    Abstract

    The present invention relates generally to a multifunctional textile produced by a special processing method and the manufacturing method and use thereof. The water repellent agent and flame retardant incompatible with each other are laminated by using special materials and a specific processing method to form a multifunctional textile with special water repellency, soil repellency, oil repellency, mildew resistance and flame retardancy, which comprises a base cloth layer, two composite layers and a flame retardant layer. The base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the two composite layers are disposed on the first surface and the second surface respectively, and then the flame retardant layer is disposed on the composite layer of the first surface of the base cloth layer.

    Claims

    1. A multifunctional textile, which comprises a base cloth layer, the base cloth layer is woven from at least a polyester fiber and a polyester cationic fiber, so that the base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first composite layer, which is disposed on the first surface of the base cloth layer; a second composite layer, which is disposed on the second surface of the base cloth layer; and a flame retardant layer, the flame retardant layer is disposed on the first composite layer; wherein the first composite layer and the second composite layer at least contain 3 to 13 parts by weight of water repellent agent and 1 to 8 parts by weight of anti-mildew agent respectively; the flame retardant layer at least contains 40 to 60 parts by weight of phosphate ester, 38 to 55 parts by weight of ammonium phosphate and 2 to 5 parts by weight of butanone.

A multifunctional textile, which comprises a base cloth layer, the base cloth layer is woven from at least a polyester fiber and a polyester cationic fiber, so that the base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first composite layer, which is disposed on the first surface of the base cloth layer; a second composite layer, which is disposed on the second surface of the base cloth layer; and a flame retardant layer, the flame retardant layer is disposed on the first composite layer; wherein the first composite layer and the second composite layer at least contain 3 to 13 parts by weight of water repellent agent and 1 to 8 parts by weight of anti-mildew agent respectively; the flame retardant layer at least contains 85 to 95 parts by weight of ammonium polyphosphate and 5 to 15 parts by weight of butanone.

    3. The multifunctional textile defined in claim 1, wherein a waterproof layer is disposed on the second composite layer of the base cloth layer, the waterproof layer is composed of PU.

    4. The multifunctional textile defined in claim 2, wherein a waterproof layer is disposed on the second composite layer of the base cloth layer, the waterproof layer is composed of PU.

A multifunctional textile manufacturing method, which comprises weaving process: a grey cloth is woven from at least a polyester fiber and a polyester cationic fiber, and then the grey cloth is dyed to form a base cloth layer, so that the base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; cleansing process: the base cloth layer is cleaned to remove impurities; composite layer arrangement process: the 3 to 13 parts by weight of water repellent agent and 1 to 8 parts by weight of anti-mildew agent are uniformly coated on the first surface and the second surface of the base cloth layer respectively to form first composite layer and a second composite layer; flame retardant layer arrangement process: the 40 to 60 parts by weight of phosphate ester, 38 to 55 parts by weight of ammonium phosphate and 2 to 5 parts by weight of butanone are uniformly coated on the upside of the first composite layer.

A multifunctional textile manufacturing method, which comprises weaving process: a grey cloth is woven from at least a polyester fiber and a polyester cationic fiber, and then the grey cloth is dyed to form a base cloth layer, so that the base cloth layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; cleansing process: the base cloth layer is cleaned to remove impurities; composite layer arrangement process: the 3 to 13 parts by weight of water repellent agent and 1 to 8 parts by weight of anti-mildew agent are uniformly coated on the first surface and the second surface of the base cloth layer respectively to form first composite layer and a second composite layer; flame retardant layer arrangement process: the 85 to 95 parts by weight of ammonium phosphate and 5 to 15 parts by weight of butanone are uniformly coated on the upside of the first composite layer.

    7. The multifunctional textile defined in claim 1, the multifuctional textile is used for attaching to electronics materials, plastic substrates, metal substrates, luggage, clothing, home appliances, indoor decors, carpet or vehicle surface to form a protective layer.

    8. The multifunctional textile defined in claim 2, the multifuctional textile is used for attaching to electronics materials, plastic substrates metal substrates, luggage, clothing, home appliances, indoor decors, carpet or vehicle surface to form a protective layer.

The multifunctional textile defined in claim 1, the multifuctional textile is used for attaching to the notebook computer casing surface, video box casing surface, tablet PC casing surface, mobile phone casing surface, desktop casing surface, the casing surface of sound boxes, and other electronic products to form a protective layer.

The multifunctional textile defined in claim 2, the multifunctional textile is used for attaching to the notebook computer casing surface, video box casing surface, tablet PC casing surface, mobile phone casing surface, desktop casing surface, the casing surface of sound boxes, and other electronic products to form a protective layer.

    [0024] The present invention relates generally to a “multifunctional textile and the manufacturing method and use thereof”, FIG. 1 is the schematic diagram of the multifunctional textile of the present invention, which comprises a base cloth layer (2), a first composite layer (31), a second composite layer (32) and a flame retardant layer (4). The base cloth layer (2) is woven by interlacing a black yarn polyester fiber, an undyed polyester fiber and a polyester cationic fiber, so that the base cloth layer (2) forms a first surface (21) and a second surface (22) opposite to the first surface (21). The first composite layer (31) is disposed on the first surface (21) of the base cloth layer (2), containing 3 to 13 parts by weight of water repellent agent and 1 to 8 parts by weight of anti-mildew agent, it is highly water repellent, soil repellent, oil repellent and mildewproof. The second composite layer (32) is disposed on the second surface (22) of the base cloth layer (2), containing 3 to 13 parts by weight of water repellent agent and 1 to 8 parts by weight of anti-mildew agent, it is highly water repellent, soil repellent, oil repellent and mildewproof.
