    Abstract

    A storage basket, including a side frame and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the side frame. The side frame and the bottom plate are of an integrated structure or split-type structures. An outer edge of the top of the side frame is provided with an outer frame; gaps are formed in all bends of the outer frame; corner protectors are wrapped on all the bends of the side frame; and the top of each corner protector has a bent portion that is bent towards the inner side of the side frame or the outer side of the side frame and covers the gap. The outer frame at the top of the storage basket deforms or breaks when the storage basket is made into a taper. The storage basket has high qualification rate, high production efficiency and attractive appearance.

    Claims

    1. A storage basket, comprising a side frame (1) and a bottom plate (2) arranged at the bottom of the side frame (1), wherein the side frame (1) and the bottom plate (2) are of an integrated structure or split-type structures; an outer edge of the top of the side frame (1) is provided with an outer frame (111); gaps (1111) are formed in all bends of the outer frame (111); a corner protector (3) is wrapped on at least one bend of the side frame (1); the top of each corner protector (3) has a bent portion (31) that is bent towards the inner side of the side frame (1) or the outer side of the side frame (1) and covers the gap (1111).

    2. The storage basket according to claim 1, wherein the side frame (1) comprises a plurality of side plates (11) connected to each other end to end by means of the corner protectors (3); the side plates (11) and the bottom plate (2) are of an integrated structure or split-type structures; the outer frame (111) is arranged at the outer edges of the tops of the plurality of side plates (11); and the side plates (11) and the corner protectors (3) are connected through welding, fastening hook type structures or plug-in type structures.

The storage basket according to claim 1, wherein the side frame (1) is formed by bending and splicing at least one side plate (11); at least one splicing opening (112) is formed in each side plate (11); the bottom of each side plate (11) is provided with an inner flanging (113); each side plate (11) and the bottom plate (2) are of split-type structures; the bottom plate (2) is carried on the inner flanging (113); the outer frame (111) is arranged at the outer edge of the top of each side plate (11); and at least one incision (1131) is arranged on the inner flanging (113).

    4. The storage basket according to claim 3, further comprising metal connecting components (4), wherein the metal connecting components (4) are attached to inner walls and outer walls of the splicing openings (112).

    5. The storage basket according to claim 4, wherein each metal connecting component (4) comprises a first metal sheet (41) attached to the inner wall of the splicing opening (112), and a second metal sheet (42) attached to the outer wall of the splicing opening (112).

The storage basket according to claim 4, wherein each metal connecting component (4) is a third metal sheet (43) with a “Z”-shaped cross section; the third metal sheet (43) comprises a first notch (431) and a second notch (432); the side plate (11) at one end of the splicing opening (112) is plugged into the first notch (431); and the side plate (11) at the other end of the splicing opening (112) is plugged into the second notch (432).

The storage basket according to claim 2, further comprising a fourth metal sheet (5) with a “Z”-shaped longitudinal section, wherein the bottom of each side plate (11) is provided with an inner flanging (113); the fourth metal sheet (5) is an independently formed member or is integrated with the inner flanging (113); the fourth metal sheet (5) comprises a third notch (51) and a fourth notch (52); when the fourth metal sheet (5) is the independently formed member, the inner flanging (113) is plugged into the third notch (51), and correspondingly, the bottom plate (2) is plugged into the fourth notch (52); or the inner flanging (113) is plugged into the fourth notch (52), and correspondingly, the bottom plate (2) is plugged into the third notch (51); when the fourth metal sheet (5) is integrated with the inner flanging (113), the bottom plate (2) is plugged into the fourth notch (52).

The storage basket according to claim 1, wherein the side frame (1), the bottom plate (2) or the corner protector (3) is of a solid sheet metal structure, or a plate net of any mesh stretching structure, a meshed structure, or a stretching sheet metal structure with any mesh in the middle; and patterns may be stamped on the outer wall of the corner protector (3).

