Abstract
A vacuum storage container includes a container body and a lid with a silicone ring operably positioned therebetween. A cavity is disposed in the lid, the cavity being sized and shaped to receive a vacuum device therein. A central through hole is provided in the cavity which enables air to enter and exit the container body. A silicone sealing plug is set inside the central through hole. The sealing plug body runs through the central through hole, an upper end of the lid is connected to the sealing plug top, and a lower end of the lid is connected to the sealing plug bottom. When the vacuum device is in operation, the silicone sealing plug is moved to the open state, so that air inside the vacuum storage container passes through first and second circumferential clearances, and between the lower end of the sealing plug top and the upper end of the lid, to discharge out of the vacuum storage container.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0029] The following is a clear and complete description and discussion of the technical solutions in this utility model patent embodiment in conjunction with the drawings of this utility model patent. Obviously, what is described here are only examples of embodiment of this utility model patent, not all possible embodiments. Based on the embodiment in this utility model patent, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of this utility model patent.
[0030] As shown in
[0031] As shown in
[0032] In the embodiment shown in
[0033] As shown in
[0034] The silicone ring 4 is set at the joint of the lid 3 and the container body 2 to seal the container when the lid is placed thereupon.
[0035] The silicone sealing plug 5 is set in the central through hole 8. When the silicone sealing plug 5 is fixed in the central through hole 8, the silicone sealing plug 5 will not fall into container body 2 through central through hole 8. Preferably, the silicone sealing plug 5 is made of soft silicone material or other materials capable of sealing gas, but not limited to silicone. The silicone sealing plug 5 includes sealing plug body 9, positioned on sealing plug top 10 and sealing plug bottom 11.
[0036] The sealing plug body 9 runs through the central through hole 8, and its upper end is fixedly connected with the sealing plug top 10, and the lower end is fixedly connected with the sealing plug bottom 11. The first circumferential clearance 12 is formed between the outer wall of the sealing plug body 9 and the inner wall of the central through hole 8.
[0037] The sealing plug top 10 is horizontally arranged above the central through hole 8, and part of it is located at the upper end of lid 3 at the bottom of the containing cavity 7.
[0038] The sealing plug bottom 11 is arranged laterally below the central through hole 8, and partly at the lower end of lid 3 at the bottom of the containing cavity 7. The lower end of lid 3 at the bottom of the containing cavity 7 and the upper end of the sealing plug bottom 11 form a second circumferential clearance 13 in between, and the second circumferential clearance 13 and the first circumferential clearance 12 are connected.
[0039] The lower end of the vacuum release button 6 abuts the silicone sealing plug 5, and is used to make the silicone sealing plug 5 in the first position, the closed state, to move along the vertical direction when the vacuum release button 6 is pressed, down to the second position, which is the open state.
[0040] When the vacuum device 1 is in operation, the silicon sealing plug 5 is in the second position, the open state, and the air inside the vacuum storage container is discharged to the outside of the vacuum storage container through the gap between the lower end of the second circumferential clearance 13, the first circumferential clearance 12, and the sealing plug top and the upper end of lid 3, successively, until the air inside the vacuum storage container has been discharged and a certain degree of vacuum is reached. The lower end of the sealing plug top 10 abuts against the upper end of the lid 3, thereby keeping the vacuum storage container in a vacuum state; when the vacuum storage container reaches a certain degree of vacuum, after the removal of the vacuum device 1, the silicone sealing plug 5 is sucked by the negative pressure of vacuum inside the storage container and closes the central through hole 8, so as to achieve the purpose of airtight sealing.
[0041] To fill the vacuum storage container with air, the silicone sealing plug 5 is initially in the first position, the closed state. By pressing the vacuum release button 6, the silicon sealing plug 5 moves down which simultaneously lifts the four peripheral edges of the sealing plug top 10 upward, and the external air passes through the lower end of the sealing plug top 10 and lid 3, the gap between the upper ends, the first circumferential clearance 12, and the second circumferential clearance 13, successively, to enter the vacuum storage container, until the internal and external pressures of the vacuum storage container are the same, thus the container can be opened.
[0042] Referencing
[0043] Furthermore, the silicone sealing plug 5 is also provided with a groove 17, which is formed in the center of the sealing plug top 10, runs through the sealing plug body 9, and extends to the upper end of the sealing plug bottom 11. Correspondingly, the lower extension part of the vacuum release button 6 is convex. The lower extension protrudes into the groove 17 and abuts the bottom of the groove 17, and with the sealing plug top 10 near the top of the groove 17.
[0044] As shown in
[0045] Furthermore, a third circumferential clearance 19 is provided between the side of the vacuum release button 6 and the inner wall of the containing cavity 7. Preferably, the third circumferential clearance 19 runs along the bottom of the containing cavity 7 and gradually widens towards the upper surface of the lid 3, as shown in
