Portable Fishing Rod Bike Mount with Integrated Sand Spike

Abstract

The present invention discloses a rigid frame that has a plurality of integrally connected support sections with multiple features of transportable fishing rod holder combined with a collapsible sand-spike, all of which can be easily attached to a bike's handlebar for transportation. The assembly provides an inexpensive method of producing the fishing rod holder of the invention from readily available materials, is sustainable and provides effectiveness over longer period of time.

Claims

I: An apparatus for holding a fishing rod and accessories comprising: Fishing rod holder fixture with features; Bike mount fixture with features; and, Collapsible sand-spike.

2: The fishing rod holder comprises of: As per claim 2, wherein a Posts (1b) which are used to secure fishing rod holder fixture (1) in fishing rod bike mount holder (2); As per claim 2, wherein Posts (1b) also serves as a mounting post for add-on accessories, such as cup holder, cellphone holder with integrated contactless charging with solar panel, fishing tool accessories holder; As per claim 2, wherein (1a) posts which are used to secure collapsible sand-spike (3) to (1) when attached to the bike during transportation; and, As per claim 2, wherein (1c) mounting holes on backside of fishing rod holder fixture for securing the sand-spike when in deployed mode at the beach.

3: A fishing rod with Bike mount fixture with features: As per claim 3, wherein a (2a) rubber straps used to secure bike mount fixture (2) to handlebar of a bike and, As per claim 3, wherein a (2b) rubber strap used to secure fishing rod and fishing rod holder fixture (1) to bike mount (2).
