Abstract
A snorkeling breathing apparatus of the present invention includes a mouthpiece; an inhalation unit configured to communicate with the mouthpiece and to open upon inhalation to guide external air to the mouthpiece and close upon exhalation; and an exhalation unit configured to communicate with the mouthpiece and to close upon inhalation and open upon exhalation to discharge the exhalation.
Claims
1. A snorkeling breathing apparatus comprising: a mouthpiece; an inhalation unit configured to communicate with the mouthpiece and to open upon inhalation to guide external air to the mouthpiece and close upon exhalation; and an exhalation unit configured to communicate with the mouthpiece and to close upon inhalation and open upon exhalation to discharge the exhalation.
2. The snorkeling breathing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the inhalation unit comprises an inhalation pipe having a front end communicating with the mouthpiece and a terminal end placed on the water surface; and an inhalation check valve which is provided in the inhalation pipe and opens upon inhalation and closes upon exhalation.
3. The snorkeling breathing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the exhalation unit comprises an exhalation pipe communicating with the mouthpiece; and one or more exhalation check valves which are provided in the exhalation pipe and close upon inhalation and open upon exhalation.

MODES FOR THE INVENTION
[0038] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so as to easily implement those with ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. However, the present invention may be implemented in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
[0039]
[0040] As illustrated in
[0041] The mouthpiece 110 is a component that is in close contact with a user's mouth when wearing. As illustrated in
[0042] The inhalation unit 120 is a component for guiding external air to the mouthpiece 110. As illustrated in
[0043] The exhalation unit 130 is a component for discharging the user's exhalation to the outside. As illustrated in
[0044] Therefore, since the components are provided, for inhalation and exhalation such as external air is introduced through the inhalation unit 120 upon inhalation, and the exhalation is discharged through the exhalation unit 130 upon exhalation, the inhalation unit 120 and the exhalation unit 130 are separately divided to prevent some of exhalation from being inhaled upon inhalation.
[0045] Hereinafter, referring back to
[0046] As illustrated in
[0047] Therefore, upon exhalation, the exhalation is blocked from moving to the inhalation pipe 121, that is, there is no exhalation in the inhalation pipe 121, so that upon inhalation, fresh external air instead of exhalation may always be introduced through the inhalation pipe 121.
[0048] As illustrated in
[0049] Accordingly, it is possible to block the exhalation or water existing in the exhalation pipe 131 from moving to the mouthpiece 110 at the time of inhalation.
[0050] Furthermore, the one or more exhalation check valves 132 may include a first exhalation check valve 132a and a second exhalation check valve 132b, as illustrated in
[0051] In addition, as illustrated in
[0052] Hereinafter, a snorkeling breathing apparatus 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to
[0053]
[0054] As illustrated in
[0055] As illustrated in
[0056] For example, the exhalation check valve 232 may include a silicone packing 232a and an air discharge hole 232b. The silicone packing 232a may cover the exhalation port 231, and the air discharge hole 232b may be formed to pass through the silicone packing 232a and may allow the discharge of air while blocking the introduction of water. Furthermore, although not illustrated, the exhalation check valve may further include an auxiliary sealing film made of a thin material which covers the surface facing water of the silicon packing in order to more completely block the introduction of water into the air discharge hole and has an auxiliary hole formed in a position that does not correspond to the air discharge hole. In this case, air may be discharged through the air discharge hole and the auxiliary hole, and water may be blocked while the air discharge hole is blocked by the auxiliary sealing film.
[0057] Accordingly, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the exhalation pipe (see 131 of
[0058] Hereinafter, a snorkeling breathing apparatus 300 according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to
[0059]
[0060] As illustrated in
[0061] The connection hose 340 is a component for connecting the inhalation unit 120 and the air bag 350. Such a connection hose 340 may be provided so that one end thereof communicates with the inhalation unit 120 and the other end thereof communicates with the air bag 350.
[0062] The air bag 350 is a component for floating on water and filling a certain amount of external air. The air bag 350 may be provided to communicate with the other end of the connection hose 340 and may be filled with air through an air introduction hole 351. For reference, the air introduction hole 351 may have a small size to block the introduction of water.
[0063] Accordingly, even if the height of the water surface is changed by waves or the user dives deeply at a predetermined depth, while the air bag 350 floats on the water surface, the connection hose 340 may be connected between the inhalation unit 120 and the air bag 350 to prevent the water from being introduced to the user's mouth through the air bag 350 while sufficiently affording the diving depth through the connection hose 340.
[0064] Furthermore, the connection hose 340 may have a spring shape wound in a coil shape, as illustrated in
[0065] In addition, the air bag 350, as illustrated in
[0066] In addition, as illustrated in
[0067] Hereinafter, a snorkeling breathing apparatus 400 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to
[0068]
[0069] The snorkeling breathing apparatus 400 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, as illustrated in
[0070] As illustrated in
[0071] For example, as illustrated in
[0072] While the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and improvements of those skilled in the art using a basic concept of the present invention defined in the appended claims also belong to the scope of the present invention.