The storage basket according to claim 2, wherein two ends of the side plate (11) are provided with first fastening hooks (114); two ends of the corner protector (3) are provided with second fastening hooks (34); and the first fastening hooks (114) and the second fastening hooks (34) are clamped.

The storage basket according to claim 2, wherein two ends of the bent portion (31) are provided with plug-in holes (1112), and correspondingly, two ends of the outer frame (111) are provided with plug-in portions (311) matched with the plug-in holes (1112); or, two ends of the outer frame (111) are provided with plug-in holes (1112), and correspondingly, the bent portion (31) is provided with plug-in portions (311) matched with the plug-in holes (1112); and two ends of the bottom of the side plate (11) or two ends of the bottom of the corner protector (3) are provided with avoiding gaps (331).

The storage basket according to claim 3, further comprising a fourth metal sheet (5) with a “Z”-shaped longitudinal section, wherein the bottom of each side plate (11) is provided with an inner flanging (113); the fourth metal sheet (5) is an independently formed member or is integrated with the inner flanging (113); the fourth metal sheet (5) comprises a third notch (51) and a fourth notch (52); when the fourth metal sheet (5) is the independently formed member, the inner flanging (113) is plugged into the third notch (51), and correspondingly, the bottom plate (2) is plugged into the fourth notch (52); or the inner flanging (113) is plugged into the fourth notch (52), and correspondingly, the bottom plate (2) is plugged into the third notch (51); when the fourth metal sheet (5) is integrated with the inner flanging (113), the bottom plate (2) is plugged into the fourth notch (52).

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    [0039] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely below in combination with the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the embodiments described are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

    Embodiment I

    [0040] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the present embodiment provides a storage basket. The present embodiment mainly solves the technical problem that an outer frame at the top of the storage basket deforms or breaks when the storage basket is made into a taper. The storage basket includes a side frame 1, a bottom plate 2, and corner protectors 3.

    [0041] An outer edge of the top of the side frame 1 is provided with an outer frame 111; gaps 1111 are formed in all bends of the outer frame 111; a corner protector 3 is wrapped on at least one bend of the side frame 1; the top of each corner protector 3 has a bent portion 31 that is bent towards the inner side of the side frame 1 or the outer side of the side frame 1 and covers the gap 1111. Specifically, the bent portions 31 may be bent from outside to inside to be wrapped on the outer frame 111 at the top of the side frame 1, and the bent portions 31 may also be bent towards the outer side of the side frame 1 and flush with the outer frame 111 at the top of the side frame 1.

    [0042] Specifically, the storage basket is provided with the gaps 1111 in the outer frame 111, so that when the outer frame 111 is expanded to cause the storage basket to be a taper with a large upper part and a small lower part, no matter how great the height dimension of the storage basket, the outer frame 111 at the outer edge of the top of the side frame 1 would be stressed uniformly and may not deform or break, ensuring the aesthetics and the production quality of the storage basket. After the storage basket is formed into the taper, the bent portions 31 of the tops of the corner protectors 3 close the gaps 1111 in the outer frame 111, further improving the aesthetic measure of the storage basket of this technical solution. By the adoption of the technical solution, the rigidity intensity of the storage basket is improved, and the production efficiency of the tapered storage basket can be also greatly improved; and moreover, various decorative patterns can be punched on the outer walls of the corner protectors 3, further improving the aesthetic measure of the storage basket.

