    Abstract

    The present invention discloses a tank cover with a pressure balance valve, and relates to the field of storage tanks. The tank cover with the pressure balance valve comprises a cover plate, a rotating assembly and a valve cover. The cover plate is provided with a groove. The rotating assembly is fixed at the slope transition of the groove bottom of the groove; the valve cover is rotatably connected in the groove; the valve cover is rotatably connected with the rotating assembly; a plug is arranged at one end of the valve cover corresponding to the vent hole; and the plug forms a detachable sealing structure with the vent hole. The present invention further discloses a storage tank. The present invention makes the opening and closing of the storage tank convenient and rapid through the pressure balance valve, and has simple and stable structure.

    Claims

    1. A tank cover with a pressure balance valve, comprising: a cover plate (1), wherein the cover plate (1) is provided with a groove (2); one side of a groove bottom of the groove (2) is provided with a vent hole (3); and the groove depth on the other side of the groove bottom of the groove (2) is greater than the groove depth of one side in which the vent hole (3) is located, so as to form a transition slope structure on the groove bottom of the groove (2); a rotating assembly (4), wherein the rotating assembly (4) is fixed at the slope transition of the groove bottom of the groove (2); a valve cover (5), wherein the valve cover (5) is fastened on the top edge of the groove (2), and the valve cover (5) is rotatably connected with the rotating assembly (4); a plug (6) is fixed at one end of the valve cover (5) corresponding to the vent hole (3); and the plug (6) is hermetically inserted into the vent hole (3).

The tank cover with the pressure balance valve according to claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly (4) comprises: fixed seats (41), a connecting shaft (42) and a rotating buckle (43); the number of the fixed seats (41) is multiple; a plurality of the fixed seats (41) are fixed parallel to the slope transition at the groove bottom of the groove (2); the connecting shaft (42) is parallel to the junction of the transition slope structure; the connecting shaft (42) is fixedly connected with the fixed seats (41); the rotating buckle (43) is fixed on the bottom surface of the valve cover (5); and the rotating buckle (43) is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft (42).

    3. The tank cover with the pressure balance valve according to claim 1, wherein a sealing ring (11) is clamped in the vent hole (3), and the sealing ring (11) corresponds to and forms interference fit with the plug (6).

The tank cover with the pressure balance valve according to claim 1, wherein the top surface of one side of the valve cover (5) away from the plug (6) is provided with a circular depression (7); an indenter (8) is fixed in the middle position of the bottom surface of the valve cover (5), and the indenter (8) is a columnar structure.

    5. The tank cover with the pressure balance valve according to claim 2, wherein one side of the fixed seats (41) is fixed with a supporting rod (9), and the supporting rod (9) is abutted against the indenter (8).

    6. The tank cover with the pressure balance valve according to claim 5, wherein the material of the supporting rod (9) is silicone.

    7. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body (10), wherein the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in claim 1 is installed at an opening of the tank body (10); and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body (10).

    8. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body (10), wherein the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in claim 2 is installed at an opening of the tank body (10); and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body (10).

    9. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body (10), wherein the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in claim 3 is installed at an opening of the tank body (10); and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body (10).

    10. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body (10), wherein the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in claim 4 is installed at an opening of the tank body (10); and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body (10).

    11. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body (10), wherein the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in claim 5 is installed at an opening of the tank body (10); and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body (10).

    12. A storage tank, comprising: a tank body (10), wherein the tank cover with the pressure balance valve in claim 6 is installed at an opening of the tank body (10); and the tank cover is detachably clamped at the opening of the tank body (10).

    13. The storage tank according to claim 7, wherein the circumferential side of the bottom end of the tank cover is sleeved with a silicone ring (12).
