Abstract
An integrated structure of an electronic atomizer body and a package box, including the electronic atomizer body and the package box packaged at an outer layer of the electronic atomizer body. The electronic atomizer body includes a liquid reservoir and a tobacco tar filling hole formed in one end of the liquid reservoir. The package box includes a hollow housing corresponding in size to the electronic atomizer body, and a first cover and a second cover which are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing and configured to package the electronic atomizer body in the housing.
Claims
1. An integrated structure of an electronic atomizer body and a package box, comprising the electronic atomizer body and the package box packaged at an outer layer of the electronic atomizer body; the electronic atomizer body comprises a liquid reservoir and a tobacco tar filling hole formed in one end of the liquid reservoir; the package box comprises a hollow housing corresponding in size to the electronic atomizer body, and a first cover and a second cover which are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing and configured to package the electronic atomizer body in the housing; the first cover comprises a first cover plug sleeved on an end portion of the electronic atomizer body, a first extension block disposed on the first cover plug which is integrally connected with the first cover plug and extends outwards, and a first lid disposed above the first cover plug at a position corresponding to the first extension block which is provided with an opening and sleeved on an inner side of an edge of the housing; and the second cover comprises a second cover plug sleeved on an end of the electronic atomizer body, a second extension block disposed on the second cover plug which is integrally connected with the second cover plug and extends outwards, a second lid disposed above the second cover plug at a position corresponding to the second extension block which is provided with an opening and sleeved on an inner side of an edge of the housing, and a glue through hole formed in the second cover plug at a position corresponding to the tobacco tar filling hole and communicating with the tobacco tar filling hole.
2. The integrated structure of the electronic atomizer body and the package box of claim 1, wherein the first cover plug and the second cover plug are both made of soft materials.
3. The integrated structure of the electronic atomizer body and the package box of claim 2, wherein arrow anti-slip strips are respectively disposed on two side surfaces of the first lid and the second lid.
4. The integrated structure of the electronic atomizer body and the package box of claim 1, wherein a first groove and a second groove are formed at positions where two ends of the liquid reservoir are respectively in contact with the first lid and the second lid, the first lid is provided with a first extension plug embedded into the first groove, and the second lid is provided with a second extension plug embedded into the second groove.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0017] The disclosure will be described in detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawings.
[0018] As shown in
[0019] The first cover plug 221 and the second cover plug 231 are both made of soft materials. The soft materials, such as silica gel and rubber, can provide a damping and protection effect to a lower end of the electronic atomizer body 01 when the product is transported. One or two glue through holes may be provided according to design requirements, and there is no limitation thereto. Since the second cover plug 231 is made of the soft material, it can be penetrated by a tobacco tar filling needle for filling tobacco tar to a product body. After tobacco tar filling, no obvious needle holes will be left, and no leakage will occur. Arrow anti-slip strips 235 are respectively disposed on two side surfaces of the first lid 223 and the second lid 233. Therefore, an anti-slip effect can be provided when the first cover 22 or the second cover 23 is opened, and an effect of indicating an opening direction by an arrow is also achieved. A first groove 12 and a second groove 14 are formed at positions where two ends of the liquid reservoir 11 are respectively in contact with the first lid 223 and the second lid 233. The first lid 223 is provided with a first extension plug 24 embedded into the first groove 12, and the second lid 233 is provided with a second extension plug 25 embedded into the second groove 14.
[0020] The package box 02 and the electronic atomizer body 01 do not need to apply for customs declaration separately during export, no extra outer package protection box is needed and no other operations of opening the covers of the electronic atomizer body 01 and the package box 02 are needed during tobacco tar filling. When exported to overseas, only the electronic atomizer body 01 needs to be placed on a tobacco tar filling machine for direct tobacco tar filling without unpacking or uncovering, such that the export time and labor cost are saved.
[0021] During installation, the package box 02 and the electronic atomizer body 01 are fittingly installed with the package box 02 providing protection outside, and the overall appearance is more attractive. The material of the housing 21 is not limited. An upper end and a lower end of the housing 21 are mainly used to protect a middle part of the product, so they are designed to be the same to facilitate installation, that is, either the first lid 223 or the second lid 233 may be installed first. For example, when the second lid 233 with the tobacco tar filling hole is installed first, the upper end of the electronic atomizer body 01 is inserted into the housing 21, and then the first cover 22 is closed. In this way, after one of the first or second lids is installed at one end, the other lid may be installed at the other end to complete the installation.
[0022] The above descriptions are merely some embodiments of the disclosure. For those of ordinary skill in the art, modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the inventive concept of the disclosure, which all fall within the scope of protection of the disclosure.
