Abstract
The invention disclosure relates to the technical field of supporting chair legs, in particular to a three-leg assembly and disassembly structure for supporting chair legs in a star shape. The foot is movably connected to the end of the mounting part away from the central support. By providing a mounting groove and a connecting section, the connecting section of the supporting foot is vertically inserted into the mounting groove, so that the cylinder axis part is clamped into the limiting groove and then rotated the support foot upward ninety degrees, until the abutment section abuts against the limiting groove, the support foot can be installed.

Detailed Embodiments
[0020] The preferred embodiments of the present utility patent application are described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described here are only used to illustrate and explain the present utility patent application, and are not used to limit the present utility patent application.
[0021] Example:
[0022] As shown in
[0023] Among them, there are five mounting parts 2, which are distributed outside the central support 1 in an “annular” array.
[0024] Optionally in any embodiment, the shape of the inner wall of the insertion slot 5 matches the shape of the outer wall of the connecting column 6, which is movably inserted into the center support 1 through the insertion slot 5.
[0025] Optionally in any embodiment, the limiting groove 203 is formed by protruding the inner wall of the mounting groove 201 toward the central support 1, and the limiting groove 203 movably abuts below the abutting section 303.
[0026] The cylinder axis portion 302 is cylindrical and protrudes from the side surface of the connecting section 301 to both sides, and the length of the cylinder axis portion 302 is greater than the width of the connecting section 301.
[0027] The length of the cylinder axis portion 302 is greater than the distance between the two groove walls of the mounting groove 201, and the length of the cylinder axis portion 302 is less than or equal to the distance between the two groove walls of the rotating groove 202.
[0028] In use, firstly, the connecting section 301 of the supporting leg 3 is vertically inserted into the mounting groove 201, so that the cylinder axis portion 302 is clamped into the rotating groove 202, and then the supporting leg 3 is rotated upward at about 90 degrees, until the abutting section 303 abuts against the limiting groove 203, the installation of one supporting leg 3 can be completed, and the five supporting legs 3 are installed in the corresponding installation portion 2 in the above manner to complete the installation of the chair leg. After that, the connecting column 6 may be inserted into the through slot 5 and fix the top of the connecting column 6 under the chair base to complete the overall installation of the chair. The rotating groove 202 not only plays a guiding role during installation, but also is convenient for the installation of the supporting leg 3, and the supporting leg 3 is restricted and fixed in the radial direction by the cylinder axis 302 to prevent the supporting leg 3 from moving in the radial direction relative to the central support 1.
[0029] In addition, when the supporting leg 3 is pressed, the ends of the limiting groove 203 and the mounting groove 201 are respectively supported on the connecting section 301 in the up and down direction to prevent the supporting leg 3 from being pressed and rotating relative to the central support 1, and the supporting leg 3 is firmly connected to the central support 1 with strong support strength. To disassemble the chair leg, the support foot 3 may be rotated ninety degrees downwards, the cylinder axis 302 may be pulled out of the rotation groove 202, and the connecting section 301 may be separated from the mounting groove 201 to realize the disassembly of the support foot 3. The process is convenient and quick to install and remove. It can effectively reduce the packaging volume, facilitate transportation. When the single support foot 3 is damaged, only the damaged support foot 3 needs to be replaced separately, and the maintenance cost is low.
[0030] Finally, it should be noted that in the description of the present utility patent application, it should be noted that the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the terms “vertical”, “upper”, “lower”, “horizontal”, etc. are based on the drawings shown.
