SANDBOX HAVING LID CAPABLE OF BEING ERECTED IN BOX THEREOF

Abstract

A sandbox having a lid capable of being erected in a box thereof, which includes a box is internally provided with a downwardly and concavely configured recess, and the recess can have sand or water accommodated therein, characterized in that: the recess of the box has a fixing device provided therein, and the fixing device can be two slots which are in left-to-right symmetry; when the lid is removed from the box, the lid can be erected in the two slots of the box for positioning.

Claims

1. A sandbox having a lid capable of being erected in the box thereof, comprising: a box having a concavely configured recess in an internal portion thereof, wherein said recess has a fixing device provided in an internal portion thereof; and said lid capable of being placed and covered over the box, wherein when said lid is removed from the box, said lid can be erected on the fixing device of the box for positioning.

2. The sandbox having a lid capable of being erected in the box thereof according to claim 1, wherein two slots are arranged inside the concavely configured recess of the box, so that the removed lid can be erected in the two slots for positioning.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0008] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention comprises a box 10 and a lid 20, wherein the box 10 has a downwardly and concavely configured recess 11 provided in an internal portion thereof, the recess 11 has an internal portion thereof for accommodating sand or water, and the recess 11 has a drainage hole 111 in a bottom portion thereof and used for sand or water discharge; the drainage hole 111 can be blocked by using a plug 12.

[0009] The box 10 has the lid 20 placed and covered over a top end thereof, and the lid 20 is capable of shielding off the recess 11 of the box 10; the recess 11 of the box 10 has a fixing device provided in an internal portion thereof, and the fixing device is constituted by two slots 112 and 113 which are in left-to-right symmetry, and the described slots 112 and 113 can be fixing devices of various forms. Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when the lid 20 is removed from the box 10, it can be erected in the two slots 112 and 113; the lid 20 can be positioned in the fixing device constituted by the two slots 112 and 113, so that a structure of the lid 20 is partially erected above a horizontal plane of the box 10, thus taking up no space and not interfering with a game of sand or water for children.

[0010] Conclusive from the above in accordance with the present invention providing a fixing device in an internal portion of a downwardly and concavely configured recess provided in an internal portion of the box; when the lid is removed from the box, the lid can be erected in the internal portion of the box.
