TROUSERS WITH A RETRACTABLE WAISTBAND

Abstract

The present invention discloses trousers with a retractable waistband. With a width gap of a pocket opening, a part of an outer waist sheet at the pocket opening on a waistband is sewn with an elastic waist strap. The elastic waist strap is sewn above the inner waist pocket cloth. An elastic waist strap of an inner waist sheet and an elastic waist strap of an outer waist sheet are arranged in a left-right dislocation. Therefore, the waistband can be automatically stretched and retracted. Compared with traditional trousers in the prior art, stretching of the waistband can reach about 10 cm. The waistbands of the trousers of different sizes are only about 5-8 cm different. A spacing between an edge of an inserting opening of a pocket and an outer side seam of the trousers only is changed with different waistlines.

Claims

1. Trousers with a retractable waistband, comprising the trousers, the trousers have a waistband and two trouser legs, the waistband and the two trouser legs are sewn together, each trouser leg has a front trouser sheet and a rear trouser sheet, an upper inner side of the front trouser sheet is provided with pocket cloth, an upper side edge of the pocket cloth is sewn together with the waistband, the front trouser sheet and the pocket cloth are formed with a pocket with an inserting opening, the waistband is a non-elastic waistband, the waistband has an inner waist sheet and an outer waist sheet, the inner waist sheet and the outer waist sheet are attached and sewn together, wherein the foregoing outer waist sheet is located at two pockets and opened and provided with an outer fracture, respectively, in addition, the fracture is located at the inserting opening of the pocket, the foregoing outer waist sheet is located at the outer fracture, and fixedly sewn with an outer elastic waist strap that closes the outer fracture, the foregoing inner waist sheet is provided with an inner fracture, the foregoing inner fracture and the outer fracture are arranged in a left-right dislocation, the foregoing inner waist sheet is fixedly sewn with an inner elastic waist strap that closes the inner fracture, an upper edge of the foregoing pocket cloth and the inner waist sheet are fixedly sewn together with a part of the inner waist sheet at the inserting opening and a lower edge of the inner elastic waist strap, and a part of the foregoing front trouser sheet at the inner elastic waist strap is sewn with the outer waist sheet.

2. The trousers with a retractable waistband according to claim 1, wherein both the foregoing outer elastic waist strap and the inner elastic waist strap are elastic bands.

3. The trousers with a retractable waistband according to claim 1, wherein the foregoing outer elastic waist strap has a length shorter than that of the inner elastic waist strap.

The trousers with a retractable waistband according to claim 3, wherein a first end of the foregoing outer elastic waist strap is located above a suture of the front trouser sheet and the rear trouser sheet, the first end of the outer elastic waist strap is sewn together with the outer waist sheet and the inner waist sheet, a second end of the foregoing elastic waist strap is sewn together with the outer waist sheet, a first end of the foregoing inner elastic waist strap is sewn together with the inner waist sheet, a second end of the foregoing inner elastic waist strap is sewn together with the inner waist sheet and the outer waist sheet.

The trousers with a retractable waistband according to claim 4, wherein the foregoing outer waist sheet and the inner waist sheet are double-layer waist sheets formed by stitching an inner cloth strip and an outer cloth strip, two ends of the foregoing outer waist sheet at the outer fracture are provided with an outer non-sewn opening, the two ends of the foregoing outer elastic waist strap are extended into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the outer waist sheet via the two outer non-sewn openings, respectively, and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip. Parts of the foregoing inner waist sheet at two ends of the inner fracture are both provided with an inner non-sewn opening. The two ends of the foregoing inner elastic waist strap are extended into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the inner waist sheet via the two inner non-sewn openings, respectively, and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip.

6. The trousers with a retractable waistband according to claim 4, wherein the foregoing inner waist sheet from a sewn part of the inner waist sheet and the outer elastic waist strap to the inner elastic waist strap has a length longer than that of the foregoing outer elastic waist strap.

[0018] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, trousers with a retractable waistband of the present invention comprise the trousers. The trousers have a waistband 1 and two trouser legs 2. Waistband 1 is a non-elastic waistband. That is, the waistband is sewn with a non-elastic cloth. Waistband 1 has an inner waist sheet 11 and an outer waist sheet 12. The Upper and lower side edges of the inner waist sheet 11 and upper and lower side edges of the outer waist sheet 12 are sewn together, and attached and matched with each other. The inner waist sheet and the outer waist sheet are both strap-shaped bodies. Two ends of waistband 1 are located at the front side of the trousers and are detachably connected via a connecting piece (such as a button and a zipper). The waistband 1 and the two trouser legs 2 are sewn together. Each trouser leg 2 has a front trouser sheet 21 and a rear trouser sheet 22. Two side edges of the front trouser sheet 21 and two side edges of the rear trouser sheet 22 are sewn together correspondingly. A suture of the trouser legs 2 at the front trouser sheet 21 and the rear trouser sheet 22 is formed with an outer side seam 100 and an inner side seam. An upper inner side of the front trouser sheet 21 is provided with a pocket cloth 3. The upper side edge of the front trouser sheet 21, the upper side edge of the pocket cloth 3, and the waistband are sewn together. A side of the pocket cloth 3 backward to the connecting piece of the trousers is sewn together with the rear trouser sheet 22. The front trouser sheet 21 and the pocket cloth 3 are formed with a pocket with an inserting opening. An edge of the front trouser sheet 21 at the inserting opening is an oblique edge so that the inserting opening is an oblique inserting opening. A sewing method of the pocket and the sewing method of the front trouser sheet and the rear trouser sheet are based on the prior art but are not an improvement of the technical solution of the present invention.

