DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0020] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
[0021] As best illustrated in
[0022] A frame 24 is coupled to the floor 12. The frame 24 includes a frame front side 26, a frame back side 28, a frame left side 30, and a frame right side 32 each coupled to a frame base 34 and defining a frame top side 35. The frame base 34 is coupled to the floor top side 14. The frame front side 26 has a door aperture 36 aligned with a pair of ramp outer edges 38 of the ramp. The frame 24 may include a plurality of connector pieces 40 and a plurality of bars 42. The plurality of bars 42 includes a plurality of vertical bars 44, a plurality of horizontal bars 46, and a plurality of angled cross bars 48. A door 50 is coupled to the frame 24. The door 50 is hingingly coupled adjacent the door aperture 36 to selectively seal or expose the door aperture 36.
[0023] A film cover 52 is coupled to the frame 24. The film cover 52 has a cover front side 54, a cover back side 56, a cover left side 58, a cover right side 60, and a cover top side 62 coupled to the frame front side 26, the frame back side 28, the frame left side 30, the frame right side 32, and the frame top side 35, respectively. The film cover 52 has a plurality of cover apertures 64 extending therethrough. The plurality of cover apertures 64 may extend through the cover back side 56, the cover left side 58, and the cover right side 60 beneath a pair of the angled cross bars 48. A perimeter 66 of each of the cover apertures may have a plurality of first engagement members 68.
[0024] A plurality of filter units 70 is coupled to the film cover 52. Each filter unit comprises a filter housing 72 coupled to the film cover 52 around one of the cover apertures 64. The filter housing 72 has a plurality of second engagement members 74 to selectively engage the plurality of first engagement members 68. The plurality of first engagement members 68 and the plurality of second engagement members 74 may be, but are not limited to, selectively engageable fasteners such as hook-and-loop fasteners, adhesives, and the like. The filter housing 72 may form a lower chamber 76, a medial chamber 78, and an upper chamber 80. The filter housing 72 may have a pair of grated intake apertures 82.
[0025] A recirculating fan 84 is coupled within the filter housing 72. The recirculating fan 84 is coupled within the lower chamber 76 to recirculate air from within the film cover 52. A plurality of recirculating filters 86 is coupled within the filter housing 72 adjacent the recirculating fan 84. A ventilation fan 88 is coupled within the filter housing 72. The ventilation fan 88 is coupled within the medial chamber 78 to draw outside air into the film cover 52. The plurality of recirculating filters 86 may include a second metal filter 98, a second hemp filter 100, and a first charcoal filter 102 positioned therebetween.
[0026] In use, the user may place a smoker within the film cover 52 to smoke anything desired. The ventilation fan 88 and the recirculating fan 84 provide airflow while maintaining all smoke within the film cover 52 to prevent smoke release causing harm. The ramp 22 provides access to the floor 12 for wheelchairs.
[0027] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0028] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
