DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0041] Please refer to FIG. 3, a reformation of a replaceable upper of an offloading shoe of an outsole separation structure is provided by the present invention. A first step is that: a recessed container is correspondingly fabricated with respect to a modular outsole 21, the recessed container is defined as a lowest layer of the whole structure and capable of accommodating the modular outsole, and defined as an outer cover of modular outsole 23; a forming means of the outer cover can be processed by two following means: A) being directly processed through a mold fabricating means for formation; and B) fabricating an injecting mold via a three-dimensional printing means, and the outer cover of modular outsole 23 fabricated according to the two means can be tightly mounted and combined with the modular outsole 21, and a depth and a thickness defined at a periphery of the outer cover can be designed with respect to different functional requirements.

[0042] The length and the width of the outer cover of modular outsole 23 is with respect to the dimension of the modular outsole 21, wherein a range of the depth of outer cover of modular outsole 23D is between 1 cm to 6 cm; and a range of the thickness of outer cover of modular outsole 23W is between 0.01 cm to 1 cm; moreover, a contact surface between the outer cover of outsole and the ground is provided with an anti-skid effect.

[0043] A second step is that: a Velcro module 21LA is fabricated, a length and a width of the module can be designed with respect to the outer cover of modular outsole 23, wherein a range of the width of Velcro module 21LW is between 0.5 cm to 2.5 cm; a fabricating means of the Velcro module 21LA is to add a desired material at a backside of a Velcro at lateral side of outsole 21L, the material can be one or more kinds being mixed, and the material can be papers, fabrics, adhesive, leather, plastic foam or rubber foam, but what shall be addressed is that the above-mentioned materials is not required to be added due a concern of saving cost.

[0044] A third step is that: the Velcro module 21LA is fastened at a periphery of the outer cover of modular outsole 23, and a fastening means can be sewing, high-frequency wave, adhering, buckling tenon or a mixing means of the above.

[0045] A fourth step is that: a positioning device is respectively provided on a replaceable upper 18 and the outer cover of modular outsole 23, the replaceable upper 18 also has the same tongue 19, and an inner layer of replaceable upper 18B is provided in the replaceable upper 18, and a Velcro at lower edge in inner layer of upper 18L is provided, a positioning set of replaceable upper 24A and a positioning set of outer cover of modular outsole 24B are disposed at corresponding locations, the device is defined as one being positive and the other one being negative, and the material of the device can be a button set, a buckling ring set, a tenon set, a screw and nut set or a magnet set.

[0046] A fifth step (a last step) is that: the positioning set of replaceable upper 24A and the positioning set of outer cover of modular outsole 24B are aligned and combined, then the Velcro at lower edge in inner layer of upper 18L and the Velcro module 21LA are sequentially adhered with each other, thereby finishing the assembly of the shoe.
