    Abstract

A replaceable makeup box structure is disclosed herein. It comprises a main body having a sheltered space and an open space for placing a makeup tray, a lid pivotally connected to the main body, and an elastic member disposed in the sheltered space to allow the makeup tray to be ejected for replacement.

    Claims

    1. A replaceable makeup box structure, comprising: a main body having a pivot axis at one end thereof, a stopping blade at the other end thereof, a sheltered space defined by the stopping blade, and an open space adjacent to the sheltered space; a lid having a pivot part at one end thereof to pivotally connect to the pivot axis of the main body for covering the open space; an elastic member disposed in the sheltered space; and a makeup tray disposed in the open space for abutting against the elastic member and limited by the pivot axis and the pivot part.

    2. The replaceable makeup box structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic member is provided with an elastic supporting part for being correspondingly compressed by the makeup tray or ejecting the makeup tray.

    3. The replaceable makeup box structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the makeup tray is further provided with a slot at one side thereof corresponding to the pivot axis and the pivot part.

    4. The replaceable makeup box structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the makeup tray is further provided with a slot at one side thereof corresponding to the pivot axis and the pivot part.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0018] Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0019] Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a first embodiment for a replaceable makeup box structure is disclosed herein. It comprises a main body (1), a lid (2), an elastic member (3) and a makeup tray (4). The main body (1) has a pivot axis (11) at one end thereof, a stopping blade (12) at the other end thereof, a sheltered space (13) defined by the stopping blade (12) for accommodating the elastic member (3), and an open space (14) adjacent to the sheltered space (13). The lid (2) has a pivot part (21) at its one end to pivotally connect to the pivot axis (11) of the main body (1) for covering the open space (14). The makeup tray (4) is disposed in the open space (14) for abutting against the elastic member (3) and limited by the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21).

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, in assembling of the present invention, the pivot axis (11) of the main body (1) is pivotally connected to the pivot part (21) of the lid (2). Then, the elastic member (3) is correspondingly installed in the sheltered space (13), and finally the makeup tray (4) is placed in the open space (14). The makeup tray (4) is divided into a plurality of compartments, and each compartment can be filled with different types of makeup materials such as lipstick, eye shadow powder (cream), blush and the like.

[0021] After the makeup tray (4) is placed in the open space (14), one side of the makeup tray (4) abuts against the elastic member (3) in the sheltered space (13), and the other side of the makeup tray (4) is limited by the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21). The elastic member (3) is provided with an elastic supporting part (31), and the elastic supporting part (31) is correspondingly compressed by the makeup tray (4) or eject the makeup tray (4). Accordingly, the makeup tray (4) is positioned in the open space (14) of the main body (1) without loosening arbitrarily.

[0022] When the makeup materials in the makeup tray (4) is used up and needs to be replaced with new products, user can press the makeup tray (4) in the open space (14) toward the sheltered space (13) to compress the elastic supporting part (31) of the elastic member (3). In this way, the makeup tray (4) is no longer restricted by the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21), so the makeup tray (4) can be taken out at an angle.

[0023] Furthermore, the makeup tray (4) is provided with a slot (41) at one side adjacent to the pivot axis (11) and the pivot part (21). The slot (41) allows the user to obliquely pull up and take out the makeup tray (4) easily after the user presses the makeup tray (4) toward the sheltered space (13). After being compressed, the elastic supporting part (31) rebounds to eject the makeup tray (4), so that the user can smoothly replace the makeup tray (4) with a new one.

[0024] Additionally, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, a second embodiment for a replaceable makeup box structure and a third embodiment for a replaceable makeup box structure according to the present invention are respectively disclosed. The shape of the elastic member (3) can be varied.

[0025] Compared with the conventional technique available now, the present invention has the following advantages:

[0026] 1. The present invention allows the makeup tray to be stably fixed and easily replaced by the design of elastic resisting positioning and elastic ejection.

[0027] 2. The design of the replaceable color makeup tray of the present invention has environmental protection effect.
