DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS
[0063] The present disclosure will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments.
The First Embodiment: Hamster Running Wheel
[0064] Referring to
[0065] Referring to
[0066] Compared with the design of a single bearing used in the rotating mechanism 3 in the existing hamster running wheel, the rotating mechanism 3 of this embodiment uses two bearings 33, so that the area of the moving contact part of the rotating mechanism 3 is doubled. The manner improves the stability of the movement, reduces the shaking (vibration) noise during the movement of the running wheel, and on the other hand, it also increases the friction during the movement, so that the rotation speed of the running wheel can be reduced when the hamster is running.
[0067] In order to facilitate the removal of the running wheel body 1 for cleaning and quick installation after cleaning, the hamster running wheel of this embodiment is further provided with an alignment calibration mechanism.
[0068] Referring to
[0069] With the above alignment and calibration mechanism, when in use, it is only necessary to sleeve the running wheel body 1 on the first positioning portion 41 of the positioning member 4 through the positioning hole in the center of the running wheel body 1, and push it to make the end of the running wheel body 1 abut against the second positioning portion 42 to complete the positioning of the running wheel body 1. Not only the radial positioning of the running wheel body 1 is embodied, but also the axial positioning of the running wheel body 1 is embodied, and the positioning is convenient, fast, and accurate.
[0070] Referring to
[0071] Further, the first positioning portion 41 and the second positioning portion 42 both have cylindrical structures and are axially coincident, which facilitates to the uniform movement of the running wheel body 1.
[0072] In order to prevent the running wheel from falling off during long-term rotation, the hamster running wheel of this embodiment is further provided with an anti-falling mechanism for running wheel.
[0073] Referring to
[0074] The above-mentioned limiting member 6 allows a gap between the fixed end cover 7 and the running wheel body 1, so that the fixed end cover 7 does not touch the running wheel body 1 and will not follow the running wheel body 1 to rotate. Therefore, no matter the running wheel body 1 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, the fixed end cover 7 will not loosen, thereby protecting the running wheel body 1 from falling off.
[0075] In order to facilitate assembly and disassembly, the hamster running wheel of this embodiment is further provided with an auxiliary assembly mechanism.
[0076] Referring to
[0077] The clamping position 5 is designed as a regular hexagonal prism, which can be operated from multiple angles and is more convenient to use.
[0078] In order to conveniently adjust the height of the running wheel body 1 and adapt to use in different spaces, the hamster running wheel of this embodiment is further provided with a height adjustment mechanism.
[0079] Referring to
[0080] The support frame 2 is composed of a base 21, a support portion 23 perpendicular to the base 21, and a small reinforcing plate 22 provided on one side of the support portion 23. The base 21, the support portion 23, and the small reinforcing plate 22 are all wooden boards.
Second Embodiment: Axial Connection Device for Hamster Running Wheel
[0081] Referring to
[0082] Two bearings 113 are fixedly mounted on the shaft 111, the two ends of the shaft 111 are respectively formed with connecting threads 114, and the middle of the shaft 111 is also formed with a clamping position 112. The above members are combined to form a rotating mechanism 110.
[0083] The positioning member 120 includes a first positioning portion 123 configured to cooperate with a center hole of a back plate of the running wheel body 200 to support the running wheel body 200 and embody radial positioning, and a second positioning portion 121 located at one end of the first positioning portion 123 and configured to abut against the back plate of the running wheel body 200 to embody axial positioning, wherein one end of the second positioning portion 121 adjacent to the running wheel body 200 is further provided with a plurality of locking holes 122 for locking the running wheel body 200.
[0084] The positioning member 120 is fixedly mounted on the two bearings 113 for carrying the running wheel body 200. More specifically, two bearings 113 are embedded at a side adjacent to the first positioning portion 123 in the positioning member 120 (the right side in
[0085] Referring to
[0086] The above-mentioned bearings 113 are two rolling bearings, and a gap of 1 mm is between the two bearings 113. In this way, the contact surface between the bearings 113 and the shaft 111 is larger, and there is no friction between the bearings 113. Therefore, the movement is more reliable, and the shaking noise is smaller. The first positioning portion 123 and the second positioning portion 121 are both circular truncated cone-shaped and axially coincident, which is more convenient to the rotation of the running wheel. It should be understood that this is only a preferred embodiment, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto. A sliding bearing 113 can also be used, and the number of bearings can also be more or less.
[0087] The above-mentioned clamping position 112 is exposed between the support frame 300 and the back plate of the running wheel body 200 to facilitate the tool clamping for the shaft 111 during disassembly and assembly.
The Third Embodiment: Safe Hamster Running Wheel Convenient to be Cleaned
[0088] Referring to
[0089] Referring to
[0090] An anti-slip portion 202 is provided on the surface of the plastic track. In this embodiment, the anti-slip portion 202 is specifically is a convex bar with an arc-shaped cross section. The surface of the anti-slip portion 202 is smooth and can protect the toes of the hamster from scratches. The same effect can also be achieved by using a groove with an arc-shaped cross section as the anti-slip portion 202. Further, the convex bar is parallel to the axial connection device 100 to achieve a better anti-slip effect.
[0091] A central hole 204 and a plurality of through holes 203 for auxiliary locking are opened in the middle of the plastic end cover 205.
[0092] Referring to
[0093] The above-mentioned bearings 113 are two bearings, and a gap of 1 mm is between the two bearings 113. In this way, the contact surface between the bearings 113 and the shaft 111 is larger, and there is no friction between the bearings 113. Therefore, the movement is more reliable, and the shaking noise is smaller. The bearings 113 are preferably a rolling bearing. The first positioning portion 123 and the second positioning portion 121 are both circular truncated cone-shaped and axially coincident, which is more convenient to the rotation of the running wheel.
[0094] Referring to
[0095] The axial connection device 100 is locked to the support frame 300 by the wing nut 400, the clamping position 112 is clamped by pliers, and then the wing nut 400 is twisted to easily lock or loosen the axial connection device 100 to adjust the height of the running wheel body 200.
[0096] The shape of another embodiment of the running wheel body 200 is shown in
