[0025] Although the specific features of the present invention are shown in some drawings and not in others. This is done for convenience only as each feature may be combined with any or all of the other features in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS HEREIN

[0026] In the following detailed description, a reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which the specific embodiments that may be practiced is shown by way of illustration. These embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to practice the embodiments and it is to be understood that other changes may be made without departing from the scope of the embodiments. The following detailed description is therefore not to be taken in a limiting sense.

[0027] The various embodiments of the present invention provide an aerobic activity garment for use by a user.

[0028] The embodiments herein provide an aerobic activity garment for use by a user. The aerobic activity garment includes a plurality of flexible and elastic strips and a flexible tensioner system. The plurality of flexible and elastic strips form a body portion and limb portions to engage the muscles then builds and releases a combination of kinetic energy and potential energy during use. The body portion and limb portions fit comfortably and secure all four limbs starting from the feet to just above both wrists. The flexible and elastic strips utilize smart technology at the feet and ankle portions to produce the kinetic energy and potential energy. The flexible tensioner system maintains muscle engagement in the arms, shoulders and back to allow continuous aerobic or anaerobic caloric burn while simultaneously building and/or re-strengthening muscles.

[0029] According to one embodiment herein, the aerobic activity garment naturally builds and releases energy during activities.

[0030] According to one embodiment herein, the aerobic activity garment increases three times the caloric burn during workouts.

[0031] According to one embodiment herein, the aerobic activity garment builds, restores and maintains muscle mass.

[0032] According to one embodiment herein, the aerobic activity garment tightens and tones weakened and shrunken muscle.

[0033] According to one embodiment herein, the aerobic activity garment produces energy efficiencies and added force.

[0034] FIG. 1 illustrates a front view 100 of the present aerobic activity garment for use by a user, according to an embodiment herein. The front view 100 of the present aerobic activity garment depicts an upper front 102 and a lower front 104. In an embodiment, the present aerobic activity garment is an aerobic exercise suit. The smart technology is based on the natural design of tendons within the feet of the Australian kangaroo which naturally produces this kinetic and potential energy, and enables the kangaroo to travel at a higher speed and long distances with minimal effort. Similarly, the power suit stores and releases energy thereby reducing required effort during running, sprinting and walking. The flexible tensioner system maintains muscle engagement in the arms, shoulders and back to allow continuous aerobic or anaerobic caloric burn while simultaneously building and/or re-strengthening muscles.

[0035] FIG. 2 illustrates a rear view 200 of the present aerobic activity garment for use by a user, according to an embodiment herein. The rear view 200 of the present aerobic activity garment depicts a lower back 202. The present aerobic activity garment is utilized in various applications such as exercise devices, training devices, and rehabilitation devices. The most significant use of the present aerobic activity garment is as a fitness apparatus and exercise aid/device. The flexible tensioner system of the present aerobic activity garment moderately adds continuous resistance and increases active performance and caloric consumption as much as an estimated 30%. The present aerobic activity garment especially compliments regular and speed walking as well as yoga activities. The present aerobic activity garment is sleek, comfortable, and discrete that fits under workout gear, work uniforms even business attire; allowing users to “burn while you earn”.

[0036] When used as a training or anaerobic device, the present aerobic activity garment is applied in use with any sport's training regimens. While in full training mode, the present aerobic activity garment never hinders or interferes with the free movement and maneuverability of the athletic user. Moreover, its flexible tensioner system adds kinetic and potential energy in furtherance toward performance goals; in addition to building muscle mass. The practicality of this as an anaerobic device can be implied group-wide, team-wide and in military training.

[0037] The present aerobic activity garment used as a rehabilitation device. As we age our muscles shrink and weaken naturally mostly due to inertia and muscle disengagement. The present aerobic activity garment provides great promise for elders hoping to maintain their muscle mass. Using the present aerobic activity garment as few as three times weekly during routine day-to-day activities such as house cleaning, gardening, and shopping elderly users can benefit from the muscle tightening feature of this suit as its flexible tensioning system maintains continuous muscle engagement while in use. Additionally, injured athletes will find that the use of the power suit an excellent first form of rehabilitation form torn or pulled muscle injuries.

[0038] Although the embodiments herein are described with various specific embodiments, it will be obvious for a person skilled in the art to practice the embodiments herein with modifications.

[0039] The aerobic activity garment for use by a user and a method of manufacturing aerobic activity garment disclosed in the embodiments herein have several exceptional advantages over existing exercise devices. Firstly, the aerobic activity garment naturally builds and releases energy during activities. Secondly, the aerobic activity gaintent increases the caloric burn (three times more than regular workouts) during workouts. Thirdly, the aerobic activity garment builds, restores and maintains muscle mass. Lastly, the aerobic activity garment tightens and tones weakened and shrunken muscle.

[0040] The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such as specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments.
