    Abstract

    An assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle-type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation for adults with or without disabilities, having a 4-piece chassis where part (1) is joined to part (2) by double equalizable hinge and the central part is “7” shaped, in the upper part of part (2) an adjustable front seat is installed, a cell phone holder and a Bluetooth speaker, and in the upper rear part of part (2) there is an equalizable arm extension housing an axle support of traction with hands and parts (2) and (3) of the chassis are joined to a support of an axle and a central shock absorber of the chassis and where part (2) also has supports on the front side of the drive axle with the feet and an adjustable support of an adjustable rear seat is installed on the upper rear part of part (3).

    Claims

    1. An assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle-type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation for adults with or without disabilities, comprising a chassis having parts (1), (2) and (3) where the part (1) is joined to part (2) by a double equalizable hinge and where the central part has a “7” shaped characteristic and in the upper part of said part an adjustable front seat, a cell phone holder and houses a Bluetooth speaker inside, and in the upper rear part of the part (2) of the chassis there is an extension of an adjustable arm that houses a support of the axle of traction with the hands and said parts (2) and (3) of the chassis are joined to a support of an axle and a central shock absorber of the chassis and where the part (2) of the chassis also supports on the front side supports of the front drive axle with the feet and in the upper rear part of the part (3) of the chassis an adjustable support of an adjustable rear chair is installed, in addition, the tricycle comprises two rear wheels and a front wheel and at the rear of the chassis there is a towing point to pull another trike.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, further comprising a mechanical traction system which consists of 6 axes: a connecting shaft of the parts (2) and (3) of the chassis, a traction shaft with the hands of the rear user, an equalizable mechanical transition shaft, a front traction shaft with the front user's feet, a rear drive axle with rear user's feet, a main drive axle to the wheels; and axle supports: (7), (8), (9), (10) and (11) and has 3 pedaling points, one for hands and two for feet and consists of 5 speed changes with a derailleur being attached to a support, a chain movement transmission and where the main drive shaft is assembled to the rear wheels by means of a double threaded coupling and said wheels are secured to the double threaded coupling with two round safety nuts and these in turn are secured to the bearing assembly with 6 screws each and wherein the traction system also has chains, sprockets and pedals.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle-type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein in the rear lateral ends of the part of the chassis there are two supports of a main drive shaft of the rear wheels and two supports of rear fenders which in turn are also armrests for the user of the adjustable rear chair.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the tricycle further comprises an electronic system which consists of an on-off switch of the system located in the upper front part of the part of the chassis, a battery, an electric motor for displacement in the front wheel, a control box of an electric motor, an on-off switch of a front computer, a front operating computer of the electric motor, an electronic speed accelerator, an electric charging point for 2 cell phones, a manual operation control of a massage cushion, a connection point of the massage cushion.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the tricycle further comprises high and low front lights, rear directional lights and wherein the Bluetooth sound speaker has autonomous power supply; a rear performance computer located on the equalizable arm for the user of the rear seat and a rear and front light control.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the tricycle further comprises a security system, which has a mechanical or electronic bell, two rear-view mirrors, a seat belt for the user of the rear seat, reflective safety straps, front brakes operated by wires, rear disc brakes actuated by cables, warning flag and a sun protection shed.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the tricycle further comprises in the lower part of the pieces of the chassis there is a channel housing the cables and cables for electronic operation and further supporting a parking jack with a holding magnet.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the tricycle further comprises a multiple damping system; mechanical spring in the steering fork, a central shock absorber of the chassis, and the front saddle has damping springs, and the rear saddle also has spring damping.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable support of the rear chair, has a crank that internally drives an endless screw to adjust the chair forwards and backwards to the user's size.

The assisted and multifunctional ergonomic tricycle type device for exercise, therapy, sports, recreation and alternative transportation of adults with or without disabilities according to claim 1, wherein the tricycle comprises two foldable footrests, and a beach-type handlebar that supports the brake handlebar levers: the left handlebar and holds the two rear disc brake lines, the right handlebar that holds the rear disc brake line front horseshoe, gear control, light control, bell, electronic accelerator, front computer on-off selector and rearview mirrors.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
