Abstract
A reusable apparatus for arranging a floral bouquet is provided. The apparatus includes a frame, having a substantially parabolic shape or hemispherical shape with apertures arranged thereon for the insertion of plant stems. The apparatus also includes an adjustable support apparatus with a first support shaft connected to the frame, joined to a second support shaft configured such that the first support shaft and second support function as a telescoping combined shaft assembly and wherein an adaptor block configured for use with a foam-based frame positionable on an upper end of the first support shaft. The second shaft is connected to a bracket, the bracket having a lower arm with a slotted portion that adjusts the location of the second support shaft, and an upper arm slotted portion that adjusts the location of a holding device, a clamp that attaches to a base; and frame that is removable.
Claims
1. A reusable apparatus for arranging a floral bouquet comprising: a frame, having a substantially parabolic shape or hemispherical shape with apertures arranged thereon for the insertion of plant stems, such that plant stems converge substantially at a common point; said frame attached to an adjustable support apparatus with a first support shaft, the support apparatus includes the first support shaft connected to the frame, joined to a second support shaft configured such that the first support shaft and second support function as a telescoping combined shaft assembly and wherein an adaptor block configured for use with a foam based frame positionable on an upper end of the first support shaft and wherein the adaptor block is structured to be removable; wherein the second shaft is connected to a bracket; the adapter block including an opening on a top side of the adapter block for receiving the foam based frame and an opening on an underside of the adaptor block for receiving the first support shaft; wherein the adapter block further comprises: a first channel, wherein the first channel extends through the adapter block and is configured with a depth, diameter and shape to securely hold the foam based frame; and a second channel, wherein the second channel is configured with a depth and diameter to securely hold the first support staff; wherein the first and second channels are parallel to each other, wherein said frame is removable for use; and the bracket having a lower arm with a slotted portion that adjusts the location of the second support shaft, and an upper arm slotted portion that adjusts the location of a holding device, including a clamp that attaches to a base; and wherein said frame is removable for use.
2. The apparatus in claim 1, wherein the frame apertures are perpendicular to the plane of the frame.
3. The apparatus in claim 1, wherein the frame is coded with one or more of: notches, numbers, letters, words, colors.
4. The apparatus in claim 1, wherein the apertures are coded with one or more of: notches, numbers, letters, words, colors.
5. The apparatus in claim 1, wherein the apertures are in the shape of one or more of circles, ellipses, ovals, polygons.
6. The apparatus in claim 1, wherein the process of manufacture, of one or more of the frame, adjustable support apparatus, adaptor block, bracket and clamp, comprises injection molding, thermoforming, 3D printing, additive manufacturing, and metal forming manufacturing.
7. The apparatus in claim 1, wherein the apparatus does not include the adaptor block.
8. A reusable apparatus for arranging a floral bouquet comprising: a floral arranging device with a handle on a bottom of the floral arranging device; said handle attached to atop side of an adaptor block; an upper end of a support shaft attached to a bottom side of the adaptor block, and a lower end of the support shaft connected to a bracket; wherein the adapter block further comprises: a first channel, wherein the first channel extends through the adapter block and is configured with a depth, diameter and shape to securely hold the handle; and a second channel, wherein the second channel is configured with a depth and diameter to securely hold the support shaft; wherein the first and second channels are parallel to each other, wherein said floral arranging device is removable for use; and the bracket having a lower arm with a slotted portion that adjusts the location of the support shaft, and an upper arm slotted portion that adjusts the location of a holding device, including a clamp that attaches to a base; and wherein said floral arranging device is removable for use.
9. The apparatus in claim 8, wherein the floral arranging device includes floral arrangements at a plurality of angles to the plane of the frame.
10. The apparatus in claim 8, wherein the floral arranging device is coded with one or more of: notches, numbers, letters, words, colors.
11. The apparatus in claim 8, wherein the floral arranging device is coded with one or more of: notches, numbers, letters, words, colors.
12. The apparatus in claim 8, wherein placements in the floral arranging device are in the shape of one or more of: circles, ellipses, ovals, polygons.
13. The apparatus in claim 8, wherein the process of manufacture, of one or more of the floral arranging device, support shaft, adaptor block, bracket and clamp, comprises injection molding, thermoforming, 3D printing, additive manufacturing, and metal forming manufacturing.
14. The apparatus in claim 8, wherein the support shaft consists of a telescoping shaft.
15. A reusable apparatus for arranging a floral bouquet comprising: a floral arranging device with apertures, having a 3D substantially conic section shape for the insertion of plant stems, such that plant stems converge substantially at a common point; joined to an adjustable support apparatus, having an associated first support shaft, joined to a second support shaft with an adaptor block, wherein the second shaft is connected to a bracket; wherein said floral arranging device is removable for use.
16. The apparatus in claim 15, wherein the floral arranging device apertures are perpendicular to the plane of the frame.
17. The apparatus in claim 15, wherein the floral arranging device apertures are coded with one or more of: notches, numbers, letters, words, colors.
18. The apparatus in claim 15, wherein the apertures are coded with one or more of: notches, numbers, letters, words, colors.
19. The apparatus in claim 15, wherein the apertures are in the shape of one or more of: circles, ellipses, ovals, polygons.
20. The apparatus in claim 15, wherein the first shaft and second shaft are cooperating telescoping shafts.
