The inner core 6 is placed in the scrubbing slot 15 of the scrubbing disc 14 and the upper surface of the inner core 6 is of grid shape and it has filtering function to avoid large dirt blocking or falling into scrubbing disc 14. The inner core 6 is provided with a friction area on its upper surface, and the scrubbing core 22 is clamped on the inner core 6 and the scrubbing head 4 of the scrubbing core 22 is exposed out of a mounting slot of scrubbing head 10 in the friction area on the upper surface of the inner core 6, and the mounting slot of scrubbing head 10 has a clamping structure to clamp the scrubbing head 4 and prevent it from falling off.

[0034] Refer to FIGS. 2, 4 and 5. The inner core 6 is provided with a number of horizontal grilles extending downward on the upper surface and the grille comprises a first grille 12 and a second grille 20 and the length of the second grille 20 is larger than that of the first grille 12, so that the second grille 20 could clamp the scrubbing core 22; the inner core 6 is provided with a number of longitudinal baffles, and the baffle comprises a first baffle 9 and a second baffle 11; the adjacent two first grilles 12 and the adjacent first baffles 9 form an opening 5, and the sewage can directly fall into the scrubbing disc 14 after cleaning and it's not required to be separated and collected and it can be directly poured out when the cleaning liquid is poured out, which is convenient for cleaning; the adjacent two second grilles 20 and the adjacent two second baffles 11 from a mounting slot of scrubbing head 10 and the clamping structure of the mounting slot of scrubbing head 10 comprises two outside borders 19 in the shape of “[ ]”, and the scrubbing head 4 extends out from the middle part of two “[ ]” type outside borders 19 of the mounting slot of scrubbing head 10.

[0035] Refer to the FIGS. 1-4. The middle part of the upper surface of the inner core 6 is a friction area, the second baffle 11 is located under the corresponding friction area, the first baffles 9 are located under the two sides of the friction area and the second baffle 11 under the border of the friction area and the first baffle 9 form a clamping groove 18 between them, and the width of the clamping groove 18 is smaller than the thickness of the sponge of the scrubbing core 22, so as to realize the clamping of the scrubbing core 22; several first gaps 16 for water flow are arranged at equal intervals under the first baffle 9 to realize the water flow in the scrubbing disc 14 and the sewage can directly fall into the scrubbing disc 14 after cleaning and it's not required to be separated and collected and it can be directly poured out when the cleaning liquid is poured out; several second gaps 17 to clamp the scrubbing cores 22 are arranged at equal intervals under the second baffle 11 and the depth of the second gap 17 is greater than the depth of the first gap 16, and the number of the second gap 17 under the second baffle 11 is the same as that of the scrubbing core 22, and the depth is greater than that of the first gap 16; the scrubbing core 22 is clamped in the second gap 17, and the margins 21 at two ends of the scrubbing core 22 are folded in the clamping groove 18.

[0036] Refer to the schematic view of the scrubbing core 22 in FIG. 8. Several scrubbing heads 4 are set according to the foot size. Preferably, the total length of the scrubbing head 4 exposed at the upper part of the scrubbing core 22 is smaller than the size of the foot of the adult, so as to facilitate the foot rubbing back and forth; the scrubbing heads 4 on the scrubbing core 22 are divided into left and right groups to apply force to forefoot and rear foot and the middle part can be left blank.

[0037] Refer to FIGS. 2-3. The inner core 6 is provided with an observation hole 8 on its upper surface and the observation hole 8 is provided with a baffle beside it to form a pull buckle 7, so as to pull the inner core 6 from the scrubbing disc 14.

[0038] Refer to FIG. 2. The inner core 6 is provided with convex ridges 13 at two sides for the tight connection of the inner core 6 and the scrubbing disc 14.

[0039] Refer to FIG. 9. The scrubbing device 2 and the foot mat 1 are provided with fastening and connection mechanism with the floor at the back; specifically, the foot mat 1 and the scrubbing disc 14 are affixed with sticking tape 23 on the lower surface and the sticking tape 23 is primary-secondary tape. The two back surfaces of the primary-secondary tape are coated with glue. One glue surface of the primary-secondary tape is stuck with the foot mat 1 and scrubbing disc 14 and the other glue surface of the primary-secondary tape is stuck to the floor to prevent the foot mat 1 and scrubbing disc 14 from shaking when the shoe soles are rubbed and cleaned back and forth.

[0040] Furthermore, the scrubbing core 22 is made of water absorbent PVA sponge, which is made of super absorbent material and has no obvious pores. And the scrubbing core 22 has the filtering function: when the scrubbing head 4 is pressed and squeezed to absorb the cleaning liquid, it could filter out the dirt in the cleaning liquid.

[0041] During the use of the dedusting and cleaning device for shoe sole in the present invention, firstly tear off the protective paper of the sticking tape 23 at the back of the cleaning area-scrubbing disc 14 and drying area-foot mat 1 and then put it on the floor and fix it firmly.

[0042] Add water in the cleaning area for the first time, that is, add water from the opening 5 on the upper surface of the inner core 6, and add sterilizing detergent in the water at the same time. The amount of water added is within 1.2 kg and it's preferable to add the water until the water level in the scrubbing disc 14 is about 3 mm away from the upper surface of the observation hole 8 through the observation from the observation hole 8. Wait until the scrubbing head 4 exposed out of the inner core 6 is all wet and softened, and then it can be used; during the cleaning of shoe sole, first put one foot in the friction area above the inner core 6, rub it back and forth, then move it to the drying area—foot mat 1 after cleaning to dry the sole, and then change the other foot to clean the sole with the same operation; add the water when there is little water in the scrubbing disc 14; when it's necessary to clean the inner core 6 and the scrubbing core 22, firstly tilt the scrubbing device 2 to make the water in the scrubbing disc 14 flow out of the opening 5, then insert the finger into the observation hole 8 and pull up the pull buckle 7 to take out the inner core 6 from the scrubbing disc 14, then pull out the margins 21 at both ends of the scrubbing core 22 from the clamping groove 18, successively pull out the scrubbing heads 4 from the mounting slot of scrubbing head 10 until the whole scrubbing core 22 is taken out, and then clean it and put it back in the scrubbing disc 14 and add water for use.
