Abstract
An adhesive structure for adhering a panel to a system frame includes the system frame and the panel. The panel includes a glass cover, a display layer, and an optically clear adhesive (OCA). The display layer is configured to display images. The OCA is configured to adhere the glass cover and the display layer. There are partly OCAs disposed at two ends of the OCA. The partly OCAs are part exceed a width of the display layer. The partly OCAs are disposed between the display layer and system frame for adhering the display layer and system frame. By utilizing The adhesive structure for adhering the panel to the system frame, manufacturing processes of panels can be simplified. Light leaking when watching the panel at a wider viewing angle is improved.
Claims
1. An adhesive structure of a panel and a system frame, comprising: the system frame; the panel, comprising: a glass cover; a display layer configured to display images; and an optically clear adhesive (OCA) configured to adhere the glass cover and the display layer; a frame adhesive disposed between the glass cover and the system frame for adhering the glass cover and the system frame; and a foam glue disposed between the display layer and the system frame for being a buffer between the display layer and the system frame; wherein the OCA comprises partly OCA dispose at edge of the OCA; the partly OCA is a part of OCA which wider than the display layer; the partly OCA is disposed between the display layer and the system frame for adhering the display layer and the system frame.
2. An adhesive structure of a panel and a system frame, comprising: the system frame; and the panel, comprising: a glass cover; a display layer configured to display images; and an optically clear adhesive (OCA) configured to adhere the glass cover and the display layer; wherein the OCA comprises partly OCA dispose at edge of the OCA; the partly OCA is a part of OCA which wider than the display layer; the partly OCA is disposed between the display layer and the system frame for adhering the display layer and the system frame.
3. The adhesive structure of the panel and the system frame according to claim 2 further comprises a frame adhesive disposed between the glass cover and the system frame for adhering the glass cover and the system frame.
4. The adhesive structure of the panel and the system frame according to claim 2 further comprises a foam glue disposed between the display layer and the system frame for being a buffer between the display layer and the system frame.
5. An adhesive method of the panel and the system frame, comprising: step one: cutting a light release film into a first light release film and a second light release film, wherein the light release film is on a first side of an optically clear adhesive (OCA); a width of the first light release film and a width of a display layer is equal; the second light release film is laterally disposed beside the first light release film; step two: removing the first light release film and sticking the OCA on the display layer, wherein a width of the OCA is wider than the width of the display layer; step three: bending the second light release film and parts of OCA being wider than the display layer down to the display layer; step four: removing the second light release film and adhering the display layer on the system frame through the parts of OCA being bent down to the display layer.
6. The adhesive method of the panel and the system frame according to claim 5, wherein the step one comprises cutting a heavy release film into a first heavy release film and a second heavy release film, wherein the heavy release film is on a second side of the OCA; a width of the first heavy release film and a width of the display layer is equal; the second heavy release film is laterally disposed beside the first heavy release film.
7. The adhesive method of the panel and the system frame according to claim 6, wherein the step two comprises removing the first heavy release film and adhering a glass cover on the OCA.
8. The adhesive method of the panel and the system frame according to claim 6, wherein the step two comprises removing the second heavy release film after adhering the glass cover on the OCA.
9. The adhesive method of the panel and the system frame according to claim 5, wherein a width of the film and a width of the heavy release film are wider than the display layer; the width of the film is wider than the width of the heavy release film.
10. The adhesive method of the panel and the system frame according to claim 5 further comprises a frame adhesive disposed between the glass cover and the system frame for adhering the glass cover and the system frame.
11. The adhesive method of the panel and the system frame according to claim 5 further comprises a foam glue disposed between the display layer and the system frame for being a buffer between the display layer and the system frame.