    [0043] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the side frame 1 includes a plurality of side plates 11 connected to each other end to end by means of the corner protectors 3; the side plates 11 and the bottom plate 2 are of an integrated structure or split-type structures; and the outer frame 111 is arranged at the outer edges of the tops of the plurality of side plates 11. By means of such a structural design for the side frame 1, the plurality of side plates 11 may be connected end to end through the corner protectors 3 to form the tapered storage basket. Of course, in such a structure, the bent portions 31 at the tops of the corner protectors 3 are preferably designed into a shape bent from inside to outside. Specifically, the corner protectors 3 may be in fastening connection to the side plates 11 in a welding manner or through fastening hook type structures as shown in FIG. 10. The side plates 11 extend to the outer side to form first fastening hooks 114 that are bent, and two ends of the corner protectors 3 also extend out to form second fastening hooks 34. The first fastening hooks 114 and the second fastening hooks 34 are mutually fastened and flattened to realize fastening connection between the side plates 11 and the corner protectors 3. This structure does not need to be welded, so that the production efficiency of the storage basket is greatly improved. In addition, a second type of plug-in type structure may also be used between the corner protectors 3 and the side plates 11. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the shape of the bent portion 31 is the same as the shape of the outer frame 111. Both of the bent portions 31 are flanged from inside to outside. As shown in FIG. 13, two ends of the bent portion 31 are provided with plug-in portions 311, and two ends of a corner protector bottom 33 are provided with avoiding gaps 331. When the corner protectors 3 and the side plates 11 are spliced, the plug-in portions 311 are plugged into plug-in holes 1112 of the outer frame 111 at the tops of the side plates 11. The avoiding gaps 331 avoid the problem of interference between the corner protector bottoms 33 and inner flangings 113 at the bottoms of the side plates 11. Of course, the plug-in portions 311 may also be arranged at the tail end of the outer frame 111, and correspondingly, the plug-in holes 1112 are formed in the bent portions 31. Of course, two ends of the corner protector bottoms 33 may not be provided with avoiding gaps 331, either, and the avoiding gaps 331 are formed in the inner flangings 113 at the bottoms of the side plates 11. By the adoption of the second type of plug-in type structure, the storage basket has the advantages of convenience in assembling and high production efficiency.

The side frame 1 or the corner protectors 3 is or are of a solid sheet metal structure, or a plate net of any mesh stretching structure, a meshed structure, or a stretching sheet metal structure with any mesh in the middle, or may be a plastic plate or a wooden plate. In addition, a plurality of convex points are arranged on outer walls of the corner protectors 3 in FIG. 6 to play a role of decoration to improve the aesthetic measure of the storage basket.

    [0045] More specifically, the shape of the longitudinal section of the corner protector 3 is matched with the longitudinal section shape of one of the side plates 11 on the side frame 1. FIG. 7 illustrates a first shape of the longitudinal section of the corner protector 3. The corner protector 3 includes the bent portion 31 and a corner protector middle 32. Specifically, the bent portion 31 is bent from inside to outside or from outside to inside and covers the gap 1111 in the outer frame 111. The corner protector middle 32 is attached to the outer wall of the side plate 11. On the contrary, when the bottom of the side plate 11 is provided with the inner flanging 113, the corner protector 3 may have no corner protector bottom 33. FIG. 8 illustrates a second shape of the longitudinal section of the corner protector 3. FIG. 9 illustrates a third shape of the longitudinal section of the corner protector 3.

    Embodiment II

The present embodiment is based on that the side frame 1 is formed by bending and splicing at least one side plates 11. In this structure, preferably, the bent portion 31 at the top of the corner protector 3 is designed into a structure that is bent from outside to inside. Therefore, at least one splicing opening 112 would be formed in each side plate 11. In the present embodiment, the side frame 1 is preferably formed by bending and splicing two side plates 11. Therefore, two splicing openings 112 are formed in the side plates 11. In addition, the bottoms of the side plates 11 are provided with inner flangings 113. Other structures are the same as those in Embodiment I, and no more repeated descriptions are provided.

    [0053] During production, the bottom plate 2 is generally welded on surfaces of the inner flangings 113 in the prior art, so a large number of welding spots would occur. On the one hand, these welding spots are easy to break, and have the defect of low reliability, and on the other hand, the large number of welding spots severely affect the appearance of the product. In addition, due to the arrangement of the fourth metal sheet 5, the inner walls and the outer walls of the inner flangings 113 can be perfectly smooth and flat, and have no welding spots on the surfaces, thereby greatly improving the appearance of the product and enhancing the purchasing desire of the user.
