The burn barrel has a bottom end that is open thereby facilitating ash to fall through the bottom end. A stand is positionable on a horizontal support surface and a plurality of support brackets is strategically arranged on the stand to facilitate the burn barrel to be stood upon the plurality of support brackets. A drawer is slidably disposed in the stand and the drawer is positionable in a closed position thereby facilitating ash from the burn barrel to be collected in the drawer. The drawer is positionable in an opened position thereby facilitating the ash to be emptied from the drawer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0019] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
[0020] As best illustrated in
[0021] The burn barrel 12 includes a plurality of members 22 that each has first end 24 and a second end 26, and the first end 24 and the second end 26 of each of the members 22 is coupled to the inside surface 20 of the outer wall 18. Each of the members 22 is oriented to lie on a plane that is oriented coplanar with the bottom end 16 of the burn barrel 12. The plurality of members 22 is evenly spaced apart from each other and each of the members 22 is spaced from the bottom end 16. A screen 28 is positionable on the members 22 such that the screen 28 supports the burning fuel 14 in the barrel 12. Furthermore, the screen 28 is comprised of a mesh material thereby facilitating ashes 17 from the burning fuel 14 to pass through the screen 28.
[0022] A stand 30 is provided and the stand 30 is positionable on a horizontal support surface 32. The stand 30 has a plurality of support brackets 34 and the plurality of support brackets 34 is strategically arranged to facilitate the burn barrel 12 to be stood upon the plurality of support brackets 34. The stand 30 comprises a pair of side frames 36, a pair of upper members 38 and a pair of lower members 40, and each of the upper members 38 and each of the lower members 40 extends between the pair of side frames 36 such that the stand 30 has a cubic shape. Each of the upper members 38 extends between a top 42 of the side frames 36 and each of the lower members 40 extending between a bottom 44 of the side frames 36.
[0023] Each of the support brackets 34 is coupled to a respective one of the upper members 38 and the top 42 of a respective one of the side frames 36. The plurality of support brackets 34 is arranged such that each of the support brackets 34 defines a respective corner of a diamond shape. Each of the support brackets 34 has an upper surface 46 and the bottom end 16 of the burn barrel 12 rests on the upper surface 46 of each of the support brackets 34. Each of the support brackets 34 has a panel 48 extending upwardly from the upper surface 46 and the panel 48 on each of the support brackets 34 has a fastener hole 50 extending through the panel 48. In this way a fastener, such as a screw or the like, can be extended through the fastener hole 50 and engage the outer wall 18 of the burn barrel 12 to retain the burn barrel 12 on the support brackets 34.
[0024] A pair of slides 52 is provided and each of the slides 52 is integrated into a respective one of the side frames 36. Each of the slides 52 is oriented to extend along a line that is oriented parallel with the top 42 of the respective side frame 36. Additionally, each of the slides 52 may comprise a drawer rail or other type of mechanical slide that facilitates linear motion. A drawer 54 is provided and the drawer 54 is slidably disposed in the stand 30. The drawer 54 is positionable in a closed position having the drawer 54 being positioned beneath the burn barrel 12 when the burn barrel 12 is positioned on the stand 30. In this way the ashes 17 from the burn barrel 12 can be collected in the drawer 54. Conversely, the drawer 54 is positionable in an opened position having the drawer 54 extending outwardly from the stand 30 thereby facilitating the ashes 17 to be emptied from the drawer 54.
[0025] The drawer 54 has a bottom wall 56 and an outer wall 58 extending upwardly from the bottom wall 56. The outer wall 58 of the drawer 54 has a first lateral side 60, a second lateral side 62 and a front side 64, and each of the first lateral side 60 and the second lateral side 62 slidably engages a respective one of the slides 52 on the pair of side frames 36. The bottom wall 56 is positioned beneath each of the support brackets 34 when the drawer 54 is positioned in the closed position. Additionally, the drawer 54 is comprised of a fire resistant material thereby facilitating the drawer 54 to contain the ashes 17 without catching fire. A handle 66 is provided which has a central member 68 extending between a pair of outward members 70. Each of the outward members 70 is coupled to the front side 64 of the outer wall 18 of the drawer 54 having the central member 68 being spaced from the front side 64 thereby facilitating the central member 68 to be gripped for opening and closing the drawer 54.
[0026] In use, the burn barrel 12 is positioned on each of the support brackets 34, the burn barrel 12 is secured to the panel 48 on each of the support brackets 34 and the screen 28 is placed on top 42 of the members 22 in the burn barrel 12. The burning fuel 14 is burned in the burn barrel 12 and the ashes 17 from the burning fuel 14 falls through the screen 28 and into the drawer 54. In this way the burning fuel 14 has a constant supply of oxygen through the bottom end 16 of the burn barrel 12 as well as facilitating the ashes 17 to be captured in the drawer 54. The drawer 54 can be opened at any time to facilitate the ashes 17 to be emptied from the drawer 54.
