DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0033] The technical schemes in the embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the embodiments described are merely a part than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the part without creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0034] Please refer to
[0035] In this embodiment, any position between the tail end 6 of the paddle head 1 and a neck line 5 of the paddle handle is cut off and separated to form a cut-off line 4 and the neck line 5.
[0036] Specifically, a paddle core material blank plate can be divided into two separate parts which are the paddle head 1 and the paddled handle 2 by cutting off and separating at any position between the tail end 6 of the paddle head 1 and the neck line 5 of the paddle handle.
[0037] In this embodiment, a thickness of a handle body between a top cut-off line 4 of the paddle handle 2 and the neck line 5 of the paddle handle 2 is gradually reduced.
[0038] Specifically, the thickness of the paddle handle 2 is enabled to be smaller than or equal to the thickness of the paddle head 1, thus facilitating a user to grip the paddle more conveniently.
[0039] In this embodiment, the outsides of the cut-off parts of the paddle head 1 and the paddle handle 2, through the design of structural strength and swinging performance, are wrapped with wrapping layers 3 composed of carbon fiber yarns or glass fiber yarns layer by layer and then fixed to form an integrated paddle body structure.
[0040] Specifically, the two-section type paddle head 1 and paddle handle 2 can be wrapped with the wrapping layer 3, and can be assembled to form the integrated paddle body structure.
[0041] In this embodiment, the wrapping layer 3 is made of a carbon fiber material, a glass fiber material, and a filling material. The wrapping layer 3, after being cured by a mold, is cooled to connect and fix the paddle head 1 and the paddle handle 2 into a whole.
[0042] Specifically, the selected carbon fiber and glass fiber materials and the filling material are processed into the wrapping layer 3, and the wrapping layer 3 can enhance the overall structural strength of the paddle while wrapping the paddle head 1 and the paddle handle 2.
[0043] Please refer to
[0044] S1: Paddle core material plate processing:
[0045] manufacturing a plurality of paddle core material plates having different thicknesses from novel composites, and processing the paddle core material plates having different thicknesses into paddle core material blanks having different thicknesses, such that the paddle can be processed in batch. Certainly, other composites may also be employed according to actual production demands;
[0046] S2: Paddle cutting:
[0047] 1) classifying the plurality of paddle core material blanks according to the thickness, cutting a batch of paddle core material blanks having a thicker thickness to obtain a plurality of pickleball paddles, and then cutting all of the plurality of pickleball paddles to obtain a plurality of paddle heads 1. In the production of the paddle, a paddle mold cuts off the paddle core material at a position 4.5 cm above the neck of the paddle handle 2 (cutting positions of different paddle frames are different) to form a cut-off part according to mechanical and strength requirements, thus obtaining a plurality of paddle heads 1 for assembling;
[0048] 2) cutting a batch of paddle core material blank plates with a thinner thickness to obtain a plurality of paddle handles 2 of the pickleball paddles, wherein the thickness of the paddle handle 2 is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the paddle head 1, such that the paddle handle 2 for assembling can be processed in batch;
[0049] S3. Integrated paddle processing:
[0050] laminating cutting surfaces of the paddle head 1 and the paddle handle 2, and wrapping the laminating part by the carbon fiber yarns, the glass fiber yarns and the filling material layer by layer to form a pickleball paddle assembly of the paddle head 1 and the paddle handle 2.
[0051] The integrated paddle processing in the step S3 comprises selecting a curing mold 7, opening a mold cap 71, placing a lower die 72 into a wrapped pickleball paddle assembly, closing the mold cap 71, and then placing the curing mold 7 into heating equipment for heating curing; stopping heating after the temperature rises to the curing temperature of the carbon fibers and glass fibers, cooling the curing mold 7, opening an upper mold cap 71 after cooling, and taking out the connected and cured pickleball paddle to obtain a rough pickleball paddle blank, and then entering the next process procedure.
[0052] Finally, it should be noted that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit the present disclosure.
