MULTIPLE SEAL SPOUT BAG HOLDER/SHELF

Abstract

Multiple seal spouts are provided. The multiple seal spout includes an outer frame, inner frame flange, a template, a seal and sliding door on all versions. The seal spout will have multiple fasteners to secure seal spouts to bags, containers, or flat surfaces. The multiple seal spout is releasable and attachable to bags, containers, or any flat surfaces. The seal spout can be used to pour or dispense product. The present invention further includes a seal spout bag holder bracket that may be screwed to wall to hold bag with attached seal spout.

Claims

1. A seal spout bag holder/shelf comprising: A j shape bracket with at least one hook An opening in bracket to form fit seal spout

2. The seal spout bag holder/shelf of claim 1, wherein the bracket will have a u-shape or j-shape.

3. The seal spout bag holder/shelf of claim 1, wherein the u-shape or j-shape bracket will hold a bag and the bag seal spout will form fit in the opening of u-shape or j-shape bracket.

4. The seal spout bag holder/shelf of claim 1, wherein the j-shape or u-shape bracket may have at least one hole to put fastener through to secure to flat surface.

5. The seal spout bag holder/shelf of claim 1, wherein the u-shape or j-shape bracket may lay against any surface while holding bag upright and can be made from any material.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

[0011] Most bags/containers resealable access points seal differ from the seal spout because they are permanently attached to the bag or container and don't provide ergonomics. The seal spout can be disassembled and affixed onto another bag, container or any flat surface that is meant to contain product. The multiple spout seal versatility will be used to contain freshness, dispense, or pour product without a mess. The seal spout will save the end user money by being able to keep product in bag or container without purchasing another container or bag with a lid or resealable access point. The bag or container that comes with a seal is generally thrown away. Most bags do not come with a spout to pour or dispense without making a mess nor do they provide ergonomics for body. The bags with no access points are immediately thrown away, which will cause more waste. Using the seal spout as a resealable access point will cut down on so many bags being thrown away so fast and will reduce plastic containers/bags that eventually end up as waste. The seal spout will help with the green movement by cutting down on waste. The seal spouts can be switch from bag to bag or container to container by simply detaching, and sterilizing/cleaning if it is a different product, before attaching it to another bag, container, or flat surface with or without no resealable access point/seal. Note this seal spouts can also be used in a manufacturing aspect and provide the end user with a more ergonomic seal, pouring, or dispensing apparatus. The end user will use the seal spouts to maintain freshness and access product in a more convenient way with ergonomics. The seal spout will give the end user a better seal with less mess and stress on body. The end user will pull sliding door outward to have product dispense or push sliding door inward to dose and seal spout. The seal spouts will also save time, money and be less strain on your back than bags/containers with or without resealable access points. The seal spouts will save the end user time and give the option to not continuously lift and open bags or containers. The end user will attach seal spout and sit bag or container upright to access product at their convenience without lifting bag or container; therefore, saving your back. The seal spouts will save you money by utilizing the bag or container in which the product was purchased opposed to buying a container or bag with a resealable access point. Even if the end user buys a bag or container, it will not have the feature of sitting it upright to dispense product without moving or lifting bag or container; therefore, making it more ergonomically better for the body. The end user can seat bag in the seat spout bag holder/shelf opposed to sitting it on table, shelf, or flat surface to allow for extra space. NOTE: The seal spout bag holder/shelf can be used to house other household and commercial bags and/or containers. The end user may also use the optional seal spout holder to seat bag into and dispense products. Last, if the end user prefers to pour the product, they can simply turn the bag the in reverse (upside down) and pour the product from the bag/or containers. The seal spout can produce other products with added electronics/mechanical functions and computer functions that will allow for automatic dispensing into bowls, tanks, etc. The seal spouts can be put onto bags, containers, or flat surfaces which contain rice, dog food, coffee, cat food, bird food, flour, corn mill, seasoning, beans, rice, fertilizer, cat litter, driveway salt, seeds, pellets, charcoal wood chips, candy, soap powder, other grain-like products, etc. The seal spouts will be used to easily dispense or pour product and maintain freshness.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] Look at (FIG. 174) the consumer has the Seal spout 194 attached to bag 190 or container they can now proceed to either placing bag 190 on flat surface 255 on table 218 with seal spout 194 hanging over edge. Looking at (FIG. 173) the consumer can put the bag 190 inside seal spout bag holder bracket 192 to dispense product inside bowl 216. The seal spout bag holder (FIG. 171) will have a shape of a half u-shape or j shape with at least one opening 214 to allow for the protruding seal spout (FIG. 170) or alternative seal (FIG. 171) to fit into opening 214. The seal spout bag holder bracket (FIG. 168) may have at least one hole 204 to allow for it to be secured against wall or flat surface. Looking at (FIG. 173) the seal spout bag holder 192 has screws 266 going through holes 204 to secure bracket to wall 220. The sectional view 267 shows how fasteners will secure seal spout back holder/shelf 192 to wall 220. Note there may be another option to hold bag with seal spout attached. The seal spout holder bracket (FIG. 168) will have an opening 214 for protruding seal spouts and the alternative seal spouts to seat directly into opening 214. FIG. 174 depicts the end user dispensing product 222 into bowl 216 with the seal spout 194 attach to bag 190 sitting on a table.
