Abstract
A tool and method for a faucet installation is disclosed. Both sides of the T-shaped flange are provided with screw holes, guide grooves, a first step, and a second step. A tightening screw is arranged in the screw hole, and the tightening screw is threadedly connected with the tightening component. The tightening screw controls the tightening part in the T-flange to rotate and unfold from the first step, and then fit in the guide groove and tighten upward, tighten and fix the T-flange in the faucet fixing hole of the sink, and then connect and fix the faucet with the fixing device to realize the operation and installation of the faucet on the front of the sink. The fixing device can be installed and fixed by rotating the two tightening screws in the positive direction.
Claims
1. A tool for faucet installation, comprising: a T-shaped flange; a tightening part; a tightening screw; and a faucet connecting part, wherein: both sides of the T-shaped flange are provided with screw holes, guide grooves, and a first step, a second step, the screw hole of the T-shaped flange is provided with a tightening screw, and the lower end of the tightening screw is connected with the threaded connection part of the tightening part, wherein the tightening screw controls the tightening part to be at the first step, wherein the tightening screw can be rotated and unfolded in the middle rotation to unfold or rotate to close, wherein the tightening screw can be rotated in the forward direction to control the tightening part to fit in the guide groove and tighten upwards, and the T-shaped flange is tightened and fixed to the faucet fixing hole of the sink, wherein, the reverse movement of the tightening screw can control the tightening part to rotate into the T-shaped flange when it fits in the guide groove and moves downward to the first step.

The tool according to claim 1, wherein the tightening part comprises: an outer shoulder; and a threaded connection part, wherein the outer shoulder is larger than the guide groove, and the part of threaded connection smaller than the outer shoulder can be installed into the guide groove and can move along the guide groove under the pulling of the tightening screw while the outer shoulder can only move against the outer wall of the T-shaped flange.
3. The tool according to claim 1, wherein the T-shaped flange is provided with two screw holes symmetrical to each other, and the tightening screw is installed into the screw hole for damping and clamping.
4. The tool according to claim 3, wherein the tightening screw can only be rotated under the action of the external force of the screwdriver, when the tightening screw is not rotated, the tightening screw is stationary in the screw hole stuck tightly.

The tool according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the tightening screw is connected with the threaded hole of the threaded connection part for damping and clamping, and the tightening screw can be rotated when the tightening screw rotates synchronously with the tightening screw as the axis.