[0019] The innovation of the present invention is as follows: parts of the outer waist sheet 12 at the two pockets are opened and provided with an outer fracture, respectively. The outer fracture is located at the inserting opening of the pocket. That is, a part of the outer waist sheet 12 at the inserting opening of the pocket is not provided with material. The outer fracture is from the upper end of the front trouser sheet 21 to the outer side seam 100. Taking the front trouser sheet on the left side as an example, a distance between a right side edge of an upper end of the front trouser sheet at the pocket and the outer side seam on the left side is the width of the outer fracture. A part of the outer waist sheet 12 at the outer fracture is fixedly sewn with the outer elastic waist strap 4 which closes the outer fracture. The inner waist sheet 11 is opened and provided with an inner fracture. The inner fracture and the outer fracture are staggered. That is, the inner fracture and the outer fracture are arranged in a left-right dislocation. The inner waist sheet 11 is fixedly sewn with the inner elastic waist strap 5 that closes the inner fracture. That is, parts of the outer waist sheet 12 and the inner waist sheet 11 at the outer elastic waist strap 4 and the inner elastic waist strap 5 are non-sewn structures. An upper edge of the pocket cloth 3, a lower edge of a part of the outer waist sheet 12 at the outer elastic waist strap 4, and a lower edge of the inner elastic waist strap 5 are sewn together. That is, the pocket cloth 3 is not sewn with the outer waist sheet. A part of the upper edge of the front trouser sheet 21 at the inner elastic waist strap 5 is sewn together with the outer waist sheet 12. That is, a part of the front trouser sheet 21 at the pocket is not sewn together with the inner waist sheet 11.

[0020] Specifically, the outer elastic waist strap 4 and the inner elastic waist strap 5 are elastic bands, preferably tight nylon elastic bands. The outer elastic waist strap 4 has a length shorter than that of the inner elastic waist strap 5. The first end of the outer elastic waist strap 4 is located above a suture (i.e., an outer side seam 100) of the front trouser sheet and the rear trouser sheet. The first end of the outer elastic waist strap 4 is sewn together with the outer waist sheet 12 and the inner waist sheet 11. A second end of the elastic waist strap 4 is sewn together with the outer waist sheet 12. The first end of the inner elastic waist strap 5 is sewn together with the inner waist sheet. A second end of the inner elastic waist strap 5 is sewn together with the inner waist sheet 11 and the outer waist sheet 12.

[0021] For trousers with a retractable waistband of the present invention, because a part of a front trouser sheet 21 at a pocket opening is sewn with an outer waist sheet 12; pocket cloth 3 is sewn with an inner waist sheet, and an outer elastic waist strap 4 and an inner elastic waist strap 5 are staggered, a waistband can be stretched at the outer elastic waist strap 4. Additionally, a part at the inner elastic waist strap 5 can also be stretched, so that parts of the entire waistband at two pockets can truly achieve a retractable adjustment of about 8 cm. If a size of a wearer is smaller, a distance between an edge (i.e., a part of a front trouser sheet at an inserting opening) of the inserting opening of the pocket and an outer side seam of the trousers becomes smaller. If the size of the wearer is larger, the distance between the edge of the inserting opening of the pocket and the outer side seam of the trousers becomes larger. That is, wearers of different sizes only need to change the distance between the edge of the inserting opening of the pocket and the outer side seam of the trousers if the waistband increases when wearing the trousers. An overall outer surface of the trousers as a whole is located at the waistband without any crumple. The wearing aesthetics of the trousers is not affected in any way. The inner elastic waist strap and the outer elastic waist strap constitute a part of the entire waistband, which does not cause discomfort to the wearer.

[0022] In the present invention, the outer waist sheet 12 and the inner waist sheet 11 should be double-layered waist sheets formed by stitching an inner cloth strip and an outer cloth strip. Parts of the outer waist sheet 12 at both ends of an outer fracture are provided with an outer non-sewn opening. That is, two ends of the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the outer waist sheet are not sewn, forming an opening. Two ends of the outer elastic waist strap 4 are extended into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the outer waist sheet 12 via the two outer non-sewn openings, respectively, and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip. Parts of the inner waist sheet 11 at two ends of an inner fracture are provided with an inner non-sewn opening. That is, the two ends of the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the inner waist sheet 11 are not sewn, forming an opening. Two ends of the inner elastic waist strap 5 are extended into a space between the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the inner waist sheet via the two inner non-sewn openings, respectively, and are sewn together with the inner cloth strip and the outer cloth strip of the inner waist sheet 11. In this way, the ends of the inner elastic waist strap and the outer elastic waist strap are hidden, which does not affect aesthetics and wearing comfort.

[0023] In the present invention, the inner waist sheet 11 from a sewn part of the inner waist sheet 11 and the outer elastic waist strap 4 to the inner elastic waist strap 5 should have a length longer than that of the outer elastic waist strap 4. That is, the inner waist sheet at a non-sewn part of the outer waist sheet 12 has a length longer than that of the outer elastic waist strap, which can increase an elastic retractable adjustment amount of the waist strap at the pocket.
