[0022] The embodiments below are not restricting or limiting the scopes of the inventive concepts but illustrating elements of the claims. The embodiment that includes the equivalent of the element of the following claim shall be within the scope of the present invention.

[0023] FIG. 2 is a side view showing a hair dyeing apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0024] Referring to FIG. 2, the present invention comprises a body part 100 having an interior space containing the colorant, a cover part 200 connecting a top of the body part and sealing the interior space, a handle part 300 protruding upward from a center of the cover part with a certain diameter, a brush part 310 formed in an end of the handle part 300, an application part 400 including an outflow hole 420 communicating with the interior space of the body part 100, and a comb part 500 including a plurality of combtooth 501 protruding outward. The cover part 100, handle part 300, and the comb part 500, and the brush part 310 are formed, or integrated, as one body.

[0025] The plurality of combtooth 501 of the comb part 500 may comprise multiple teeth, each having the same height or different heights. The multiple teeth may also have the same thickness or different thicknesses.

[0026] The body part 100 is made of elastic materials. Accordingly, when the body part 100 is pressurized, the colorant contained in the interior space of the body part 100 is discharged through the outflow hole 420. The colorant discharged from the outflow hole 420 is evenly applied onto the hair using at least one of the comb part 500 and the brush part 310. The application part 400 comprises a flow path 430 having a pipe shape, which includes an inflow hole 410 formed in one end thereof and the outflow hole 420 in the other end thereof. The colorant is introduced through the inflow hole 410 and is discharged through the outflow hole 420. More than one of the outflow hole 420 is formed.

[0027] In addition, the handle part 300 comprises at least one of a protruding bump 310 formed on an outer surface of the handle part 300 along a longitudinal direction of the handle part 300. It is desired that each of the protruding bump 310 should be disposed separately each other. The shape of the protruding bump 310 may have a various shape such as a spherical shape or a polygonal shape.

[0028] FIG. 3 is a side view showing connections between the elements in the hair dyeing apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0029] Referring to FIG. 3, the body part 100 has a cylindrical shape comprising a top side that is open upward, a bottom side that is closed downward, and a lateral side that connects the top and the bottom side. The cover part 200 comprises a fastening part, such as a fastening module, forming a screw joint between the body part 100 and the cover part 200. The fastening part comprises a set of a screw groove and a screw thread. For example, the fastening part may comprise a screw groove formed to surround an outer circumference surface near the top side of the body part 100, and a screw thread formed to surround an inner circumference surface of the cover part 200. Likewise, the fastening part may comprise a screw thread formed to surround the outer circumference surface near the top side of the body part 100, and a screw grove formed to surround the inner circumference surface of the cover part 200. A longitudinal direction of bristles of the brush part 310 is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the body part 100. The comb part 500 is disposed near the brush part 310; however, while the brush part 310 is formed toward a first direction, the comb part 500 is formed toward a second direction that is opposite to the first direction. Accordingly, when a user applies the colorant using the brush part 310, the comb part 500 does not interfere the hair at all. Likewise, when a user applies the colorant using the comb part 500, the brush part 310 does not interfere the hair. Furthermore, a protruding direction of the combtooth 501 is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the body part 100. According to embodiments, the hair dyeing apparatus may further comprise a parting rod 600. The parting rod 600 is formed between the brush part 310 and the comb part 500 and protruded toward a top direction, where the top direction is a direction from the body part 100 toward the brush part 310 and the comb part 500, and a bottom direction is a direction from the comb part 500 and the brush part 310 toward the body part 100.

[0030] FIG. 4 is a side view showing the hair dyeing apparatus in use according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0031] Referring to FIG. 4, the application part 400 comprises the inflow hole 410, the plurality of outflow holes 420, and the flow path 430. The inflow hole 410 disposed in one end of the flow path 430 is formed the inside of the cover part 200. The flow path 430 is extended from the inside of the handle part 300 toward the other end of the combtooth 501. The other end of the flow path 430 splits to a plurality of ends, thereby the flow path 430 having a plurality of outflow holes 420 as described above. The plurality of outflow hole 420 are respectively disposed in the ends of the plurality of the combtooth 501. According to the structure described above, when the body part 100 is pressurized in a state that the body part 100 is sealed by the cover part 200, the colorant contained in the body part 100 is introduced through the single inflow hole 410 into the flow path 430, and the colorant delivered through the flow path 430 is discharged through the plurality of the outflow holes 420 to outside.

[0032] FIG. 5 is a side view showing a hair dyeing apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

[0033] Referring to FIG. 5, a comb part 500 is formed in a bottom of the body part 100. The comb part 500 is formed, or integrated with the body part 100 as one body. A protruding direction of a combtooth 501 of the comb part 500 is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the body part 100. A flow path 430 of an application part 400 is plural, and each of the flow path 430 is extended from the bottom of the body part 100 toward each end of the combtooth 501. An inflow hole 410 is plural and formed in the bottom of the body part 100. As an outflow hole 420 is formed in the end of at least one of the combtooth 501, the colorant introduced through the inflow hole 410 is discharged through the outflow hole 420. The number of the inflow hole 410 corresponds to that of the outflow hole 420, and the flow path 430 connects the inflow hole 410 to the corresponding outflow hole 420.

[0034] FIG. 6 is a side view showing a hair dyeing apparatus according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] Referring to FIG. 6, a comb part 500 is formed in a bottom of the body part 100. The comb part 500 is integrated with the body part 100 as one body. A protruding direction of a combtooth 501 of the comb part 500 is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the body part 100. One end of the flow path 430 of an application part 400 is extended inside the handle part 300, and the flow path 430 comprises at least one of bent portion. In this case, it is desired that the bent portion of the flow path 430 should be rounded or curved in order for the colorant to be smoothly moved and discharged. In addition, the other end of the flow path 430 is protruded from the handle part 300, and the outflow hole 420 is exposed to outside. The inflow hole 410 disposed in the end of the flow path 430 is formed in the inner side of the cover part 200.

[0036] FIG. 7 is a magnified view showing a flow path connection in the hair dyeing apparatus according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

[0037] Referring to FIG. 7, the flow path 430 comprises two parts. A first part of the two parts may be extended inside the handle part 300, and a second part of the two parts may be exposed to outside and connected to an end of the first part. The flow path 430 comprises a flow path connection 430a forming a screw joint between the first and the second part. It is desired that the screw joint structure of the flow path connection 430a should comprise a first connection part formed in the end of the first part, and a second connection part formed in an end of the second part.

[0038] Referring to the second embodiment as shown in FIG. 5 and the third embodiment as shown in FIG. 6, the hair dyeing apparatus may further comprise a parting rod 600. The parting rod 600 is protruded from a lateral side of the brush part 310 and bent toward a top direction, where the top direction is a direction from the body part 100 toward the brush part 310, and a bottom direction is a direction from the brush part 310 toward the body part 100.
