SHORTS AND PANTS HAVING GARTERS

Abstract

The present invention relates to compression or non-compression shorts 10 or pants 100 having an outer surface 14 and an inner surface 16, wherein straps 20 are attached to the waist 12 and the inner surface 14 of the shorts 10 or pants 100. The straps 20 extend along the inner surface 16 of the shorts or pants, and pass through an opening 40 formed in the surface of the shorts or pants. The strap 20 and garter 30 extend through the opening 40 in the surface of the shorts or pants to the outer surface 14, so that the garter 30 operates on the outer surface 14 of the shorts or pants to be attached to the socks 50 of the user.

Claims

1) Compression or non-compression shorts (10) having: a) a waist member (12), an outer surface (14), an inner surface (16), and a bottom end (18); b) a strap (20) mounted on inner surface (16); c) a garter member (30) attached to said end of said strap (20); d) an opening (40) formed in said shorts (10); e) a portion of said strap (20) extends through said opening (40), so that the garter member (30) on the end of said strap (20) is moved to said outer surface (14) of shorts (10); and f) said garter member (30) having an end thereof, which may be attached to the socks (50) of the wearer.

2) Compression or non-compression pants (100) having: a) a waist member (112), an outer surface (114), an inner surface (116), and a bottom end (118); b) a strap (120) mounted on inner surface (116); c) a garter member (130) attached to said end of said strap (120); d) an opening (140) formed in said pants (100); e) a portion of said strap (120) extends through said opening (140), so that the garter member (130) on the end of said strap (120) is moved to said outer surface (114) of pants (100); and f) said garter member (130) having an end thereof, which may be attached to the socks (150) of the wearer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

First Embodiment

[0015] The present invention shows compression or non-compression shorts 10 having a waist member 12, an outer surface 14, an inner surface 16, and a bottom end 18. A strap 20 is shown mounted on inner surface 16, and a garter member 30 is attached to the end of the strap 20, so that the garter member 30 may be attached to the socks 50 of the wearer.

[0016] The strap 20 extends along the inner surface 16, and then passes through an opening 40 formed in the shorts 10, so that the strap 20 and garter member 30 are on the outer surface 14 of the shorts 10, so that the garter member 30 operates on the outer side of the shorts 10 to be attached to the socks 50 of the user.

Second Embodiment

[0017] The present invention shows compression or non-compression pants 100 having a waist member 112, an outer surface 114, an inner surface 116, and a bottom end 118. A strap 120 is shown mounted on inner surface 116, and a garter member 130 is attached to the end of the strap 120, so that the garter member 130 may be attached to the socks 150 of the wearer.

[0018] The strap 120 extends along the inner surface 116, and then passes through an opening 140 formed in the pants 100, so that the strap 120 and garter member 130 are on the outer surface 114 of the pants 100, so that the garter member 130 operates on the outer side of the shorts 110 to be attached to the socks 150 of the user.

Operation

First Embodiment

[0019] In operation, the shorts 10 have a strap 20 on the inner surface 16, which is extended through the opening 40 of the shorts 10 to the outer surface 14 of the shorts 10. The garter member 30 on the outer surface 14 of shorts 10 is extended downwardly to attach the garter member 30 to the socks 50 of the user.

[0020] In operation, when the shorts 10 have the strap 20 on the inner surface 16, which is extended through the opening 40 of the shorts 10 to the outer surface 14 of the shorts 10. The garter member 30 on the outer surface 14 of shorts 10 is extended downwardly to attach the garter member 30 to the socks 50 of the user.

Second Embodiment

[0021] In operation, the pants 100 have a strap 120 on the inner surface 116, which is extended through the opening 140 of the pants 100 to the outer surface 114 of the pants 100. The garter member 130 on the outer surface 114 of pants 100 is extended downwardly to attach the garter member 130 to the socks 150 of the user.

[0022] In operation, when the pants 100 have the strap 120 on the inner surface 116, which is extended through the opening 140 of the pants 100 to the outer surface 114 of the pants 100. The garter member 130 on the outer surface 114 of pants 100 is extended downwardly to attach the garter member 130 to the socks 150 of the user.

ADVANTAGES OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0023] It is an advantage of the present invention to provide compression or non-compression shorts and pants having straps and garters, wherein the straps are on the inner surface, and extend through an opening formed in the surface of the shorts or pants, so that the garters are on the outer surface of the shorts or pants.

[0024] Another advantage of the present invention is to provide compression or non-compression shorts and pants having straps and garters, wherein the straps are attached to the inner surface to the waist of the shorts and pants, and the garters are on the opposite surface of the shorts or pants.
