Abstract

The present invention concerns a watch (400) or watch kit (400), piece of jewellery (400) and/or jewellery kit (400) comprising at least one smart wristband (200) configured to process data (201) and to supply processed data (101) to at least one smart screen (100) configured to be arranged on and/or to move along said at least one smart wristband (200) while allowing the display of said processed data (101).

A watch or piece of jewellery, in particular watch kit or jewellery kit, comprising a smart wristband and at least a smart screen comprised, if applicable, in a precious or synthetic jewel, and arranged to be moved and disposed in a given location along the smart wristband, the smart wristband comprising: a wristband; a processing unit configured to transmit, via a second communication interface and at least a support or guide for transmission, the processed data to a first communication interface comprising a receiver of said smart screen, said receiver being configured to receive the processed data, the transmission support being configured to ensure continuous transmission of the processed data by electromagnetic wave, acoustic wave, by electrical signals and/or by optical signals up to the receiver of the smart screen disposed at a given location along the wristband; the smart screen comprising: a display configured to run and/or to slide along said smart bracelet; a control unit configured to control the display as a function of the processed data.

16. The watch or piece of jewellery according to claim 15, said at least a second communication interface is configured to be in contact with at least a first communication interface, with at least one smart screen and/or with at least one precious or synthetic jewel and/or fine jewellery item.

17. The watch or piece of jewellery according to claim 15, wherein said at least one transmission support comprises at least one electromagnetic waveguide, at least one acoustic waveguide, at least one electrical conductor and/or at least one optical fibre.

18. The watch or piece of jewellery according to claim 15, wherein said at least one transmitter comprises at least one radio frequency transmitter, at least one ultrasonic transmitter, at least one induction transmitter, at least one electrical transmitter and/or at least one optical transmitter.

19. The watch or piece of jewellery according to claim 15, wherein said at least one receiver comprises at least one radio frequency receiver, at least one ultrasonic receiver, at least one induction receiver, at least one electrical receiver and/or at least one optical receiver.

20. Communication method for a watch and/or piece of jewellery, comprising: obtaining a watch or a piece of jewellery according to claim 15; providing an indication of the number of said at least one smart wristband of said assembly of at least one smart wristband, of said at least one smart screen of said assembly of at least one smart screen, and/or of said at least one precious or synthetic jewel and/or fine jewellery item of said assembly of at least one precious or synthetic jewel and/or fine jewellery item, and making a distribution of said data to be processed and/or said processed data between said assembly of at least one smart wristband, said assembly of at least one smart screen and/or said assembly of at least one precious or synthetic jewel and/or fine jewellery item.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0045] As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention can take the form of a watch 400 or a watch kit 400, a piece of jewellery 400 or a jewellery kit 400 comprising at least one smart wristband 200, at least one smart screen 100, and/or precious or synthetic jewel and/or fine jewellery item 300. The rest of the detailed description of the invention will essentially be based on said watch 400 or said watch kit 400 and said at least one smart screen 100 for reasons of legibility. However, those skilled in the art know that this description applies mutatis mutandis to a jewel watch 400, to a jewel watch kit 400, to said piece of jewellery 400 or to said jewellery kit 400 comprising at least one smart wristband 200 and at least one precious or synthetic jewel and/or fine jewellery item 300 according to an embodiment of the invention presented below.

Said processed data 101 can appear as a processed data group 600, which is transferred between said at least one smart wristband(s) 200 and/or between said at least one smart screen(s) 100, and includes at least one address 121 and at least one processed data item so as to facilitate communication between said at least one smart wristband(s) 200 with said at least one smart screen(s) 100.
