective material which allow to use these items without being burned and require minimal input from the user. The assembly rotates in clock-wise and anticlockwise direction once the braid is locked in to unbraid the hair.

    Claims

    I: A hair un-braiding machine comprising: a housing, which includes a motor mounted therein, a controller controlling a driving force of the motor, and mechanism to rotate in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction where: the assembly according to claim I, is a heat resistant or skin protective assembly; the assembly according to claim I, where the assembly provides button to lock the hair loops; the assembly according to claim I, where the option is presented to power the device; the assembly according to claim I, where the option is presented to control the rotating mechanism; the assembly according to claim I, where the rotating mechanism can be in clock-wise and anti-clockwise direction; the assembly according to claim I, where a separate compartment is provided for external power source.

    Description

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

    [0021] The accompanying figures, where like reference numerals refer to identical or functionally similar elements throughout the separate views, together with the detailed description below, are incorporated in and form part of the specification, and serve to further illustrate embodiments of concepts that include the claimed invention and explain various principles and advantages of those embodiments.

    [0022] FIG. 1 shows the back side view of the proposed design of assembly as per preferred embodiments of the invention.

    [0023] FIG. 2 shows the left side view of the proposed design;

    [0024] FIG. 3 shows the bottom side view of the proposed design;

    [0025] FIG. 4 shows the front side view of the proposed design.

    [0026] Skilled artisans will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and have not necessarily been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figures may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of embodiments of the present invention.

    [0027] The apparatus and method components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

    [0028] Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.

    [0029] As stated above, there currently is not any option designed for people to perform the unbraiding procedure with ease. Moreover, the options available are difficult to use and doesn't provide complete utility during the braiding process.

    [0030] The current invention in its preferred embodiment discloses housing, which includes a motor mounted therein, a controller controlling a driving force of the motor, and method to lock the braid within the receiving slit.

    [0031] The invention as per its preferred embodiments provides left button (1) to lock braid. The right button (2) powers the device and controls the rotating mechanism. By clicking upward, the machine will rotate clockwise and by clicking down button the machine will rotate anti-clockwise direction.

    [0032] The invention as per its further embodiments provides two speed settings (3) to expedite the process as per user's requirement. The device is charged through external source typically two batteries.

    [0033] The operation and usage of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention configured as described above will be described below. First, the user moves the braid in receiving slit of assembly. Then the user presses the button to unlock the braid. The device will already be in powered stage. By pressing the upward button, the machine will rotate clock wise and by clicking the down button machine will rotate anti-clockwise to untwine the braid.

    [0034] While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.

    [0035] Having described the invention in detail, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from its spirit. Therefore, it is not intended that the scope of the invention be limited to the specific embodiment illustrated and described. Rather, it is intended that the scope of this invention be determined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

    [0036] The Abstract of the Disclosure is provided to allow the reader to quickly ascertain the nature of the technical disclosure. It is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims. In addition, in the foregoing Detailed Description, it can be seen that various features are grouped together in various embodiments for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure. This method of disclosure is not to be interpreted as reflecting an intention that the claimed embodiments require more features than are expressly recited in each claim. Rather, as the following claims reflect, inventive subject matter lies in less than all features of a single disclosed embodiment. Thus, the following claims are hereby incorporated into the Detailed Description, with each claim standing on its own as a separately claimed subject matter.
