I claim the ornamental design for an electric can opener, as shown and described.

(4) FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof.

(5) FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof.

(6) FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

(7) FIG. 7 is a top view thereof.

(8) FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof from the bottom and left, in a separated arrangement; and,

(9) FIG. 9 is a perspective view thereof from the top and left, in a separated arrangement.
